Had lots of Halloween stuff! 30$ seemed a little high to me for one mask?! Other than that very clean store helpful customer service

I went today and bought my son a costume. I figured its not cheap there, but I was shocked at how much stuff was. Truth is Im really tight on money right now. Wasnt planning on spending nearly $50 but I want my son to be happy he deserves it. So I get to the register and the girl rings me up and says they are raising money for a charity and asked how much I wanted to donate. Not if I wanted to donate. Then I said not right now. Then she asked if I wanted to donate my change. She gave me a condescending look. I said no. Look if I could afford to donate I would, I normally do when I can.

I buy my Halloween costumes from Spirit every year. I usually buy online and have a coupon, but this year I went and bought from the store. I spent about $60 just on 1 of my daughters costumes and $40 on another. It is just so expensive. I ended up not getting a costume from the store because of the price. They do have a huge variety of costumes and accessories and the store is fun to go in.

1. They don’t have a changing room so if you buy something pray to god it fits. 2. I called and the guy said I can get a refund. ( I needed a refund because it didn’t fit) I drive all the way up and they said I didn’t call and they don’t do refunds. So you can’t try it on unless it’s infront of everyone. And they refuse a refund you if it doesn’t fit you. So have fun with ur over priced cheaply made costume. Hopefully it fits. :)

Really disappointed this year. My daughter and I count down the days until Spirit opens every year. We always watch for the new animatronics and we love to visit all the different locations and see them! We have been to three different locations, this one twice, hoping to see the new displays and have been met with empty placeholders! There either aren’t any animatronics set up or there are a few of last years models out. It stinks because we were so looking forward to it and they just aren’t there. The store is clean, the cashiers were friendly, but the displays just aren’t there.

Neat little store, Terri was SO helpful and we really appreciate her trying so hard for us!

Probably the only time in my life Ive walked out of a Halloween store without spending a dime.

This needs taken there is no Spirit store at this location this year.

Lots of cool stuff this year! Looks like a clown type theme this year. I think pirate was last years. Were doing a mad scientist theme this year! Good prices so far as Ive seen as well.

I found a couple of items on the shelves and asked an employee to check the price, an older lady running the register asked what she was doing then snatched one of my items from her stating that was hers and put it under the counter. The employee then said a manager would find the price of my other item, put it on the counter and walked away. No manager ever came to me. I voiced my upset to the original employee, put my items down and left before my temper raged. Unacceptable behavior and an employee should NEVER be able to take a product from a customer like that. Will not go back to this location.

The cashier is argumentative and hot headed. Way to much noise in this establishment.The DM was wonderful but it should have never escalated to the point of needing 1. The cashier who claimed to be the boss and claimed to not have a boss refused service to me because she did something incorrectly, then continued to cut me off and raise her voice over mine. Never in my life have I encountered such stress. The DM handled things correctly and fixed the issue her cashier caused.If you dont have good PR and youre combative then you probably shouldnt be working Frontline in any profession. I was with my 2 young daughters. She should never had to witness such outlandish behavior. She accused me of trying to make 3 separate purchases. For 1 thing that wasnt true and would make no sense, for another why would that matter if someone did? 2nd I didnt ask for 20% off my purchase. I asked for the coupon youre suppose to give out with every purchase, which she refused to do! She told me to leave, then she walked away throwing her hands in the air displaying a tantrum saying Im done, Im done. At this point I asked for her corporate number, she said she didnt know it. I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager (which was a lie), I asked for her boss. She said she didnt have 1. Everyone has a boss, even cashier managers, which she was not. I dont know what set her off but it definitely set me off in return, to the point of almost crying. I felt humiliated and verbally assaulted. I have 5 children, my husband and myself we make purchases for in that store. All together probably close to $500. Never will I ever shop Spirit halloween again. I will shop Party Galaxy or online. My family and I should not fear be accosted while shopping at a retail Chain. Again, the DM was Amazing, but with the Cashier Carol still working there I would not shop there. I do Not recommend This store
