I needed a phone quickly for a new job. Needing a second line in a fast amount of time, I came into the store and was able to get the last Apple SE phone they had. Ben was very helpful and detailed with me. I told him what I needed and he customized my order!

Beautiful store the only place I feel confident in buying a new phone. Just got an iPhone 11 Pro and Apple three 6 series watches. Rene was really patient with my transfer and got me a great deal that was very much needed during this pandemic. Thank you

MAJOR TIME WASTER. The employees seem like they WANT to help, but at least half of the time they CANNOT help you. Just stopped by the store and got my new i-phone 12 pro and guess what? They couldnt even activate it and I wasted 1 hour waiting patiently with these guys. They said the website is down... Despite that, Its ALWAYS something with AT&T. This store usually only has 1 employee working there at a time, which makes the waiting times very long. Not even the employees there have a direct contact with customer service. I will avoid coming here from now on!

Do not go here! I went there June 9th i paid my phone off and got a new one under the next plan, was informed my 250 dollar trade in value would be credited to my account and yet its still not there, I have called ATT numerous times and they cannot find my trade in phone in their system because this store NEVER sent it out, they kept it for THEMSELVES!!! so they ripped me off of $250. This store steals your money. I would NEVER RECOMMEND. My sales person was Raien Pezeshki... and the manager was right by his side during all of this transaction.

DONT GO HERE!!! These guys are an authorized retailer, not a corporate store, and are pressured to make quick sales (from what I felt). Long story short, a sale representative saw I needed a new phone in June and repeatedly gave me a verbal estimate that my bill would change by ~$3/mo, when in fact they signed me up for a program without informing me or stating so in a receipt or contract, and inflated my bill $40/mo! The store manager understood my situation and admitted mistake, but said there was nothing he could do, and the district manager left me a voice message, but was unreachable when I tried to contact him back (I gave up after 3 weeks).

Jason C was very professional and helped me through a horrible experience with At&T customer service. I bought a pre-paid wireless iphone package from AT&T online and ported my number from another provider on AT&Ts website. When the phone and new sim card arrived I followed the instructions perfectly BUT the phone would not activate nor complete the process. Since AT&T wireless prepaid customer service is automated and can only be accessed over the phone, and I was a new wireless customer without an account since the phone was not successfully activated--- AT&T customer support hung-up on me about 20 times (I was using another phone) because they could not find me in their system. I tried using chat support and they were not able to help me since no one at AT&T is able to call a live support agent directly for prepaid wireless accounts or technical support. A couple hours later, I got a live agent in the Rewards department, I explained my situation and she did not listen to me because she just routed me to the general prepaid wireless phone line and the automated interface then hung up on me again. I was about to cancel my AT&T U-verse, Internet, and Wireless phone that I could not get working and call it a day, but I decided to go to the AT&T Store in Moorpark, CA. Jason C was the only employee on site, he listened to my story and immediately tried everything he could to help me. He was unsuccessful activating my phone on the store computer so he called At&T customer service for retailers (its different). He was still routed to an automated interface and was hung up on a couple times. Also, the first three live customer support agents he spoke with also hung up on him and was disconnected. Almost an hour later, Jason was able to get a Live agent that knew what to do and was able to fix the error in the system (my ported phone number was stuck because AT&T had not activated it/moved it over yet). So, Jason C saved the day by being professional, calm, and diligently worked through his lunch break to see that my customer service issue was resolved. If I was not able to get a hold of a living person to help me with this issue, I would have left AT&T and closed my U-Verse TV and Internet accounts too. At&T should be thanking Jason C for not loosing a customer of 9 years, because I was very close to leaving.
