ECL body shop really knows how to work in a timely matter they got my Chevy TRAX looking like new! After someone hit my car in front my whole bumper was ruined and left some of the grill damaged along with some passenger door damages they not only repaired the damages they were also able to work with the insurance to cover all damages I would definitely recommend this body shop. This shop is awesome! I walked in for an estimate and my repair would have cost me more than the insurance portion. I got a self pay estimate and had the work done. I had an unfortunate accident that tore up the front of my car badly! I took it in to ECL BODY SHOP and they did an excellent job finding new quality parts to fix it and an awesome job matching the paint on my 2013 vehicle! I will definitely use them again if needed!

We have brought a car to them and they promised to give it back in a week and give us a rental car for the time that they would be keeping our car. It has been almost two months and we have not got our car back. The rental car that they gave us started having issues so they took it back and now it has been a week for me without having any means of transportation.If you want your car done on time, I say better pay a few extra hundred dollars but at least have your car back in operation.

Call first because contrary to the hours scheduled the man isnt available until 3pm & the female refused to call him when I arrived at 10am. The place next door has available staff that take care of business on the spot.

Reasonable prices for repair work and didnt have to wait forever for my car back and it looks good no rattles so Im happy.

I had an OUTSTANDING experience with ECL. I brought my car to them before I even filed with my insurance company. They gave me a loaner car immediately at no cost to me. They fixed my car, with an estimated $8000 in damage, in less than a week.They stayed in touch with me DAILY to let me know what was going on. Not only that, but they fixed PRIOR dents and scrapes at no cost!!! Absolutely INCREDIBLE service and I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for your quick, efficient, and empathetic service. This place is fantastic. After being turned away from another nearby body shop I decided to try this place out and couldnt be happier with the results. Very fair price and got it done in little time. Will be recommending this place to others from now on !

Great location in Moore right off of 27th Street in Janeway they have universally friendly entrances and exits clean bathroom very friendly staff quick clean and professional work environment and most definitely can be seen in final output of projects thumbs up

I have used ECL on several vehicle repairs in the past my most recent experience however was not a good one after retrieving my vehicle a few weeks later I started noticing pitting rust in my mirror I reached out more than a dozen times over the past few months with text messages phone calls were I actually talk to the receptionist and nothing not a single return call from the owner
