An absolute gem of a store that offers try-before-you-buy gourmet Olive oils and Balsamic vinaigrette. Olive oils this fresh are hard to find and the infused options are an awesome way to mix it up. There is also a huge variety of balsamic vinaigrette with quality youll never find at a local grocery store. I was also pleased to find bread dipping spices to add to the oil. Prices are very reasonable and the staff make you feel like family!

I have thanked the owner twice for opening a store like this in Montgomery. It is a wonderful treasure if one enjoys food or cooking. I love to cook and I feel I know something about olive oil and balsamic vinegar but she knows far more than I will ever know. It is an extremely wonderful treat for Montgomery. I absolutely love to cook, I was pleasantly surprised to find this location. A wide variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, and my personal favorite the Foco charcoal! Our last visit was amazing, sampling different balsamic flavors and exploring the possibilities for future dishes.
