I went in to see if they could get me a part. They had it in stock. Very friendly, very helpful, and very reasonably priced! I would very definitely recommend them!

They didnt have the part I needed in stock, but were going to jump through hoops to get it asap. Unfortunately I couldnt wait as I was leaving for the lake. No other boat places had it either, but most other places didnt seem to care. At least they were going to try to help. For that I say, GREAT SERVICE!

Service was good, food was terrible, place was dirty and still smoking indoors. The photo is what they claim to be a Cuban... absolutely awful. Yes, it is bar food, but seriously Ive had better frozen microwavable sandwiches.

These guys are awesome! Great prices and very knowledgeable. They were able to make a repair to my boat that I had been quoted over 2 grand, and made it happen for 600 bucks. Owner is a real nice guy and stands behind the work they do.

What a GREAT experience!First of all, this is the only boat repair shop that listened to my concerns. Every other shop around told me to just drop my boat off for an indefinite amount of time and they’d look at it. Boats-n-Moore gave me a timeline and told me what all it could be.They did an awesome job and saved us a ton of money. They easily could have oversold us on repairs, but didn’t.Honest and Reliable!Well worth the drive!

Trolling motor repair, they have treated me excellent and have been very friendly. I would highly recomend.

Great help can fix anything

I dropped a fortrex trolling motor off. A month later I get it back. Install on my boat and head to the lake. Trolling g motor runs backwards.. not good. Took back again and got it fixed in 2 weeks. Next a take a 12 talon for repair. Takes about a month. Reinstall it on my boat. Press the down button. Talon runs out to 10 wrong parts were installed. Take it back again. Wait another month get talon backWorks fine. Now I have an ultrex that I broke the shaft. Dropped it off. Was told two weeks to fix. Two weeks go by. I stop in. Havent even looked at it. I said forget it. I will NOT be back. Beware of this place.

Dropped boat off for throttle delay problem and to have some seals replaced. Long story short, they had the boat 2 weeks. New seals was all they could provide. Couldnt figure the problem for 300+ dollars. On top of that, they pulled the plug on tank for whatever reason and left it out. Had water coming on board on test run after picking it up. Horrible. Not sure how they even stay in business.

I have been to Boats-N-Moore many times when I need something done on my boat. (It’s a boat it’s going to need serviced) I received great service, on time and it was done right the first time every time. I saw a post earlier about a person who took his boat in and was complaining about it not starting on right away, kind of think that is not an unfair assumption that it was the service. There are so many things that can go wrong with a high performance engine. Heck one trip out bouncing and crashing in three foot waves can make something loose and motors not start. These people are honest and reliable I would highly recommend them to anyone.
