Definitely need some retraining, product is not being rotated. If a child was to literally grab a drink, they would be putting their mouth on dust. Everything is way to dusty, Definitely unsanitary for the human society especially with the pandemic of covid.

Very friendly staff and always willing to help whenever you need it. A customer can almost get anything at this Dollar General, they offer alot of options.

Dollar General has always been a blessing to the surrounding area. We live far from main shopping centers but DG made it possible not to drive far. From lunch meats to frozen food, soft drinks and snacks, along with some house hold items. Thank you for making it easier for us.

The lady works at night always thinks everybody shop lifts, the last with the long hair can be rude expessaly when she mad at another customer.

Very rude employee visited the deal road location yesterday 10/18/20.. was having trouble with my debit card had paid for half with ebt card and had a balance of 6 dollars and something but it kept declining my card even though I had money in that account.. the cashier was very rude using air quote when rudely saying well dont you have cash.. instead of refunding what I had paid for she just canceled the purchased.. not refunding anything to my ebt card.. will never visit this location again.. call corporate next..

I recently moved to the area where this Dollar General is located, unfortunately because I LOVED THE LAST DOLLAR GENERAL I SHOPPED AT. I go into this business DAILY. From day one Ive had the same 2 or 3 employees follow me around the store, give me awful looks & just treat me with pure disrespect. I have had one employee say emcrateing and unture things to me, but to top it all off i go into the store tonight and try to put money on my paypal card that me and my husbamd have been doing almost DAILY FOR 2 MONTHS NOW (he plays games that requires money)and the MANAGER TOLD ME I HAD TO LET HER TAKE A PICTURE OF MY I.D.AND MY CARD FRONT AN BACK OR I COULD NOT EVER LOAD MONEY AGAIN THEN WHEN I REFUSED SHE GOT A ATTITUDE. NEEDLESS TO SAY ILL BE CALLING CORPORATE IN THE AM

Cause on more then one occasion the cashier didnt know what she was doing when it came to digital coupons and argued with me when I was trying to explain what I was asking instead she didnt use coupons that I had clipped for that shopping day all cause she didnt ask for help nor listen to advice that would have been the answer this has happened twice ..whats the point of coupons if you cant use them

This is an awesome store. Messy with unshelved stock but at least they usually have what you want. Friendly staff too.

I like the DG I like the people that work there they treat you with respect all but one the little girl in there with long blonde wavy hair disrespects me every time Im in there she dont know how to deal with the general public just her friends that come in shes nice to she needs to lose the attitude. She has no business working in customer service

I shop dollar General at least 3 times a week...I just want to suggest that you have a talk with the employees at your store for using foul language.. I was at the Dollar General on Deal road Mooresville N.C on Friday April 12 I think was the date.. Female running cash register used the F work way too many times to be on the job ...I am thankful my grand daughter was not with me...I was in the coner of the store near the pans and pot isle and heard her all the way over there....please make changes or lose a customer
