Called on 11/10/16 and asked for Shims for leveling my house. was told Over the phone they had 30 in inventory that I requested for, drove all the way from crawford for them. We arrived and asked a heavy tall guy with glasses about the shims and he was rude and said they were out and I asked if they could see if they could make a quick batch and he said they have better things to do.. ILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT STORE NOR BUY MY LUMBER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!..

Ordered some doors I needed in Telluride. I was told they couldn’t deliver until the next week so I drove down to pick it up that day in a snow storm. When I arrived the guy in the door shop said they had already been delivered and were in Telluride. No phone call. No communication. They cost me in lost time about the price of the doors. I suggest you speak to more than person and triple check before you take anyone’s word down there.

After having spent tens of thousands, with Alpine over the last year, they fought me tooth and nail over a charge less than $200. It was a charge that I was told upon order I would not be charged for, and over a month later it was added to my bill. The organization doesn’t seem to care, and justifies their dishonesty. Also, pro-tip from a buyer- no one cares your door handles have a lifetime warranty when they cost almost $400 (Emtek front door option).

Wedsite non existent! Hours of operation..6:30-5:00!?! Thk u for opening early, but I cant figure out pricing after 5:00pm?, because no one picks up the phone, and Ur website cant provide pricing?... Are u kidding me....this will cost me in the long run!
