I went to get an alignment on my truck and was one of the very first people there on a Saturday morning. There was a lot of people there and 1 male was very loud and obnoxious and jumped ahead of a few people and thought he was king for the day and he deserved to be taken care of anyone else. I finally got my turn and the gentleman at the counter was kind of put off by this rude customer. So when I gave them my keys to do the alignment he assured me that he would get my truck done as soon as possible. He did and it was much appreciated. Thank you for taking care of me and my truck in a timely manner!

We rolled into town with failing brakes. The crew at Big O got us back on the road quickly and efficiently. VERY happy with the professional service we received.

Literally the worst experience with tires Ive ever had. They put front tires on the rear, argued with me about it, promised to order rears to make it right (have this in writing) made me wait a week with an undrivable car, and ended up only putting the front tires where they should be and installed the old rears. (Which should have just been done the same day) feel like Im getting a constant runaround from them. Id go to the one in Delta, or just make the drive to discount. Itll be worth it.*Edit* was promised a follow up, waited over a week and heard nothing. Really would avoid this place if possible.

Went to this store to get a price on some tires. I walked in wearing a mask because I know covid really is a thing - I also noticed a customer waiting for her auto wearing a mask too. No one in this store read those cues and put on a mask - not the salesmen, not the guys in the back, no one! I refuse to spend money with a company that doesn’t adhere to safety protocols or care about customer/employee health. I wasn’t impressed and have found a more affordable store where they do wear masks.

Tires actually didnt get tightened on and flew off so make sure your tires are tight I did fix the problem and repair the vehicle though but could have got somebody really hurt so make sure your tires are tight and otherwise all good

I stopped by Big O Tires and asked Them to check the air in my motorhome tires. The gentleman at the service desk told me to pull my motorhome in front of the bay. As soon as I did a young man by the name of Jason came out and checked all the tires and Filled them to the correct pressure. I was traveling and just passing thru Montrose. I am so impressed with this shop’s customer service. I give then 5 stars! Thank you, Big O Tires in Montrose, Colorado!!!

These folks are FANTASTIC! My son had a slow leak while on a ski trip 300 miles from home. Big O Montrose fixed it, and even rotated the tires at no charge. You can fully trust these people, and they go above and beyond!!

I had a bad situation. Two blowouts on my trailer, same day. Wayne was super caring about my needs and very helpful. The guys in the shop were courteous and busted it out in no time. A bad situation was made better by a pleasant experience. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

No masks on half the employees and they rarely wear them in customer vehicles aswell was given excuse that most employees have medical reasons I dont see 95% of all the employees having legitimate medical issues but it is what it is

Excellent service. Went in there because thought my car needed an alignment, since it was vibrating like a polsy cow. Since they give free alignment checks I ended up there.They could have taken advantage of me and said I did need alignment ($87); however, they did not. Instead they found that the issue was that there was so much snow and ice built up in wheel well. For $15 they raised it up, took off each wheel and removed the ice I would have never been able to get to.Afterward my car drove as smooth as the first turns down a freshly groomed green run.

Great service,good prices and pretty fast at what they do. Said it was going to take a hour and a half but only took about 45 minutes!

Honest staff. Wont try to upsell or perform a service not needed. Went in to have an alignment done with the mindset it was definitely off because I changed out the tie rods, track bar, and ends myself. I told the guy Im sure it was off before I dropped it off. They could have easily told me that it was off and charged me for the service. Instead they were honest and said I must have gotten lucky and adjusted it just right myself. Plus the check was free.

Ive used Big O for my last 3 vehicles, and thats because Discount Tire lost their way. After over 20 years of loyalty and at least 15 cars, I was denied a tire rotation by a new young uneducated manager, so they lost my business from my many years of service. Big O has many services that are moderately priced, and their customer service is consistent from Montrose all the way to Aurora Colorado. I will not use any other tire service, and this location has gone out of their way to make sure my personal car needs are met and to me they are #1 above all other tire shops locations.

Had a flat tire from a nail. Took the tire off myself and took it to Big O figured it cost about 20.00, surprised they didnt charge me anything and they told me to have a great day

I stood outside the shop for several minutes without any staff member, whom I know saw me, even acknowledging I was there. I needed an air check and I had to go inside, where a staff member was on his phone, to get help. My old Big O in Arizona I would pull in and someone would approach me in my car and ask me what I needed. What happened to customer service?

I had a flat on my trailer. Big-O was busy and I didnt make an appointment so it was going to take an hour or two to get my trailer in the shop. The customer service rep, Jesus, offered to mount a new tire himself which he did in about 10 minutes. Great service!

Dont waste your time or money at this place, shop around and find a better deal.Especially stay away from Wayne, and Jesus at this location.

Front Office staff are cold and have no idea about customer service. Shop technicians are unruly and unprofessional. There is no quality of work done here. After doing business there for 3+ years I am finished with their poor performance and lack of workmanship. The store is filthy and unkept as well. The above is a strong reflection of the ownership who obviously does nor care about the customer.As for me, I will take my business to the store in Delta that others have told me to go to after they also had had it with these people in Montrose.I encourage everyone to leave doing business with Big O Tires in Montrose, CO. Exceptionally bad store in all regards. Maybe with a big revenue loss the Owner will pull his head out of his rear and recognize how bad that shop is. Probably not, clearly only interested in the money and not the client.

We got a flat on the way back to Denver and were taken care of super quickly. We also had them check out another issue with the engine to make sure we were good to drive 300 miles, and they told us all was good. They definitely could have had us do unnecessary work, so I appreciate the honesty!

I just bought four tires and had them mounted. I was very pleased with my experience. Jesus was the employee who helped me. He was great. Very helpful and accommodating. He spent a bunch of time on the phone with me prior to the work, answering all of my questions. When I brought my vehicle in, he was again very helpful and pleasant to interact with. They finished the job much quicker than expected and got me back on the road. Jesus was a major factor in my top notch experience, but the whole operation was exactly what you hope for from the consumer standpoint. Definitely recommended.

Bad customer service. The guy who took my name and number didnt seem to care much about my experience. He was very abrupt and didnt even ask me which vehicle was mine before he wandered off to go eat some chips. I was left hanging there at the counter wondering if we were done. No have a seat itll be a while or anything like that. So eventually I just took my keys back from the (unattended) counter and left to take my business elsewhere.

These guys got me in immediately for trailer tire repair and hub grease. Very clean and friendly place. Found an extra nail in another tire while there and pulled it, checked it out for me. Very reasonable price. Thank you

I had a Rear suspension issue with my 4runner. Shop opened right on time at 7. Tyler greeted me with a smile and offered me coffee. They had my vehicle up on the lift and diagnosed within minutes. They ordered my replacement part which was promptly dropped off at 8; & I was on my way by 8:15. I’ve always had wonderful experiences with this BigO in Montrose. Would highly recommend!

No nonsense service which can be seen as mediocre customer service. I was told my car, in for tires & an oil change at about 8:30, would be ready early afternoon. Surprised when I got a call before 11AM saying it was done. I didnt apply for credit so Im sure that would have taken longer but paying & walking out was very speedy.

Kudos to this NASCAR pit crew! 8:58 AM handed off the truck keys, 9:14 AM a new set of tires installed. Tire pressures were set perfect & equal, tire balance was right on. Took the truck on a road trip, drove great. Big O Montrose, from the front of the house (Franklin) through the install team was a 5-star service & product experience.

Frank Hansen was my sales representative. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After they rotated my tires, changed the oil and checked my brakes, I decided to get new windshield wipers. Without a seconds hesitation, Frank showed me the wipers that were available for my truck and went as far as to install them right then and there. It is very hard to find good, dedicated, customer service oriented employees these days. Big O Tires must be doing something right because this level of high customer service is the normal at your Montrose location. Myself and my family would consider going no where else for Automotive Service.

WENT TO BIG O TIRES IN MONTROSE COLORADO FOR TIRE ROTATION AND OIL CHANGE...AND GOT ROBBED!!!!WE HAD $800 LOCKED IN THE GLOVE BOX AND AFTER SERVICE THE NEXT TIME WE OPENED THE GLOVE BOX IT WAS GONE!!!!!!IT WAS MONEY FOR OUR BASIC SURVIVAL AFTER LOSING OUR JOBS BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS. Fastest rotation I ever had. It was like a pit stop. I barely got seated and was planning to read a magazine when the guy walked out with my keys and said the car was done.

I went Saturday to get tires they told me they have to order the tires wich is fine I ask if I can dropped my car on Tuesday when the tires get to the store and get a ride to work they say yes I show up to the store to dropped my car after 25 min waiting to be help they tell me we don’t shuttle anymore just a big waist of time bad customer service I wish we have more option in Montrose to get tires

Be careful. They told me I needed new brakes for brakes that had been replaced 5000 miles earlier. That installer verified they were in new condition. Be very careful.

Mike was super great. He made accommodations for me that I didnt even have to ask for. I cant think of a time I have had better customer service in a shop. In my 6 years of doing automotive work, I have rarely seen a cleaner, friendlier, or quick and accurate service.

Great experience. They told me it would be 1-1.25 hours to mount my all-weather tires on my rims (which had my snow tires mounted), but it took about 45 minutes. Friendly, helpful, courteous and polite. Ill definitely be returning for future business.

These guys have free inspection which is nice for diy mechanics with minimal time or hardware for diagnostics and troubleshooting issues with vehicles. Aside from that they have a decent spectrum of tire and wheel options. They can order parts at comparable prices as well as assist in repairs. They are typically quick with any inspection or tire service they provide. I would recommend these guys, at least this local Montrose location, above a number of other options that are available.

Great people with great service. Ive gone there with 2 flat tires, and theyve had me out the door in 15 minutes both times without an appointment. Theyve been more than helpful both times. My truck is almost due for new tires, and I will definitely be taking it to Big O.

I called twice to make an appointment for an urgent tire repair. Both times, they said they didnt have access to the schedule, and would call me back as soon as they had access to it. 2 days later, they still have never called back.

Had an issue getting them to repair/replace a tire, had to drive around on my spare for 2 days before they put 4 new tires on.

I called the office and they were able to help me that morning! I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the workers. He walked me through everything and got me back on the road in under an hour! Would highly recommend it!

You cant trust their phone price quotes. I always repeat the quoted price, as I do daily in my work. After they mounted, and balanced the tires they charged me a different price. They also were to have the tires studded, they had 2 days, before my scheduled service day. They didnt, which required a longer wait time.

This is a very good Big O store. I have been driving 1 1/2 hours from my home for many years to have my tire service at this Big O. My new tires were installed and aligned in 45 minutes this last week. The bill came out higher than my quote from Wayne, the Manager, but Frank made my bill to match the quote. These guys always do right for me and I will remain a customer until I die with that kind of service. Thank you Montrose Big O!!!

Screwed me out of $ 60.00. In March 2018, I had a complete brake job for $ 640.00. At this time Big O was offering a $60.00 rebate for 4 wheels. I completed the form I was given and mailed it promptly to the company that handles such things. In May I received my rebate....a $30.00 VISA gift card....not $60.00.In order to activate the card I had to call a number and tap in the card #. I tried this 6 or 7 times and each time I was told the number was invalid. I tried to contact a live person to get help but that isn’t possible anymore. I sent an E mail to BIG O’s main office and received a note apologizing for any inconvenience, butdidn’t offer any remedy. I then took my worthless VISA card into our local store and told the manager to keep the card because that was the last $ Big O was going to get from me. ( we spent over $1100 in the last year).

Super friendly, helpful and honest. They didnt want to sell me tires until I really needed them. Nice to know that Im not wasting my money and there are good honest people out there.

Called to get a price quote, was quoted one price, showed up and was told a completely different price. I asked if the receptionist was sure of the price and she hesitated but said she was. Would have been better to say no, or get the right answer then make incorrect assumptions and answer incorrectly.

I have been a customer of the Montrose Big O since it opened and every time I have found this to be an honest ( I got 2nd opinions), store that has the customers best interest up front. This is a locally owned store that treats everyone well.

I have used Big O in Montrose for over 10 years for tires and oil changes - Vehicles for two different businesses and all my personal vehicles. Always friendly and explain what they are doing and why they are doing it. If its going to be expensive, they let me know. I have even called them when I was out of town and asked for advice on brakes, shocks and tires. I recommend Wayne and his crew!

They completely ripped my father-in-law off. I have been a mechanic for years and they replaced things that didn’t need to be replaced. Now he is missing bolts from his braking system making his truck unsafe to drive. We will never do business with them ever again and suggest you don’t either.

I have been there twice. After the first new car oil change I noticed a few small scratches in the paint near the wheels where they rotated the tires. After a second oil change two of my rims were badly scratched and oil was spilled in the engine area near the oil filter. They are cheap rims but Ill go back to changing my own oil like I did for many years.
