Good service and a short wait time

This place is close to where I live, I have purchased auto supplies here many times. Today I went in wearing a face cover, when I went up to the registers to pay, all the employees, none wearing face covers, just stared at me. I looked at one and asked if I could buy the product in my hand, and this employee reluctantly rang me up. I didn’t know buying auto supplies has become political, but this experience made me feel super uncomfortable, and I will not patronize that store again. Lots of other places to buy this stuff, if you care about wearing a face cover for obvious reasons, you might want to avoid this store.

Was I need of 1 1/2 muffler clamps but they only had 1 in stock reached out to Delta and get it within 1 hour

First time I went in it’s was perfectly fine but when I go back in a second time trying to return a product dude is literally on the phone the whole time while he’s speaking to me and doesn’t explain that if he sends the money back to my card I don’t get it for 5 days? And then he said “ the guy over there might have money in his draw.” Didn’t go and ask him 10/10 would not recommend this place!

NAPA, no matter what location, has rarely if ever let me down. This store is no exception. I was helped by a young man who located many items that I was looking for and when we looked at tire chains, he pointed me to a place where I could find them, due to theirs being out of my budget. Thats service. Actions like that is why I consistently use NAPA for my auto and shop needs. A+ for the store, A+ for the young man who helped me.

This Napa does not have the know how,, I pulled in for some oil foe my motorcycle, I asked his opinion for the best stop leak, he immediately jump to the most expensive bottle on the shelf, then I asked him how much I should use and I told him the size of the engine. He told me half the bottle, which was way to much, this as they were closing, I put his recommendations amont in my motorcycle, and it basical seized the engine.... Here I am stranded in the middle of colorado with no transportation, as they all just leave me there... I had to walk to ace hardware, autozone then a motel..... next morning they were basically as worthless, as I had to drain my whole engine because of KNOW HOW I will never step in a napa ever again.... bunch of idiots...

They have good filters and fluids, but their parts are premium priced for very low quality. Every repair Ive ever done that has had parts fail were Napa parts.

They work hard here to try to get you the part you need... They looked for a long while to find a part that would work for me even though they couldnt get me the OME part since they dont make them anymore.

Wanted to do business, but the owner / manager seemed very angry at everyone in the store. The tension was so thick it was like walking into a sauna of anxiety. I had to leave without getting the parts I needed.
