I used to like this store until they cancelled my watch without me knowing then harassed and threatened to turn my service off if I didn’t bring my watch back. I still have the text and calls and I will be suing somebody. Never knew a company to make a customer pay for their mistakes and not even try to take accountability for their mistakes.

I visited the Sprint Cellular store, as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a pleasant smile and a great evening presentation. One of their CSR, even though handling clients came over near where I was waiting to be seen, expressed that he will attend my needs as soon as possible and apologized, for the delay. If youre ever in the Sprint, ask for Javier, he is very attenative to the needs of the clients. ☆✍📱📲

I just got the note 10+ and they were supposed to add my insurance on that phone since I turned in my note 8 which had insurance on it and they didnt, so I went back to the sprint store and the manager said he added it on my line. Well I just called sprint to check and I was told it wont be effective until November 12th 2019, Why so long when I got my phone Sunday the 13th? Its added back on my sons phone Sunday both done the same time. I told the rep that sprint treats their long time customers wrong,and thats why I go to best buy for my phones because they do things that loyal customers have to suffer and pay for. Then expect you to give great reviews on them. I will if they did right. Now I have to wait till November 12th for my insurance to kick in hell thats a whole month .

We came in today, 2 days before Christmas. They were slammed and bent over backwards to get us pushed through as quickly as possible. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!

This store site is so unhelpful that I go to the one near east chase to get all my service ; even tho I live next door to this one. really dont have anything good to say about this location, just go to the one near east chase their better

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am a new customer and 2 people came in after me and got serviced before me. The girl didnt even seem to know what she was talking about. Lets not forget when I entered, it took the greeter like 5 minutes to ask me if I needed help. She was just standing there looking confused and lost, just like I was feeling. Lol. This store is a joke. They really need to hire people who enjoy helping others and have great communication skills

Went into the store about the phone towers being down for three weeks and its still not being fixed a d they were nice but they couldnt help. Nice people at the store but horrible phone company.

The associate lied and told me that he added insurance to my account. When I spoke to a representative over the phone she told me that I did not have insurance.

Slow service and not a lot of product knowledge. Did my research before I went so I knew exactly what I wanted. Still tried to talk me into another (different) phone.

Worst experience Ive ever had with any retail business in my entire life, 8 months of chasing $795 credit owed to m and then strong armed to take a $260 lower credit to even get my money or you can deal with customer service! Associates say whatever they can to make a sale and plan on spending days on end trying to get a phone. Associates are unprofessional and extremely rude. I never realized it took longer to get a phone than buying a home or automobile...

Poor customer service in my opinion.

Manager is very rude, would not listen to customers needs . Ordered a phone within store on 9/12 and was told that I would get it on 9/29 ... havent received ... then was told that it has shipped on 10/28, it is now 11/4 . ! No phone, I just would like to know where phone is & when to expect it . This is the worst communication and customer service ever . I have attempted to cancel order since I have been waiting for so long . Manager had a smart attitude and stated I can not cancel . I will be leaving sprint soon . If communication doesnt get better .
