Went in this morning, two women chatting at the register. The tall sales lady finally broke away long enough to walk my direction. I asked her where a particular stock of shoes were that I had in my hand. (The area was a bit disorganized.) She didn’t say anything, takes the shoe from me, looks at it and states; “it’s right there in front of you where you got this from.” I asked her if they had more of the style as I was looking for a size ten. She states; “no.”She acted irritated the whole time that she had to walk away from chatting with her friend.So I politely said; “ I’m sorry I interrupted you.” Curtly she said; “ oh you didn’t.”By this point, I decided that my business might be appreciated elsewhere.

Great selection of shoes and always some sale going on it seems. Good place to restock your shoe inventory. They have a wide selection of shoes from running to business and everything in-between.

I brought me and my lady and my 2 sons to get some shoes and The people and Customer service was great wouldnt mind going back and shopping for shoes and talking to the employees again. I cant remember my brothers name at the front dest but he was a real big help and the conversation With him was fun, enjoyed spending my money there will be back soon to grab some more shoes😃👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The store itself is clean. There is a very limited variety of shoe options. The prices are reasonable though.

Typically, I don’t have a less than positive experience at this location however today was different. Shoe selection was great BUT the Assistant Manager Lisa could not get off of her cell phone enough to interact with me.I said excuse me THREE TIMES. Lisa did not acknowledge me. I dropped the shoe selection I had in my hands on the counter and AFTER she finished what she was doing on her phone- she then turned around. Didn’t ask what I needed help with, didn’t greet me, didn’t give me eye contact. She aimlessly began fumbling with the scanner thinking I wanted to check out. Honestly, If I didn’t love the shoes I would’ve just walked out. I WASNT EVEN READY TO CHECK OUT. I just needed the shoes placed on a brief hold. She never gave me eye contact. Nor did she even try to apologize.I work in customer service and sales. Please let’s do better with being more engaged with customers. Word of mouth is the worse type of PR!

Booker was a great sales associate. I came in twice looking for shoes for my wife. Booker told me about two deals running at the time and saved me ~$40. Good people, clean store.

I just left your store near eastchase in Montgomery AL. I overheard 2 employees talking about how busy it was and that they would be refusing to find sizes for any customers for the rest of the day. I thought they were just kidding, but a few minutes later I asked one of them to assist me in finding a size for a shoe and she never even turned and looked at me and said they dont have any shoes in the back. Her name is Cassandra and her name tag said manager trainee. I notified the store manager of her behavior but nothing was done. The cashier who checked me out was the only person that apologized for anything at all. It is absolutely unacceptable for me to be treated this way. I have been looking for shoes all day for my kids. If I had not already picked out shoes for them I would have left without buying anything at all. You lost over $100 additional dollars today as well as any money from me in the future. I will also be posting on trip advisor and social media regarding your treatment of my family.

How you all have not been sued yet is baffling!? Your own bogo (buy one get one sales) policy reads as such: The purchase of two pair is what qualifies you for the discount during our “Buy One Get One” Sale. Accordingly, the discount is deducted from the refund total if either pair is returned. The discount may be retained if an exchange is made at the time of the return. Ok, so why did LISA tell me that she had to take my FREE shoe instead of half off the original purchase!? I kept THE PAIR AT 69.99! Even Publix gets this basic arithmetic! 50% is what shouldve been refunded (35.00) NOT I will give you a FREE SHOE AND REFUND ME NOTHING! You all are robbing people in Montgomery Alabama!Im done shopping there! So disappointing because we liked it there! Never spent less than 300!
