Called yesterday and asked if they could laminate a 36 wide map. Yes we can was their response. Today I went there and was greeted by a just plain nasty man behind the desk who said he cant do it. He just had no interest in helping me in any way and seemed miserable to be there. His bad mood started my day off poorly. Thanks Office Depot.

It seems that finding good customer service is an increasingly rare phenomenon these days so I wanted to express my gratitude to the extremely helpful and efficient employees of this Office Depot who helped me today! I explained the tech problem I was having and they quickly came up with a product I’d never even heard of that solved the issue for less than $20! Simply outstanding.

Today my grandma asked me to make copies of prayer cards that she needed for her church group. I would do anything for my beloved grandma but making double sided copies on accordion folded paper of various sizes and colors is a tall order for me and an even taller order for whichever Office Depot employee unlucky enough for me to choose to help me. Fortunately Katrina (no relation to the horrendous hurricane) had the fortitude and skill to take on the task and see it to its completion.Thank you Katrina!

Every time I go in to Office Depot my experience is always excellent! I have used the print center and the technical support service and have nothing but positive words to say about the employees and their expertise. The employees are very polite and helpful and the store is always tidy. Great business to have in Montrose!

It was great. Didnt have exactly what I was looking for. So they looked it up and ordered them for me. Customer service was great. What else does a person need.

I bought a mouse from them and went home to open it up. I accidentally cut the mouse wire while opening it up with scissors. I went back like 10 min later and they gave me a new mouse. I didnt even have my receipt with me and they said it was no problem. Super friendly staff and helped me right when I walked into the store.

Young lady at the service desk had to ask for backup 3 or 4 times. There were at least 2 other employees there, all in the back. At least she was nice.

Print specialists William W and Zach L along with Customer Service manager Tai B were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and provided wonderful service to us as we prepared for an event at our church. We give them a 5 star rating and look forward to working with them in the future.

This Office Depot the service is quite good. It was not always this way. In the past some of the tech support/sale people were a bit rude. I think they have improved quite a bit.

Wonderful experience. Both cashier and manager were attentive, knowledgeable, and professional.

Clean, well lit, generally fully stocked, helpful employees. Good copy services including map scanning.

Print Shop was very helpful. I use them anytime my company needs posters & flyers.

The print center used to be a disaster with staff who didn’t know what they were doing. I’ve been in several times recently and see that things have improved. I look forward to this being the new normal.

First off lets start with the tech department and I mean wow how are you gonna have someone who doesnt know the difference between amd and intel and which benchmarks either can produce per click the techs needs training mandatory I say. Second i cant believe how inconsiderately loud they talk to you as a customer letting the whole store know your business. and the wait is atrocious especially if you ask for a manager to bring you your product you had ordered online for store pick up. Most of the employees there act like they dont care if you buy anything or not either way. and the price of a pc repair can leave you going broke for quite sometime, sometimes $300 plus for something as simple as a virus check, and whatever you do dont pay with your card the transaction can a lot of times be charged multiple times and the refund will take a lawyer to recieve for the most part. As a citizen of Montrose im not the first to experience this I ask you my fellow Montrose people is this who we want in our city representing and supplying our buisnesses? Im ordering online myself from now on.

Searching for pages for my Day Timer planner. 👎 No wonder this store has so few shoppers, their stock is mostly gadgets and Christmas merchandise.

Its like a morgue inside, and have to look all over the store for help and a cashier. Also way to many employees standing around in the copy and print center!
