Good no baloney experience with Anthony. Had answers for my wife and I regarding a Shadow horse trailer that we purchased and drove home the same day. Highly recommend!

Prompt customer service - no standing around waiting for someone to notice you. Friendly and knowledgeable. Put trailer behind my truck with financing quickly. Up side was they had the trailer I needed and only one left. Other places completely out. Downside price was little high. But the prices are going up on everything. Ive treated the deck myself and will be adding other items but for now This is it.

Went today to purchase a trailer. Secretary was very nice told me sales guy... who saw me... will be off the phone in a minute... 15 minutes later.. he was still talking to some guy about nonsense... from what i was hearing... that customer was not buying anything.... walked out... they are NOT the only trailer stores around....

Absolutely the best place to buy a horse trailer! I live about 4 hours away from Congelosi and the drive was worth it. Ask for Anthony and Kristy. The customer service from both of them was top notch. Anthony took the time to answer all my questions about the trailer and even helped me hitch, unhitch and drive around in the trailer before we left so I felt confident doing it on my own. He made sure we had the correct hitch and safety gear to keep me and horses safe during all our travels. Kristy answered all my questions on the phone beforehand and even asked extra people to come in and work on a Saturday since she knew I was coming from out of town and wanted to make sure they had staff to help me. I would definitely recommend Congelosi.

Great place to do business with, Anthony was on key and honest. No bs. Bought 6x12 v-nose cargo trailer at an honest price. Which is good with what we are all going through these day. I highly recommend Congelosi trailer sales in Montgomery Ny.

Way overpriced and rude

Wow! This trailer dealer is second to none. We dealt with Anthony and he could not possibly have been more accommodating. We made a trailer purchase, sight unseen, and drove all the way from south Florida to NY to retrieve it. Everyone at Congelosi was so nice and the trailer was exactly as described. When we hooked the trailer to our motorhome, there was an issue with the jack stand. Anthony didn’t think twice. Without hesitation, he quickly went inside, grabbed another, brand new jack and changed it out, right then and there. I mean, you just don’t experience customer service this wonderful, too often, these days. 5 stars across the board!

Great if youre buying a trailer, stink if you call for service. As soon as I told them that I bought a trailer last month the whole tone changes and without the return call. Funny thing was wanted to ask about buying another trailer. Being how theyre less than 2 miles from me. Nope so I went many many more miles away to buy my third trailer.

A lot of online inventory but it would be great if the prices were shown as well so we know the cost instead of having to call.

This is a great trailer source but they only seem interested in selling you a new trailer. The used trailers are priced high so fir a little mire you buy the new one. Too rich for my budget....

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS... I had been emailing back and forth for about a week inquiring about a used trailer that was posted on their website. I drove up from Connecticut to check out the used trailer, and also check out equivalent new models, with the intentions of purchasing a trailer today. I arrived at Paul Congelosi Trailer Sales and walked into the office / store. It was pretty empty (people wise), no customers, just two workers at computers. Neither person at the two computers looked up to greet me or ask if I needed any assistance. I looked around at the trailer accessories for sale on the shelves in the office / store. Eventually I asked the man at the computer about the used trailer posted online and he still didnt even bother to get up to assist me. He pointed (from sitting at his desk inside) to the general area where the trailer was suppose to be located (on their huge lot) and said he would be out there in a minute to meet me. I once I finally found the trailer, I checked it out. I took my time to inspect the trailer. The trailer looked good, but even AFTER I inspected the trailer, I waited around another good while for someone to come outside like I was told they would. Nobody came outside to assist me, so I got in my truck and left. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I would completely understand if they were busy, I would have totally waited my turn to be helped. However, there were no other customers at the store at the time and they were not busy. I was treated as if I was a bother, and I am sure another trailer dealer would be much more helpful throughout the purchase of a new trailer.
