Gary helped us choose the right bed and we love it! Am super appreciative of the extra time he spent with us fitting us correctly with our sleep styles including pillow fit. Love the fact his store is locally owned and operated.

We were in an emergency house guest situation; our guest found our existing mattress (home came furnished) to be so bad that in the morning we discovered he had spent his first night on the floor. Gary at Sleep Factory saved the day! He was knowledgable and helpful both during my preliminary phone call and then our in-store visit. Heres a tip: we got one plush and one firm, so future guests can pick between the two beds. It was a Saturday and we needed same day delivery, so we were hauling the mattresses and box springs ourselves. Gary went out of his way to help us load and secure our two twin sets, and even took our old mattress sets into his box truck for disposal. Way above what youd expect from a mattress store on a weekend!

Bought a king from here approximately 2 years ago, the worst damn mattress Ive ever had totally given away where I normally lay big valley not even sure the springs are there, just a really terrible mattress for close to $1000 bucks, Ill drive to Denver before I would buy here again.

This guy is totally rude went in for an application and he was just like I pass have a nice day rude
