The blonde twins Allison and Amanda are extremely helpful and nice, they told me exactly what to do and how I needed to do it. Very satisfied with them and how helpful they were.

They always seem pretty knowledgeable when I’ve had questions. I like to get my hair products and a lot of my nail products from here, with exception to nail polish. They’re pretty expensive on nail polish. So, I typically only try to buy when polishes are on sale/clearance. Sometimes, I will splurge on a newly released polish. But, I do have a problem with the fact that SBS doesn’t carry all colors of new China Glaze collections when they’re released in stores or online. CG, Color Club, and Orly are my favorite brands. Unfortunately, SBS stopped selling Orly recently, and replaced it with a much more expensive brand. I think it’s called Nails, Inc. I don’t care much for them or their price. SBS started selling Sally Hansen Insta-Dri polishes when they stopped selling Orly. I do like this brand quite a bit. However, they sell them for $7 each. I can go to Walmart, directly across the street, and buy them for $3-$4 each, depending on the specific collection of Insta-Dri’s being sold. A few new collections sometimes cost $1 more, depending on the finish of the polish. Walmart sells pretty much the same colors as SBS. SBS should try to be more competitive with their pricing.

The woman who helped me was very helpful and very friendly! (She had super cute red hair!) She told me exactly what I needed to get and how long to apply for what im doing to my hair. I definitely recommend you visiting this store! She was extremely knowledgeable in what she was saying, which is definitely appreciated because I did not know what i needed lol.

Staff helped me with product but when I got to checkout and presented my 20% off code which was sent to me via text from Sally Beauty, they said my code wasnt working and made zero effort to find out why. They both just giggled like it was funny. I made an effort to utilize advertised savings and the staff working on Wednesday, March 27th at 2:15 pm showed blatant disregard for me as a customer! RUDE!!Sally Beauty has lost me as a customer!

The item I much needed was in stock, I prefer this item because if the quality and price. I have to travel amall distance, but its worth it.
