I called to bring my car in to get a quote for my insurance company. The lady on the phone refused stating my insurance company did their own. However, due to the pandemic my insurance company doesnt send out adjusters unless it is over a certain amount or the car is not drivable. Lost my business due to attitude and rudeness.

They used to be International Auto Crafters. They were great. I used to recommend them to everyone. Sold out to Gerber. Nowhere near as good now. Front office staff is nice enough but the shop is sloppy. Took my car there for repair, after they fixed it, I found obvious bubbles( lumps ) in the paint job when I went to pick up the car. Waited for almost an hour while they buffed the bumps out of the paint. If there was a clear coat after the paint, pretty sure this removed the clear coat. later I found a dent they missed. Returned and they repaired the dent. Afterward I found a new chip where they just painted? And the paint job has the same poor finish it had the first time. Im done. Its good enough, not really but the didnt do it right twice. Pretty sure a third try wont be any better. Keep moving, nothing to see here. Try any other shop. Good luck

Avoid bringing your vehicle here. Girl at the desk is very rude and should be fired.I took my business (Mercury insurance referral) to Ben Clymer Auto Body (just up the street) and my vehicle came out perfect and on time.I have a feeling I dodged a bullet by not putting my car into this shop.

I took my 2019 ram in after an accident. Ivan was so helpful an walk us through the whole process. Front desk receptionist was very sweet an kind . The manger even came out to talk to us an reassured us everything will be taken care of . I definitely recommend this place . Thank u to the whole team for GREAT customer service!!!!!!!

So I turned in my car to this repair shop to get one thing fixed!! It took them two weeks to get my car finished. When I received my car multiple things were wrong with my car and they are refusing to fix it. I’d advise if you need your car fixed to not go to them! Definitely didn’t leave a good impression with me! I’ll never go back or recommend anyone to go here!

Avoid, tell your insurance you want a nother please they took more then 2 months for my car and end up taking back because a/c stop working and missing parts and Veronica the receptionist she is so rude bad customer service

They have the most hi tech equipment, best most friendly customer service, perfect job on my black truck that was smashed all in the front. These guys are the best.Update: 2 months later, brought another vehicle to Raul and he always makes sure that my vehicles are QC to the perfection. I recommend these guys to anyone, ask for Raul, he is very particular about QC and customers being happy.I grew up doing body and paint with my dad for over 30 years, I know what to look for in both imperfection and perfection. This team is very good at what they do.

I got into a minor accident where someone hit my rear passenger side door that left a nice dent & some scratches on my rear bumper. The damage was bad enough to where my door would stick when trying to open it. I reported everything to my insurance & sent pics of the damage. They gave me an estimate & a list of auto repair shops in my area that works with my insurance. After doing my research I decided to bring my car here. I saw that they had great reviews & a high rating. I dropped my car off on Jan. 14th & was told that my car would be ready by Jan 31st. My car was actually finished by Jan. 22nd! They were fast & efficient & I was very happy with the results. They were in constant communication with me from jump, updating me everyday about the status of my car thru text. Ivan was the guy that worked with me. He was cool & made sure everything went well. The lady at the front desk also helped with making everything easy. I had NO issues. Between my car, insurance & the guys here EVERYTHING went smooth & I couldnt be happier of how thing went. Thank

I’ve used these guys twice for some insurance related body work, and not only was the work done well, but they were very friendly. I was also impressed with how efficient they were: regular text updates of my car’s repair progress, an accurate on time drop off process and they detailed my car each time too! The engine compartment is immaculate! Also, they provide a couple of detailing jobs for free for the life of my car!

These people were very friendly, fixed my car making it look like new, after I got rear ended. They made the whole process easy & non stressful. Kept in contact with me through out the whole process while I drove happily w/ a rental. They also have an app letting you know how far along its coming. I am a bit scetchy about the work done... i touched the parts put on, I could already feel it wanting to come off... like they used some cheap glue... oh well, at least I get to take it back if anything & theyll gladly repair for free, as long as I still own it. Plus I get 2 free car washes a year as long as I still own the vehicle.

Best Body Shop Ever! I brought my Infiniti after a car accident, about two weeks later I got my car back looking like new. The paint was very well blended into the original and there is no way to tell that it was ever damaged. They also took care of the insurance stuff for me and kept in contact through out the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Ive used them at least twice and both times there was an issue with my car that came up later from the work they did. I had hoped the first time was just isolated situation but the 2nd time, when they replaced my engine, the manufacturer they used only had 8 month warranty on their product. Literally, the engine began to malfunction in the 8th month after they installed the engine. They told me there was nothing they could do, which I get, but I was perplexed that they would use a manufacturer with low level equipment. Now I know to go with only the shops my insurance recommends because they would have fought for my car to be fixed correctly since they paid for the initial repair.

They restored 3 of my cars so far, the last one was a 2017 Honda, very satisfied with their craftsmanship, only one problem, they did not have coffee when I was there to pick up my car, only water... :-)

This place is nasty very rude customer service they ignore the customers and the place looks like it’s so dirty the fish tank water is so black it’s nasty. I came for quick price estimate and I was not greeted and was ask to wait a minute then ignored by front office staff. I waited for 10 minutes and was not knowledge by staff and all of the customers sitting on the coaches seem frustrated and not happy to be there. I left forget this if they show no customer service what guarantees that they will fix my car right I took my business elsewhere

Today I went in to ask for an estimate for a complete paint job. The lady at the reception desk told me they started at $2500 for a Yaris size car. I told her I had a 4runner and her price was $8000! INSANE! They obviously dont want the complete paint job business. Too bad, they have been excellent in repairs to my cars previously.

After an accident, this can be a pretty traumatic time for you, especially if you have a new car...seeing your new car smashed and crunched up is not something you really want to see...but, a few years ago I had an accident that was not my fault. Not sure what to do I called my insurance company, they called International Auto Crafters, and all my worries were over...they picked up the car and patiently walked me through what they were going to do...they dealt with the insurance company, kept me informed of the progress of my car, and were always aware this is an upsetting process and treated me with understanding and kindness...my car was finished in 2 weeks looking brand new again...amazing...recently my daughters Jeep was T-Boned in Big Bear.... it was brought here after suggesting her insurance company bring it here...I am sure her car will be handled as professionally as mine was a few years ago...they do amazing work and are very customer service oriented..Im happy IAC is taking care of her car and recommend them for any voluntary work you may want done, or if you unfortunately have had an accident, and need expert advice or service...UPDATE.....OUTSTANDING!!!....daughters Jeep delivered on time and looks as awesome as it did the day she drove it off the dealers lot...now this was not a fender bender, it was a new Jeep Renegade with an $8,200.00 boo boo....she was kept informed of the repairs as they were happening and the staff could not have been more friendlier and professional...they dealt with the insurance company and kept her at arms length of all the hassles these things seem to create...I highly recommend International Auto Crafters for fixing and restoring your vehicle...this was a totally inspiring experience in a world filled with schlock and middle of the road repairs...IAC was awesome.....

Slow and unorganized. The work is up to par, but once they have your car, theres no telling when youll get it back.

I went in for accident repair and replacement of the passenger side mirror. Getting updates on the repair progress was like puling teeth. They couldnt even bother to remove the Made in sticker before returning the car to me. I got a call on Friday around 4pm that my car was ready and when I asked if it would be possible to pick it up on Saturday they acted like it was such a major inconvenience for them. I rushed to make it to their shop before 5pm and picked up my car, they had me inspect it but they didnt bother to wash the car so it was covered in a thick layer of brown dirt/dust. Ill never go to them again

Waste of time...

I was promised my car would be done in 2 weeks. It’s now a month, getting there updates is Frustrating. They said, they were waiting on a part, all this time they could of gave me my car back and save me rental fees.

6 months ago I repaired my car after a collision with them, and from the first day they delivered it to me, the parts that supposedly changed are of poor quality, which were placed in a disastrous way, not being able to check at least the most basic if In truth, the new parts were already in operation, it is also the 4 time that I go to have something that supposedly already been completed repaired again, they are not responsible in their work and honestly if I had the opportunity to choose another workshop to repair my vehicle would do it without thinking twice.
