I don’t remember her name, but the woman that helped me print my photos over the phone yesterday was absolutely lovely and I can’t thank her enough!
These bad reviews are not a reflection of the staff because this is a very busy location. If you will just give them the opportunity to get caught up, they will give you the best service. With regards to a confidential fax, they have no control over when the lines are not busy or working. A cover sheet is always offered. Confirmations can be provided. They do shred documents. Give them a break. Arent all faxes personal? You can always scan and email. They provide those services as well.
If you like being treated like dirt by some underpaid lady, then definitely go to this location. She clearly hates her job. She should really do fedex stock holders a favor and quit. Im sure shes lovely outside of this shipping job. Ill call corporate and see what they think.
I am completely disgusted with the service, or lack thereof, that I received. The staff was extremely rude and gave FedEx as a whole a bad name. I would not even give one star if I had a choice.... Please, take your business elsewhere.
I needed important documents containing personal information faxed and trusted that it could be handled at this FedEx location. I was wrong. Not only did my fax never go through (I was assured that it had) but COPIES of documents containing my social and my credit card info were made. I DID NOT ask for this. And if I hadnt been paying attention. They would have been thrown away without being shredded first. Gross incompetence. Never again.
I had to send some very important, time sensitive documents, and when I got to this location, I waited in line for over half an hour. When I finally got up to the front, the one person working there left the counter to help load the pickup I was trying to make onto the truck that had arrived. When I asked him about getting my envelope onto that truck, he said something like, Its already late... yeah, because you were incredibly slow and decided to hose me! I was very unimpressed by this location. They need to have better staffing during peak times, as one overworked dude cant help people print and copy while trying to get packages mailed.
This review is based solely on FedEx’s scanning service. The service charges by the minute ($0.49/min I believe), however the computers and scanner were incredibly slow. It took about 10 minutes to scan one image, however the scan ended up failing anyway so I could not save it. Additionally, the quality of the scan was poor and the photo editing options did little to improve it. Would not visit again.
Awful service. The girl at the counter was helping someone pack a box and told me it would be awhile before she could help me. I was confused. I even asked, well how long will it be? She then responded, I dont know....she was rude and sarcastic. I took my box down the street to the UPS location where I was greeted warmly and they were happy to have my business....Will never use this location again..I am still in shock...Imagine turning away customers? was I suppose to stand there after being treated so rudely? Very under staffed location..
I dont even want to give them one star. The lady ive dealt with the past 3 times has been beyond rude and unprofessional. We use their logistic side and their residential. Needless to say my boss is now convinced to use UPS due to how he was treated by the same lady today! Hope you guys are happy losing a company that uses you logistically commercially in 7 states!
Used printing service here. Easy to use. Friendly and helpful staff. No line in afternoon on a weekend.
I do a lot of printing for clients and have had the opportunity to visit a LOT of FedEx Kinkos. If you find yourself in Mooresville and in need of a FedEx, this is the place! The manager always has a smile at the ready and is very helpful.

Idiots working
Super friendly staff and they have always acomidated my almost late arrival and gotten me taken care of even if I had a prepaid label. I do wish there was a shop in Statesville though, it seems silly that you have to go so far for a drop off.
Called in advance to confirm notary and print services available. Took 30 minutes to finally get document and then told me that didnt offer notary service. Had to go to UPS.
Terrible service.I have been their customer since the old location...Today, I send over some documents to print, and they waste my time and bad attitude with their customer...
