We had such an amazing experience at this store yesterday! We went to purchase a power wheel toy for our daughters birthday, and had no clue what we wanted or which one would be the best fit for her age and size. We were approached by Hank, and he had a huge personality and immediately made the experience enjoyable. He had so much knowledge about the products, and knew all the specifications without even looking at the information. Nobody knows power wheels like big Hank knows power wheels! That was his motto! he suggested one, and it ended up being exactly what we needed! I have never seen someone that loved his job so much, and that reflected in how he handles himself while working. He was helpful, entertaining, and overall just a joy to be around. I hope he receives recognition for his customer service and how knowledgeable he is about his job. People like him are what creates lifelong customers! Tori was our cashier, and she was also wonderful to deal with. Overall, this was an amazing experience and we will now do ALL of our shopping for things they sell at this location. Thank you Big Hank and Tori!!

Love this store. Everyone very helpful. Items from toddler and baby clothes, shoes for them as well. Games of all kinds for all ages lots of electronics, from bicycles to battery card. The latest DVDs..and the list goes on. Get a rewards tag which is free and use it each time you shop. Very competitive prices.

This Toys R Us is closing. Clearance sales started March 23rd, but items are currently a maximum of 30 percent off. Clearance amounts will increase over time, although they are not disclosing when they will further reduce prices or close the store. At 10 to 30 percent off, prices on Amazon are better. As items reach 50 percent off or so, this sale will be worthwhile, if people are smart and wait until then to clean the store out.

All comments aside about the prices being high because they are totally unnecessary. Shoppers must understand the market. There is competition true enough, but the prices for the quality of the toys were reasonable in my eyes. I stopped going here as I became an adult, however this company has been around for many generations and my family will truly miss. Its sad that the electronics have become more popular than imagination . Im VERY frustrated by this store closing!

We LOVE Toys R Us!! So very sad to see them closing their doors😢😭We always go for the kids birthdays, and let them pick their birthday surprises! When we went in, the regular staff who have been there for years, were at the counters, to help us 1 last time, to help us check out... And to wave good-bye😢Some of them have been in our lives for 19 years!!! This was a very VERY sad day for us!We want to thank you for all of the memories...for all of the smiles... from the bassinet with the squeaky wheel that we will NEVER forget (It gets talked about every time we speak of bringing home the kids... all of them 🤗I never oiled It! Incredibly vintage store from the early 80s that is also, sadly, pretty distressed. A small store was very clean and organized inside, had supermarket aisles for product and even still used those ticket slips for video game purchases -- a concept that has been retired from its stores since 1996! Corporate needs to make sure this store stays intact, its got so much character!

They used to price their stuff so high but it was so nice to have a toy store that we didnt have to wait for the item to be shipped to us. Its so sad they are going out of business... but their closing sales are great!

The store is closing and they have a sale going on. But the prices are still higher than Walmart and Best Buy. I dont get that, but its OK.

Great service made sure i found everything i needed. Always good when I go into the store.

Never had a bad experience here. I will say that I remember when their black Friday sale was everything to me when I had young kids. Now its so pitiful that I cant believe its the same business. But that has nothing to do with this location, so Ill give thus TRU a 5.

So sad they are closing down. I was a TOYS R US Kid and so was my precious sin Dylan. It is the end of an era.

Clearly this is a good place to go, if not I wouldn’t be taking my time write something up. They are good with their customers and their inventory is pretty vast.

Its a very depressing store. I walked in and immediately got sad. Not really much of a toy wonderland. They have a good assortment of stuff, but the mood of the environment is just empty.

Going out of businees sale? Toys are still cheaper at Walmart. At least you get Krispy Kreme to ease the pain of disappointment.

This review is not for a physical store but for the online store. I purchased a digital movie, and the service was discontinued. Instead of issuing me a refund on my credit card they sent me an E gift card. I hardly shop at Toys r us, and just now went to use my card, only to find out that it was slightly expired, by less than a year. They refused to look up my original transaction and give me MY money back. So not only do my kids not have our movie, but our money was stolen from us. I will never shop at this place again and am so angry at the companys failure to provide customer service.

Great Customer service...

Paid for a layaway on line at 1143am,went to pick it at 7:35pm and it didnt show up paid in there system even though I showed them my bank records with toys r us name on it,they said it was nothing they could do about it.

Going out of business it will be missed.
