We had a absolutely 5 star experience at Turner Toyota. Ed Walker and the staff did some amazing things to get us into our new Toyota 4 runner. I would highly recommend Turner Toyota they stayed late to make sure we were satisfied helping my wife and I understand the cars functions If we buy another car it will absolutely be through these guys thank you very much Turner Toyota

The staff seemed to not care. For a small town and service guy just was rude. The parts counter was nice. They still do the bare minimum on research and will charge way to much. If you can wait. Do your own research and buy the parts elsewhere. They told me I had to buy over 750 dollars worth of parts. I got online found just what I was looking for. Aaaannnnddds it was 30 bucks.

THIS MIGHT BE THE WORST TOYOTA IN WORLD. Took a day off of work to drive 2 hours to get my oil changed, get the wheels changed for winter, and to diagnose my broken rear window, which was stuck in the up position. They not only didn’t figure out my rear window they legitimately broke it so it was stuck in the down position and they gave me my car back with with no window in the freezing cold of winter. Oh and they also broke my tire pressure sensors too. These people are clueless.
