This review surpasses a previous review in reference to a headlight issue. Josh, Cedric and Walker were great in helping to resolve my headlight issue. The issue was not lack of service, but more so lack of communication. Once Josh, I think that was his name, maybe Justin, either way once he realized the issue he reached out with a solution. The issue was corrected the next day. Though, that did not initially solve the problem, they did their best to give me a great customer experience. In the end the equipment I needed was shipped expeditiously and my problem has been resolved. I appreciate them reaching out to solve my issue without a big mayhem. Though some of them are transitioning to a new dealership, they still provided the Infiniti experience.

I needed last minute oil change before heading out of town and they were able to work me in.
Horrible service. This is my first infiniti and I took my car to them because of a scrubbing noise. They kept my car for 3 weeks claiming they drove it everyday and checked tires. They couldnt find the issue. Every time I called the service tech working on my car was out of town. Finally got tired and took my car to Nissan of Auburn. It was fixed in 10 minutes. Funny infiniti missed the bungee cord wrapped up in my tire and axel along with the bent shield scrubbing against the rotor. They never even lifted my car off the ground.Update:my car 2019 infiniti q60 was dropped off to you by kia of auburn. Walker was the service manager. The dealership called you multiple times also. .

This is the reason you didnt get five stars. First of all, your service manager forgot that I was also getting the oil changed. He didnt put it in the system. Therefore, we had to wait over an hour to get it changed. If it would have been done in the beginning, we wouldnt have had the long wait.

They are some very very nice people! Mr Melvin is exceptional. I purchased a Ram from the Dodge store on yesterday and Mr Melvin was my salesman. He stayed and waited for me on a Friday night and was so nice,soft spoken answer very patient. The Gentleman that finished up my loan, the one who closes the deal, is such a nice and friendly man. Hes very patient and informative, which is a BIG plus! Im sorry I cant remember his name but he has triplets! Last but not least, I have my Infiniti serviced at Brewbaker and Im well pleased. They are just a bunch of very nice people.
Fast service, no waiting
The service manager is absolutely not fit for the job, and her behavior with me as a costumer was absolutely bad. I cant wait for my lease to end so I dont have to come back to this dealrdeale. Their service was not good either. They rotated my tires and it messed up my tire balance and my car started to shake. Then they charged me the next time to fix it. Absolutely disappointed. NOT recommend.My second review after 4 month: my car is still shaking. I believe they didnt balance my wheels although they claimed they did it free of charge. This time around for oil change...they did not even rotate my tires that is included in my maintenance, but they said they did. They were supposed to give me information about the remaining tire tread but they didnt. The previous time, the washer fluid box was checked, and I ran out of washer fluid the day after without even using it. So they didnt check it! They just check mark everything and think you are too stupid to notice it. Thanks God Nissan engineers make very reliable cars that you dont have to rely on these people. Now that I have moved to Michigan, one of the things that makes me happy is the idea of going to another dealership.

I took my car to Brewbaker Infinite to have it service, They informed me that I need a complete brake job and they charged me over $1,000.00. They did an awful job. My brakes were not squealing when I took it in, they are now. My wheels to this day continue to have brake dust and this was done in September of last year. I took my car back to them three times after the initial visit, they did not get it right. On the last visit which was in December, when I went to pick up my car the young man at the front desk informed me that they did not do anything to my car because their mechanic said there is nothing wrong with my brakes. This was a big mistake on my part taking my car to them but I thought by them being as Inifiniti dealer they would know what to do, WRONG. I would not want anyone else to go though what I am going though because of Brewbaker negligence and dishonesty. Now I am trying to save money to take my car to a brake specialist to have my brakes done properly. I know they took advantage of me because I am a single African American woman. Stay away from this dealership. These people are a rip off. Ladies do not take your car there to be service.
This place literally saved my familys lives! We had our car serviced at another dealership - who did not completely tighten our front left tire - in VA before making a cross country trip. We called Brewbaker about an hour before arriving to explain the noises we were hearing and they graciously agreed to take a look at our car. Thank God they did because they told us that the front left tire was literally on the verge of falling off, which would have been catastrophic. Our hearts sunk when we heard the news. A BIG Thank You to the staff at Brewbaker for all of their help and kindness!
Took my wifes KIA Sorento in for servicing. Scott Combs, the service writer, was very pleasant and he got the oil change and tire rotation done quickly. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

I’ll NEVER take my car to this dealership again. I have a 2017 QX60 that I bought in TN. We recently moved to AL and this is the closest dealership at 1.5 hours away. The ONLY reason I made the drive was for a ABS warranty recall. The customer service manager has terrible skills. When we called to set up the appointment, they could give us NO indication as to when the car would be done. I explained I have to request time off work to drive 3 hours round trip. Still no solid estimate. My husband brought the car in with 29,780 miles and asked for the warranty work, the 30,000 mile service and the new tires he ordered when we called a few days prior to set up the appointment. He never even left the dealership before texting me to say that he’ll never go back to that one again because of the run around and attitude he was getting about needing a loaner vehicle (which we had discussed when we called). We’ll find another Infiniti if we ever have warranty work again. Two days came and went with ZERO calls from them. On Thursday morning, they called to tell us it was ready. I explained again, I have to request time off and since they gave me no notice, I couldnt make it until the next day. When I got it back, they never did the 30,000 mile service. If you’re a dealership in the business of making money, why WOULDNT you ask to do the service?? To be fair, the manager did offer to keep the car and make it right. But after the lack of customer service and poor attention to detail, I decided to pass and change the oil myself. Good thing I did because the “27 point inspection” was COMPLETELY pencil whipped. My power steering fluid was BONE dry and my radiator fluid BARELY had any in it. I’m surprised I haven’t over heated in this lower AL summer weather. In short, between the technician pencil whipping the inspection and the TERRIBLE customer service skills, I will not only NOT bring my car in for service there again, you can bet I’ll not by an Infiniti from there either.UPDATE ON OCT 17, 2019: As posted by the dealership below, I was supposed to receive a follow up call the next day by the GM to discuss. It’s been a week and I still have not received any communication by this dealership. Yet another sign they don’t actually care about their customers or making things right.
Very prompt and exceptional service when we took our car to the Infinti dealership this past Monday for the first time!! Quick evaluation of problem and fast repair time that didnt cost us an arm and a leg!!! Will definitely be using them again!!
