This store has gone significantly downhill lately. Went from one of the best stores in town to the low side- with rude cashiers, limited stock, no more fresh pizza- instead just under heat lamps…. I could go on. Ready for the speedway across the road to open

Always enjoyed stopping here atthe marathon. great food clean restrooms this time it did not even look like the same place, its nasty outside trash cans, every one of the wash your windshield wiper napkin dispensors were empty. Looked lime they were for spiders that had been jumped off in a while will not be stopping in very disappointed in Marathon

Employees are always rude, bathrooms are filthy and its a nightmare getting in and out.

It appears the owners are nice caring people . However after dealing with them for well over a year, it has become apparent that they seriously lack goodwill in customer service. I have had several issues in the past that I took silently and just let them pass, and all the issues have been with the woman . . But not any longer . I recently purchased 3 cash for life quick picks and told the clerk to please make them separate tickets . He came back from the lotto machine with them all on one ticket, then he said, oh you wanted them separately didn’t you, I said yes, he said well do you want these, I said no please let me have 3 separate cash for life tickets . The owner Canaan stopped him from giving me the ones I wanted and she told me that they couldn’t cancel the tickets because they had to pay for them, then she said to me, what’s the difference if they’re single or grouped together, I told her, the difference is the way I wanted them and your clerk admitted he screwed up . She said we have to pay for these tickets, anyway, at that point I knew I wouldn’t be back to the store and I just kept the mistake tickets her clerk made. That 6.00 mistake was more important to her than a loyal customer . So, I’llGet my gas, snacks, motor oil, milk, bread and lotto tickets elsewhere . It a shame that when you see someone smile, it’s sometimes sad hiding a totally other face and attitude .

Nasty bathrooms. No toilet paper in the stalls. No soap in the dispenser. And the hand dryer did not work. Some kind person left napkins in one of the stalls for toilet paper. And People loitering outside the business making you feel unsafe. Over all a nasty place

I was just wondering if she was having a bad day, but after seeing these other reviews maybe they are just rude and have attitudes. Customer service is definitely not something that is available here.

Good prices on had and water, clean bathrooms

Employee at the Hunt Bros pizza refused to make a custom pizza even though it’s the first thing on the menu.
