Demetrius was exceptionally accommodating and is a wonderful asset to the company.

They have people there who evict you from your storage space only after youve paid your monthly rent...then ask you did you get the letter informing you of the eviction?? Did when ask for a copy of the eviction notice, they claim its at the cooperate office and they cant provide a copy...then tell you that the notice was return to the local storage units office...still wont provide a copy even after all property is removed and paper work signed.... wouldnt trust with a glass of dirty water...

This is a convenient storage location if you live or do business on the south side of Montgomery. The rates are competitive and the storage rooms clean. This is a secure location with video cameras and security gate access.

The very friendly and courteous they are caring about their patrons I had a wonderful experience with them and I would recommend them wholeheartedly 100%

Cheryl is hands-down, one of the best, brightest and most enthusiastic & reassuring employees Life Storage has on their team. Ive had the experience of working with her at two of their Montgomery locations by pure coincidence but what a lucky lot for me at the units on Richard Road behind Stivers Ford Dealership as well as another set of units off Vaughn Road behind the Office Depot.

First of all I already have a storage unit then it was raining I got charged an extra$10 because the office worker was being rud then she automatically charged me for a lock that I was capable of getting myself when I get my stuff out unless they changed personnel Im not going back nor recommend to that facility

The picture that is up is not an accurate picture of the units on the property. The location is kind of convenient. That is the only plus. Other than that, the road is full of large pot holes when driving to your unit. Theres debris that can become stuck in your tires.

Nice looking facility with great prices. They lost my business after speaking to the woman that works there. She was very unprofessional, rude, and acted as if she did not care about what I was saying. Not good business.Okay so I tried to deal with this facility again (without giving a call to corporate because I have learned most the time it doesn’t help) because it is the closest to me. Once again I had to deal with the most disrespectful lady ever. It was a total waste of time because I refuse to spend my money in a place where I am disrespected each time I deal with them. The way she speaks to customers is appalling. Could not ask questions without being made to feel like I am wasting her time or bothering her. Then when I say I didn’t hear what she said she started screaming at me. This is the second time I have dealt with this kind of attitude when just trying to see about renting a unit and I will not do it again and I will also let everyone I know in on how I was treated by her at this facility. There are too many other businesses to use to have to put up with that kind of customer service.

No worries! I didnt have to worry about taking my daughter stuff back down the highway from college! Not far from college too! Easy access and friendly service were a big plus!

Ms. Pride is a liar, she is very unprofessional. Its obvious she has no knowledge of the business. She tried to discuss my account in front of another customer, the customer was nice and stepped out. She makes the rules and policies up to fit her lies.

Great facility. Larger units have a light in them. Samantha is awesome and always super nice. I wish all the storage facilities would work with you half as well as Sam does!

I had a emergency no one called me back I paid my bill and my gate code aint work the property manager did not return my call or try to help in anyway I on a business I lost my customers due to not being able to deliver wat they expected Im pissed very umprofessional
