They did a good job. I gave it a 3 star because the paint job they did didn’t match the original color of my car. It’s very visible.

I was hit from behind and the accident marred the back bumper. The insurance company of the at fault driver handled the payments, but scheduling the repairs was an easy process and everyone at the shop was very professional and nice to work with. They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and it was ready a day earlier than they estimated!

Had a scheduled appointment this week for inspection and comparison of approved list of items on covered by insurance. The truck was to be dropped off and repairs started. They then inform me that they can’t get my truck in until the end of the year. Don’t use this service. Extremely slow and unreliable. Holds information from customers that would hurt there cash flow if they were honest.

Great service. My rental car company was supposed to pick me up at the location but did not have a driver at the last minute. Service King called an Uber & paid for it. I would have missed a very important appointment. Also my car was ready two days early. The work done was perfect.

Super easy to work with. Chelsea is patient and friendly, even at 8 AM. :) They provided updates multiple times per week and finished when they said they would. My car looks better than before the accident.

I personally wouldn’t go here. I know repairing a car takes time but I was not updated for one and a half months and finally went up there just for them to tell me one more month.They lied about the time, price, and the car didn’t even look the same! Go take your car and money somewhere else and save yourself!!!!

Service King did a really good job repairing my 2006 Volvo. They stayed in constant communication and even handled the insurance company and set up my car rental. There were a few unexpected delays, but everything worked out fine.

Visited this place for a body work in October 2018. I received a great service and would recommend this place. They routinely sent out emails to keep me posted with the progress.

My experience was great! I hit a curb, damaging my bumper and causing a coolant leak. They replaced the bumper, matching paint perfectly, and replaced everything needed to fix the leak. I’ve been back in the car for four days now and everything’s good! They worked with Allstate for me so that I didn’t need to do any back-and-forth.Mark was my advisor, and Bill was my mechanic - both great guys!FYI: Enterprise does pick-up and drop-off at this location, which is convenient.

Absolutely would never use or recommend Service King. I’m not sure if the estimator is stupid, thinks I’m stupid or simply doesn’t want my business. First they asked me multiple times who my insurance company is and I had to repeatedly tell them it the repair would be self pay. The gentleman, Ron, who did my estimate never asked if aftermarket parts or used parts would be acceptable and simply wrote the estimate for OEM parts. (Shoot my insurance company wouldn’t pay for OEM parts) The clincher was when I said $612 was a lot for a headlight and he responded by saying “sorry for your bad luck”.I have always used another body shop in Moore for insurance and self paid repairs and they’ve always gone out of their way to make the expense reasonable. I thought I would look around at some other options, Service King is definitely not one of those..

Horrible customer service!!! Maybe it was just the guy overseeing my repair ( by the name of Ron )...but, never again Service King!!! What good is the car repair update via text, email or phone if they dont meet the deadline?! I honestly think that this company takes on more vehicles than they can actually handle...So, if you want to wait longer for your vehicle to be repaired and returned, definitely give this place a try...They wont disappoint...When I went to pick my vehicle up well after the due date... I asked Ron if he could have someone air the tires up because they were low according to the app on my phone linked to my vehicle and the vehicle monitor on the dash...he wouldnt do it because he said a light had to be on...Seriously?!?!?

My car has been delayed again and again for the past two weeks. I’m going on week three now and being told that rather than today it will be ready Friday. I really hope that’s true but in the meantime I’ve contacted corporate headquarters for my insurer and they will be looking into the problem, they prefer only to work with reputable body shops and the customer support and wait here has been terrible.

Sent here because of an accident where I was rear ended, I was treated like I was stupid because Im a female and couldnt possibly have any idea what I was talking about. Acted like I was lying about a problem caused from being rear ended, mind you I was stopped and hit at 50-60 mph. The other car went under my car and completely destroyed under my car. And the tech kept questioning if I had an oil leak before or after, my car is always maintained very well. Everything else was fixed, but my oil leak. Will never recommend to anyone.

I was skeptical at first, being a fm.lol However, the staff and managers treated me fairly and did a good job with repairs. We had some debate on things, but thats where they really showed that they listen, and care. I would recommend them for their work and for their willingness to make things exactly right. Do your homework people. This shop is managed terribly.This shop did not contact me throughout the repair process, even though I called them multiple times and left voicemails. My car was returned filthy, with visible mistakes in the repair. The car was taken back in and it is still not repaired correctly. I took it to Bob Moore dealership, who stated it is clearly drifting to right, and that a body shop would need to correct problem. Service King has stated that my vehicle repairs are “up to spec” and that they cannot fix my alignment issue.Customer service was TERRIBLE. My rep there, Michael, made no return calls during repair, and returned my vehicle to me in filthy condition, with visible issues. I could go on, but the main issue I have is:MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE HEAVILY DRIFTS TO THE RIGHT, and this shop says it might be the tires, but cannot be any issue from the wreck. They supposedly did the alignment 5 times before they finally agreed to check the frame. Once it was on frame rack, they stated it was off, but they corrected it. It still does not drive straight. (This is a vehicle with 25k miles and was in perfect condition before wreck.)

Kathy Price is a liar and a cheat, always trying to haggle and find a bargain. Service King is an excellent company, don’t listen to foolish trolls always trying to bring us down.

They had great customer service and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. They worked with my schedule, pointed out other legitimate issues. Lastly, when there was a minor issue afterwards, they looked into it and addressed it uppon a walk in.

Got in a wreck and was not at fault. Had no transmission issues before the wreck, and now I do. Apparently its a normal problem with this series of truck. What a joke.

Very unprofessional! I took one of my vehicles for an estimate on my hail damage. Walked away without a dollar amount quoted. Gave then another try by setting up an appointment for 3 vehicles with the hail guy who didnt show up. Wasted afternoon!

Terrible experience! They were supposed to be done in a week or two with my car but almost a month later, its still not ready. They called/texted me 3 weeks after that my car was ready but when I got there, they told me it wont be finished until next Monday. Then another week passed, still not ready. Honestly, never going to Services king ever again.

I would rate it lower if I could. They tried to keep my car because there was a wait on the transfer if money from my account to theirs, and they lied to my face and told me that they didnt get a chance to look at my car when all of their workers were sitting in the lobby. Called 5 minutes later and they said they had already looked at my car, but they didnt know what was wrong with it (thought that was a mechanics job, but its none of my business). After all was said and done, I will never go back and I tell everyone, even random strangers on the street, never to do business with this place.
