This was one of the only Targets I’ve been to since the start of Covid that was actually well stocked. At first I thought the layout was different, but after talking about it with my partner, we agreed that it was well stocked, very clean, and super organized, which is why it felt different. Lacey, (Store Manager/Director), hides behind her employees when customers are upset at the store/target. I challenged her policy and asked her to contact what resources she had with the particular issue. She repeated herself and I asked for a supervisor because she said she didnt have the resources to help me. She put me on hold and the call disconnected. Didnt attempt to call me back or anything. I called them back and the associate said Lacey told them to give me the customer service number. This is the definition of hiding behind a associate because your not competent as a leader or lazy. All I asked was her to try. Evidentially shes too high in the hierarchy to get her hands dirty. I will be reaching out to customer service but basically wont shopping at target anymore. Terrible leadership guys!

Stop hassling people about masks. Its been over a year. Move on. I have two medical exemptions for why I cant wear a mask. I dont need to be hounded by some 17 year old kid, when I go to buy a vacuum or pick up detergent. Sometimes they are there with their useless anti covid podium and other times they arent. Consistency isnt a thing at this Target. Probably because they know their wishy washy mask protocol is useless. But hey, theyll harass you depending on the day regardless.

Put a coupon into the online system but when totaling it I found that the coupon was not applied nor was the Red circle 10% And when i asked at the customer service desk the staff member had no clue what to do? They need to be trained better. So I lost 10% on my order and a $5.00 coupon. Very very disappointed with the online process and even more disappointed with the Customer service member who was untrained properly. I will think twice before ordering again. Sad

If you can get someone to help you its a miracle. Go to electronics trying to get a game. Sitting waiting forever two guys show up then one guy walks away doesn’t help. The other guy instead of just grabbing the game for me chooses to help someone with a tv doesn’t call someone else or just give me the game no he sits with the guy looking up refresh rates online and waiting for the guy to make up his mind then goes gets a cart and loads it up still leaving me stand there and then after ringing him up and the customer walks away to finish hos shopping. NOW instead of just giving me the game says I’ll be back in a little while and takes the tv up to the front to hep the guy load it in his truck leaving me just standing there. Couldn’t take 30 seconds instead i sit waiting for help for 15 mins really Great service i just left and went to walmart.

A week ago I applied for my red card as I was promised 5% off on all my purchases. I was instructed to add my red card to my wallet in my app and the 5% was going to automatically appear since it was linked to my account. I came to buy groceries and explained a lady in the cashier line I never received my discount. She told me I was supposed to pay with my red card (that is fine) but My problem is, as I am explaining the problem to receive a good customer service for the cashier lady that I wasn’t instructed of the requirements in the beginning so as a client I am still expecting the discount that was promised to me from the very beginning. She is ignoring my complaint and seems to repeat her self multiple times saying. I am require to pay with my red card to get my discount. If I would of known I was supposed to pay with my red card I would of paid with my red card . So now I am told that I need to go to the customer service line to return my groceries and check out again to get my 5% off discount that I was promised. This is a very bad service from the manager in the store that was there on December 12th at 6:45 pm. As I asked the cashier lady to point me at the brochure where does it explain that my card needs to be literally processed to receive my 5% off even though I am a member of the RedCard and she was unable to show me in the brochure such a thing. If I would of known I wouldn’t had allow Target to pull my credit and access my bank account just for 5% off. So for those considering the red card it’s not worth the hassle of having to get 5% off when the client tell is not willing to work with their client when you are new to the entire system.

Target supposedly price matches. We went to Norman target to get a specific chair that we saw on clearance the day before. We had pictures of the chair and prices. Norman was out of the chairs so we called Moore. They had the chairs and said they would hold them for us. We decided to get on the road and head that direction. When we got there the lady was ready for us with the chairs. We saw that the chairs were full price and showed them at Norman that they were marked down. As the lady was standing under a huge sign saying price match guaranteed, she said they will not price match other targets clearance. If we would have said this was Walmarts price they would have priced matched, but considering it was Normans target they would not. I dont really think that this truly represents the statement price match guaranteed. Anyway, we were disappointed.

Great, mostly clean store. However - if you come early in the morning and want to check out an hour after the store opens, dont expect them to have any lines open that arent self checkout. This would not bother me except Ive purchased 75+ items and I have a 11 by 15 inch area to unload them on before bagging. Super annoying. Get a cashier, even Wal-Mart has one at 9:00 a.m.

I was getting school clothes for my kids tonight. My son was trying on a hoodie and a worker from the store came up to my son and said you cannot be trying on clothes. I said we will go to the fitting room and try them on. The worker said the fitting rooms were not open. We then decided to leave the store. As my son was handing to hoodie back to the worker, she said that she would have to put the hoodie in a special place. Like he had some disease. I have never been so discriminated in my life. I will never step foot into another Target. How are you supposed to get school clothes for growing children and not let them try them on.

The target employee grabbed an umbrella and helped me out to my car with all three 3 kids!! It was SO KIND. They did not have to do that, but I just so appreciated the thoughtfulness and help. Today, there was an issue with the card reader when I tried to use my Target Red Card. The first cashier suspended the transaction and a team leader tried to bring the transaction up on the next register. It would not bring up my transaction, so the team leader re-scanned all of my items (a cart full). At no moment did I feel it was an inconvenience to him. He was very kind, and I was able to use that card reader without an issue. With everything going on right now, it is nice to know that my preferred Target continues to show professionalism, as well as kindness, during the economic chaos. While I was unloading my groceries, I considered calling the store to praise both employees (I cannot remember their names now), but I received this email option to leave a comment about my shopping. There was also an employee, Amara, who offered to scan a few clearance items that were not labeled with the new price. Amara was super friendly and did not hesitate to assist my mother and me.

This was a great location. Huge parking lot with plenty of parking. Easily accessible off of 19th next to Home Depot. The store was surprisingly clean since there was so many people shopping while we were there. The shelves were well stocked and neatly displayed. Ive always appreciated how big the isles are at Target verses other places. You can shop without having to feel claustrophobic. Overall this location was awesome. I really enjoyed it and will be back.

Was recently in the market for a printer for my laptop. Nothing fancy, just something I could use to print documents. Typically, I dont shop at Target due to their prices being a bit higher than what I can find somewhere else. I found a printer that was not only what I needed, but was also marked 50% off! (bonus!) The descriptions on the box werent very detailed, but I needed to make sure that I had everything to avoid a second trip. The associates were kind enough to let me open the box to see what all was included. Very helpful and very patient with me, lol. Great customer service and assisted me more than they realize. I used to work here, I was part of the first team to help set up the store :). It is a really laid back and fun place to work. They drug test, which I am against and refuse to work for any other company that uses this policy, but other than that good atmosphere. I wont say which department I worked in, but it was the best one and I enjoyed it.Other than that, shopping here is always a blast since they have really cool stuff and the team members are super friendly and fun. Fast, fun and friendly is their motto and they are good at it. Dont be rude to the service people when you visit, go in with a good attitude and a smile and you will have a great experience.

Generally love this target, however I did a baby registry today and online it states that they give you $100 with of gifts. I wasn’t offered anything, and the registry staff barely spoke to me. Pretty disappointed in the service.β€”editβ€”Someone emailed me after I filled out a survey for my experience. Told me he addressed the issues, apologized, then basically asked for more information. Wanting specifics. I emailed him back and after nearly two weeks have never received a reply, even though the email specifically indicated wanting to discuss the matter further.On another note my sister in law avoided this location when registering and went to the one in Yukon. She had a very pleasant experience. So basically, nothing was resolved and I’ll be sure to drive the extra distance to go to the Yukon target from now on.

For some reason this location has a bunch of brands you cant find at any other Targets/Super Targets in the okc area. They stock products that are usually online only, so its nice to skip the shipping fees. Theyre also the only Target Ive seen in state to have self checkout stations, which is a big plus for me.They have a more consistent and available stock overall, but their clearance and apparel always seems to be a fraction of what the other locations have. And while its better maintained than most Ive been to, its still clearly an older Target in need of a revamp. Whoever maintains their cosmetics department is especially dedicated to keeping it clean, although they need to keep a closer eye on expiration dates.Overall Ive been satisfied with my experiences here, and Id recommend it for the exclusives snacks if nothing else.

My mother and fiancee both bought me the same game (Battlefield 1)for Christmas and my mother mentioned she had bought it at target. I smiled and thanked her for the gift and wasnt about to tell her I already had it and was going to return hers.I had a gift certificate and some shopping to do anyways so I thought Id take one of the two copies and exchange it while I was there. The lady at guest services gladly took it and said shed give me a gift certificate for $35. I thought, they must have it on sale and my mother probably got a good deal and thats just the price here at Target. In the Electronics section, they did NOT have it on sale. It was 59.99: $25 more than what she had given me. Whats worse, its a very popular game and I didnt see any on their shelves so I was giving them a hot item they didnt have in their store! The line was huge to go get my game back, so Im going to just use my gift certificate to buy something else later and call it a loss. Im definitely not going to tell her I exchanged her gift and got bent over a barrel

Do not shop at Target. They scan private info on drivers license. Their systems have been hacked before. Manager seemed as if she did not want to listen 2 minutes about concerns.I am rating this Target LOW, and others, due to their policy of scanning my drivers license to purchase alcohol.It is easy to tell I am old enough, but Target insists on gathering personal information from the Barcode on my Drivers license, in order to market, and build demographic info, info for which the consumers is not reimbursed for.

This store always seems to have their stockers taking up a lot of room early but if you want to avoid crowds you definitely need to go before 9:30. Can be difficult to get around all of the stocking staff πŸ˜• the carts start to pile up everywhere once the store gets busy because too many patrons are too good to put their cart somewhere it actually belongs.
