Had a good time on my moms birthday at this Red Lobster. Mainly because of the service from Shyanne. She took great care of my mom and I. Unfortunately the hostess was new and had trouble trying to decide where to sit us since my mom is in a wheelchair. Thankfully Shyanne step in to help her because the hostess was the sweetest...just new. Do recommend and ask for Shyanne.

Terrible Customer Service, he (Justin?) does not know what hes doing, went there 3 times, the $5 coupon expired on Monday, (went twice to use $5, needed App) now I went today, he said $5 coupon expired Monday??, Didnt say Im sorry, I just left without stuff the 3rd time, dont have time for that!! Please let Manager know they need more training in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT STORE...THANK YOU FOR NOTHING!! 😣
