Wow - that is how good their service is! Super friendly from start to finish. We replaced our 15 year old garage doors and Moore Overhead Door was so helpful from the moment we walked into their store. They made great recommendations, which we went with, and are 100% pleased with the final product. It was a super easy process. The installers were great technicians, very respectful and super clean! I’ve used this company at two addresses and have had them rebuild door openers, replace springs, adjust the garage doors, and other stuff. In addition to doing the repair they are called for, they have always taken the time to do extra stuff like lube the tracks and rollers. They are also available without long waits to get people out. That’s why I’ve used them 5-7 times. They are the go to company in Moore for sure!

One of my springs broke on my garage door this morning.. (Had to crawl under the door to get into the house!!) Called these folks and they had two very nice young men here within 30 minutes. Everything was fixed, and tested, in less than 30 minutes. That is QUALITY SERVICE. Their prices are very reasonable as well...

I called another company on Monday and didnt even get a call back. I called Moore Overhead on Wed and they were here Thursday morning. They replaced the circuit board, serviced the rest of the unit and even serviced the door itself and associated parts. Great support and cost for all their effort. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

They installed a garage door and door opener at my home and I couldnt be more pleased. The guys were friendly, experienced and extremely competent. I received very good instructions regarding the door opener, too. I highly recommend them!

Last week Moore Overhead came out and installed a new garage door. I am so happy! The install was clean,, is quiet and works perfectly. They matched the color and the even put a new seal around it. The garage was left clean and took the old door and parts were hauled away. Price wise, they were competitive with others, but took more time to explain different options they they could offer. Good job done!!!!

Within 1 hour of me calling they had 2 technicians out, Ramiro & Mike were both friendly and professional. The garage door needed a bit of adjustment / maintenance and both of these men performed quality and detailed work. I stood there and watched out of curiosity and Ramiro answered any questions I had and educated me on the process. Hands down quality customer care. I highly recommend getting a couple estimates when hiring work to be done. By doing just that, this company saved us $632 from what another company estimated us the same day / same work. Excellent customer service + affordabilty = repeat business and word of mouth referrals.

If you have garage door issues, definitely give Moore Overhead a call. I couldnt be more pleased with the attention shown to my door repair. Not only did he correct the issue, he basically did a tune-up on the entire door and even added extra brackets to my opener for strength and stability. All at a very, very reasonable price. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for any garage door/opener need. You shouldnt either.

Very nice people. They werent able to get me in same day, but were out the next morning for a quick fix. Technicians were fast and friendly. They even took an extra minute to lubricate and adjust both of my garage doors. Very pleased.

AMAZING customer service, efficiency and cost effective. Spring broke on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning and all repairs were completed Monday afternoon. Technicians were very nice and efficient. I would recommend to anyone.

This is an awesome company to work with. We needed our garage door repaired and I immediately called Moore Overhead Door. Their service charge is very reasonable and their pricing structure is very fair. They told me they would call about 45 minutes before they arrived (so I wasnt waiting all day). They said it would be a little after 2pm when they arrived, and it was promptly 2:05pm. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

They were able to come out the same day I called them. One garage had an alignment issue and the other had a motor issue. They got both fixed quickly and at a fair price.

Mark the owner showed up the same day I called for an appointment.He is very professional and knows his business. He uses quality replacementparts instead of cheaply made springs etc. in order to ensure you wont needhim back out again within a couple of years. Called today to get prices on garage doors as the website has no prices. Woman who answered the phone berated me about knowing what size door I had so that she could give me the right price.While I understand that knowing the size of door is necessary when quoting a price, all she had to say was, before I can give you a price you need to measure the door. Does anyone train people on customer service anymore?! Its not rocket science!

They were here exactly when they said they would be and they were done replacing my springs in 15 minutes! They charged exactly what they quoted me over the phone (didnt try to upsell me on bogus things). They will be the first company I call the next time I need work done on my door.
