The girl who served us was very kind, we asked for 2 different types of balloons and they didnt have them, the boy named Andrew was very obnoxious, he came and threw everything that the girl in the box had on the table, very daring. They should hire friendly staff (most young people today are rude.

Rude as I dont know what! Bigger manager was incredibly mean too a sweet employee right in front of me and my daughter! You could tell employee was new, and Jen the manager was just ruthless and I find that unprofessional. Need better management!!

The employees are pretty great, seem to know every question I could ask. Which us fantastic, it help with the needs I have more events. Especially for any future events I may plan to have. I live how they have party games now, its great to give a little more life to the party, especially if I have parties more just for children. With games like whos most likely to or what do you meme it makes it pretty great. They have a good selection of candy. Their stuffies are cute. 10 out of 10 would reccomend.

Just quit today rude manager named JEN called me out due to a person reason in store would have been more appropriate to talk in private management really needs some work in that place will never come back there again or work for them at that

Well staffed but extremely busy around lunchtime on Saturdays. Most of the team was inflating balloons to keep up with the orders coming in through the 2 registets.

So I ordered balloons for my daughters 18th b-day to be picked up Fri May 7th at noon. I go to pick them up so I can decorate while she was out and they were not ready. They couldnt even find the order. The store didnt even have anything for the age of 18. Every other age was there though! I will never go there again to get my balloons. Very disappointed. Not well staffed, store messy

I purchased balloons to release in the backyard for my BFF of 30yrs on St. Patties day cuz it was her birthday and just lost her this past Thanksgiving. The helper was awesome and so understanding. Will only buy them from here.

Fairly well stocked, not well staffed. Took 20+ minutes to get 10 balloons inflated, very backed up at register. Mgr preferred putting up stock while on his phone while putting the line at risk.

I have had a lot of ups and downs at this location. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes it’s not. However, they seem to be stocked well and I have rarely had to find/go to another location to locate an item. One thing I will say though is don’t call them about inventory in the store. They will truly lie to you and tell you they don’t have an item just so they don’t have to look for it. Take the trip anyway.

Ordered 40 latex balloons and one mylar balloon to be inflated and delivered for my wifes 41st birthday the next day while she was at work. They were on time and I was happy. When I unpacked the balloons couple of hours later, I counted them and realized they did 3 bouquets of 12 so I had 36 latex instead of ordered 40. I was so upset seeing how I paid for 40 and, worst of all, it was 41st birthday, I needed the exact number. So I called the store, said what happened, they put me through to the manager of the store and she apologized and immediately offered to send out the delivery guy with missing ones a few extra just in case. Luckily, my friend was coming over so he stopped and picked up the balloons so I didnt have to inconvenience them by having them deliver 4 balloons.It was an easy process, they respect customers and care about them. I would recommend them and use them again for sure. The birthday party was a hit and the room was lovely with 41 balloon floating around and my wife loved it.

Store looked terrible with very little stock. Get to register and all 3 employees were scrambling to fill balloon orders that were obviously not done and were ordered ahead of time. Not a good experience at all.

Friendly employees, but very under staffed on a Friday at 5:30. Only one cashier with 12 people standing in line for 30 plus minutes. I fault the corporate office for failing to adequately train and staff its location...

Everyone knows Party City is that one place that usually has what youre looking for. I love their holiday stuff. I especially love their Halloween selection.

This store is horrible. Boxes everywhere you cant get to anything and barely had anything on the shelf. Im not sure if anyone ever really works here. Just horrible. I just had to leave and go somewhere else. I love party city, but this one is just a poor excuse.

Was fun looking around and planning stuff with my husband for our baby shower. Got a lot of good ideas by this store and had a lot of laughs while my husband was trying on hats.

OMGOODNESS this is my store!!! Ill go here just for the heck of it! But we are always planning for something whether its birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, whatever the occasion, Im ALWAYS up in here shopping or gathering ideas for the next event.. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING lol

I was here Monday at 4:00 p.m. Staff was helpful. Many costumes were sold out in all sizes. Only one dressing room to try on costumes with about seven people waiting in line. Costume areas were picked through and messy with numerous out of stocks. There were only 2 cashiers and long lines.

Awesome Halloween selection and everything you need for a party is there. There arent enough staff their. It takes them a lot of time to unpack the boxes.

We went to Party City this morning for Halloween costumes for our kids. Throughout the entire Halloween section there were boxes and boxes stacked throughout the aisles. You couldnt even see the merchandise. I had to hunt someone down to get costumes for us. One of them was out of stock and she told us that it was likely in one of the boxes stacked around and ro come back in 2 weeks when they restocked... Very disorganized store and staff did not go out of their way to help. In fact when I asked them for help in getting costumes they sighed and looked annoyed.

Great party supplies and staff is wonderful never had a problem especially if I had a return.

Didnt get exactly what I prepaid for; wasnt told that one one the giant balloons had a leak in it until I got to the store. They didnt have an exact replacement.

They were in the middle of redoing their inventory so the store was a little dirty and there wasnt much of a selection. The staff appologized for the mess and were very friendly and helpful.

They have always had whatever we wanted for all occasions.

Party city does have some great supplies for parties and events, but they also carry their fair share of cheap poorly made products. Halloween costumes come to mind in particular. For what you get in the costumes way over priced for the quality.

I dont go very often - just when planning a party or need a costume piece. I can usually find what I need. My only issue w/ this store is that there never seems to be enough staff. Really not something to bump it down a star - just a observation.
