We had such a great experience here! We were looking for a specific couch. They didn’t have the couch in stock and Kevin actually called the other furniture stores in town seeing if they had any we could buy. No one did so we ended up ordering it here for about $300 cheaper than everywhere else. Shipping took about 3 months which was expected because of COVID. They delivered it and put it together for us. We recommend this place to everyone! It doesn’t look like anything special but they have great deals. Can’t recommend Kevin enough. He’s a kind human who really just wants the best for his customers!

Although some of their pawned stuff was well priced. No one said anything to me as I walked in. I walked around for 5 minutes, people looked my way. Not one word...also, their regular furniture is over priced. Id go there for pawned stuff only.

I broke my phone and gave them a try as Ive seen deals there in the past. Found a good cell phone for a good price.The staff were nice and patient while I checked it out and made sure it was what I was looking for. Highly recommended.Side note: Theyve moved into the old Margaurites Music building. Its nice, clean and uncluttered. Feels more like a pawn shop but thats what I was looking for.

None of staff was wearing a mask despite a sign on the door saying that masks were required. Decent stuff and prices but they dont seem to value the well being of their customers.

Very nice staff, but terrible est. Times for getting furniture. We have now been waiting 3 months for a loveseat that we have now been told 8 different times when it will be in to pick up. So overly frustrated with the run around

This place is very friendly. They helped me as needed and don’t over pester you when you don’t want to be bothered. People who complain about not getting enough money for their stuff aren’t very smart. That’s how this works. Just like trading in a car. You want full value, then you can hassle with selling it outright yourself. You want quick and easy money, pawn off/trade in. This place even gave me a deal when the item “didn’t fit the deal” (i.e. 25% off items up to 19.99 and my item was 20.99). My Fiancée and I highly recommend this place. Been there many times! And have scored great deals!

Im actually one of those customers that would look for the best deal but not budge on quality!! I came in and got a chance to meet with Kevin a sales agent and purchased a regular price ( which was still less expensive than anywhere else) bed sets and not budge on quality.. None of the employees were wearing mask. I turned right around and left. Also reported them too and I see this has been an issue with other customers. Will also be sending that into the Heath department.

Friendly staff but very unorganized with their ffl. I would not suggest ever getting a firearm through this company!!!

I bought a laptop and decided to return it after 3 hours of testing on the same day. When I went back to return the laptop on the same day the guy who sold me the computer was kinda upset you know why :) Also, he told me that if I did not return it the same day I would not be able to get my money back even though he told me that there was 30 day money back guarantee when I was buying it! Surprise!!! I got lucky! I am giving them 1 star.

Unfortunately it wont allow me to give no stars. Repeatedly refused to take a return despite owner confirming a 7 day return policy at time of sale. Way to keep those repeat customers happy guys, keep up the crooked work.

Cool place but everything was over priced, no deals at all . They are there for their own top dollars, service was lame. They didnt ask me if I needed help just kept their heads down . Poor customer service

I think its cool! Its like a warehouse of secondhand old stuff, most of which is junk, but a lot of which is cool!
