They charge outrageous prices you use the products for less than an hour they refused to let you return it and give you your money back they rip people off. Staff is snotty.

Terrible company - need to find a decent accountant - been charged a late fee more than three times but all their issues not mine. Plus, we were originally told the oxygen generator was a rent to own and we paid about $500 before we were told its a rental only. They bill our insurance company $250 a month for a piece of equipment that costs about $700. No maintenance on the machine and the last time we took the equipment in because it wasnt working, we were given a machine that didnt even last one day. Wish someone would open a similar business to give these guys some competition.

I had a great experience at Hartmans for our son’s oxygen. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. There was initially an insurance issue and they took care of it all. I would not have known there was ever was an issue if I didn’t ask the insurance company after the fact. I will be using Hartmans in the future if I ever need medical supplies.

Absolutely on the ball with getting me set up with the oxygen my doctor wants me on. Friendly and helpful staff.

Have been there twice. The first time was a wonderful experience. The second time was a different story. The staff was condescending and snotty. Not sure if Ill use them again.

Very helpful office staff. Large inventory of medical supplies and a great pharmacy.

The billing dept is horrible. Payments Ive made are not credited or take 6 months to show on a statement. Staffs standard answer is to blame the bank. Not happy.

The office staff has always been most helpful, recommending different products, and making sure I get what I need! AAA+
