After setting up an appointment and delivering my vehicle to the dealership early in the morning I received a call at 4:30pm stating my vehicle would not be repaired until the following day. This was a shock because the only thing that needed replacing was a recalled airbag. There was no reason provided and no timeline given to when the repairs would be made. It wasnt until I called corporate office that my issue was taken seriously and resolved.

They did confirm it was available there said they probably could not sell it for the advertised price which was MSRP, now have a callings to the Sales manager without a response this far.

All I can say I’m fed up, I had a warranty done on feb still haven’t received the part. I have called about 4 times the month of September asking to speak to a manager and they say they can’t transfer me. I am done and fed up and just want my screen replaced. Don’t even go here try any other place but here. Worst customer service.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR TRUCK OR CAR HERE!!!! I had a horrible experience. I came in the first time with my 2016 Colorado to get my AC looked at. They had it for 3 days.. After the end of the 3rd day had to call multiple times to reach some one. They sold my a part that didnt fix the problem. Brought it in 3 weeks later to hopefully have my issue resolved.. they had my truck for 4 days this time with still no luck.. finally on the end of the 4th day I picked up my truck...Absolutely the worst place to go to!!!!!!!

0 points for service associates. It looks like they dont wanna work Saturdays so They almost kicked me out. I got a CPO car 3 weeks ago from another dealership & I have the PrePaid Plus maintenance package but he told me that I will pay for anything or go to the dealership you got the car from. He said even if its an oil change I will be covered just up to $45 because its different management although I got a maintenance package that should cover me on any dealership in the US. Worst customer service & I saw him doing the same thing with another customer to kick him out on Saturday.

Im very grateful that I went there first I dealt with Abel. Then he handed me over to Sebastian who was very knowledgeable and knew his ins and outs was very respectful polite and gave me the vibe of trustworthyness. The whole company was just a great experience! The only thing that sucked is that its very time-consuming and my money didnt come out the way we needed it to so well deal with it another day. But they treat you like family I highly recommend that you go here and they will do anything they can to have you leave happy content and satisfied thanks Moss bros you have literally wowed me! There were some items that I did not want ie: GPS System, I was told that the system was pre installed on the vehicle. This was not true, confirmed by your service department. Definitely would not Recommend Moss Bros Chevrolet to any of my family or friends.

I came in to ask the service department why the tire shop couldn’t relearn my tire sensors. Only thing the person seemed to hear was tire pressure and suggested I’d pay the service department to have them reprogrammed. I then continued by saying I will try to re learn them on my own because my car has a mode which allows you to program them yourself as I told him that I expressed concerns for my key fob not working properly and explained that I got an aftermarket one. Again all he heard was key fob and suggested I get one through them. $400 dollars later and here I am with all the same problems and a useless new fob which was what he recommend. Now I don’t recall the gentleman’s name but I hope this review can shine some light on these folks representing the service department and how well they treat their clients. Thank you moss great way to sell the brand !

Went to the dealership to look at Silverado trucks. Found one we kind of liked, Went in to speak with a sales person who immediately shut down any negotiation. Felt attitude from the guy the minute he sat down. Told my husband lets go. I walked out, my husband followed a few minutes later. After he spent a few mins laughing at the situation. Because I do not anger easily. Next day went to Rotolo Chevrolet in Fontana paid $45000 cash for a better truck than we were looking at. I would never give my business to Moss bros Chevrolet. Wish I could remember the name of the guy we dealt with ..Sorry for the first guy that showed us the truck. Mabe he should go work at Rotolo

I read the reviews on Moss Bros. Chevrolet before inquiring about a vehicle at the Moreno Valley location. I was a bit hesitant but I decided to give them an opportunity especially because they had a Chevy Tahoe that I was interested in. It is a 2017 and it is all blacked out. I went back and forth with a couple of different people trying to get some information and finally got somewhere. I asked many questions and asked for a photo of the dash. I was satisfied with this response. I also asked the salesperson to do a thorough walk around of the vehicle for any noticeable problems with the paint, scratches, dents, etc. I do understand that the vehicle is a 2017 and will have some wear and tear but I was told that the interior and exterior of the vehicle was in amazing condition. I decided to apply for credit got approved and made the 5 hour drive one way to pick up the vehicle.When I arrived at the dealership they told me the vehicle was almost ready for me even though I was told 4 hours prior to my arrival that it was being detailed. The salesperson informs me that after looking at it when he went outside to check to see if it was ready that he noticed some of the paint chipping on the trim because it had been painted. (I can understand that). After going outside to inspect the vehicle there were paint coverups, paint chips, the black on the wheels was peeling and a spot looked like it was covered with black nail polish. Definitely not worth the 43000 asking price and the roundtrip 10 hour drive. On top of that then they tried showing me vehicles in just as bad shape. Overall a horrible experience. Take your business elsewhere.

The staff is friendly, never had a bad experience and my family and I have bought several cars from them. The only issue I have is that the service department damaged something in my third row seat about 2 1/2 years ago and have yet to replace it. They keep telling me its on order or its backordered due to the pandemic. Everytime I take my Traverse in for service its a different story and everytime I call in to follow up on the status its like its the first time theyre hearing about it. Was supposed to have this resolved in 2 weeks, its been 3 1/2 weeks and have yet to hear from anyone in service. This will be our last time purchasing from this dealer.

I went in because Altura Credit Union had already approved me for a certain dollar amount and I was turning in my truck (which is paid off) as the down payment.I specifically told Scott that I did not want me credit ran because Altura already approved me. I made it very clear that I did not want them running my credit. I was told that I had to fill out the credit app, it’s be sent to Altura and Altura would not run it because I was already approved.Again, I told Scott “ I do not want my credit ran again, I need to make sure we’re clear on this”. Scott assured me that they wouldn’t, so I signed the credit app. Scott goes to the back and a few minutes later, I get an alert from Experian that my credit was just ran. By who, we’ll Moss Bros of course.Don’t trust this dealer. If you’re giving them your social, you better believe that their going to run your credit. If they had explained that it had to be ran then I would have likely agreed to them running it, but the thought of someone looking at me right in eyes and lying to me just to make a sale is infuriating.They have no respect for you. They just want to sell you a car and they don’t care what lines they have to cross. I should have known better because a few years ago, the other moss bros across the street did the same thing when I actually brought a pre-approval letter from capital one.Horrible!!!!

I hate dealing with service advisor who try to up sell and make commision. I tell them no to a $100 cabin air filter which I can change myself for $19.99 and their attitude change. They are very rude and condescending. Never again. Sorry for you not making max commission on me I could change my own engine and cabin air filter and save over $150.

I would never go back to this place. bought a truck the end of april added a bed extender and all weather floor mats a week later decided to cancel extended warranty filled out paperwork and sent it back on april 29 now it is june 29 and had to resend warranty cancelation paperwork and they are just sending out my bed extender and floor mats. working for a lexus dealership i think this is pretty bad customer service i would give them a zero on csi rating.. stay away from this dealership.UPDATE: As of 8/16/2021 just wanted to add some more info. they sent me a check post dated july 23 for a tax refund that was made out in april. its good for 90 days. now on 8//2021 truck was paid off and they owe me a gap refund check and still have not heard anything . went to bank today with tax refund check and was told it may be to old . this is some dealership.UPDATE As of9/9/2021 still waiting on gap insurance check because i paid off truck in june sent paper work on 8/4/21 now they tell me it takes 8-9 weeks for check. some accounting office in this place.UPDATEtoday is october 7 2021 still no gap refund check after waiting 9 week per nancy precidio now she wants a cancelation form that she never mentioned before what a racket this place is as I work at a Lexus dealership and my finance guy says this treatment is b/s

Consumer Beware: This dealership is dishonest and will try to bleed you dry. I visited the dealership to view some pre-owned trucks. We found one that we liked at a price we could work with. They appraised my vehicle and claimed the report had damage, and that would devalue my potential trade. I had already run my own vehicle at other places and there are no damage reports. They said they would show me the damage reported, but never produced the supposed dirty Carfax. Instead they brought over the finance breakdown with several thousand dollars of dealer add ons drastically increasing the overall price. At this point I left and will not return. Since then I ran my vehicle again on my own to verify there are no accident or damage reports associated with my vehicle. Watch these guys and watch their numbers. They will try to sell you a payment and try to keep you from looking at the actual numbers. Shady and dishonest. Guys like this give good dealers a bad reputation.

Then when i tried to return it they stole 20% off my money by adding their bs restocking fee and they didnt even refund my money right away. They instead said they were gonna write me a check by mail that was going to take 3 weeks to arrive to my house. Yes it does state it on thier invoice but once your invoiced its too late!! Guess its just a bad experience 1st and last time i buy parts from here go to diamond valley chevy dealer in san bernardino no restocking fees and they easily give you your money back! Same day on parts!!! No hassles!!Dont buy parts from here moral of the story!

I bring my truck here all of the time, but this last time was some BS. The last time I brought my truck in to get 2 motor mounts replaced and when I picked it up, both the low oil pressure and check engine lights came on. The next day I dropped my truck off and they took an entire week and acted like it was fixed courtesy of them. The next day both the oil pressure and check engine lights came on again. I dropped it off yet again, and a week later I had to call about my trucks status only to be told that I now needed a new oil pressure relief valve and oil pump, and it would cost me $2,300 to fix, which was right before Christmas, and after I had just paid a total of $3,500+ between the last two visits (approx 1 month before) to have my truckfixed which DID NOT include the oil pressure valve & pump, because it was never an issue. They tried to recommend that I get a new engine for $4,000 - $6,000 dollars, and even tried to sell me a new Tahoe. I picked my truck up and took it to another mechanic shop on Sunnymead Blvd, and the mechanic told me that customers come to him all the time with the same problem from the dealer. The mechanic put something in my oil tank to dissolve any possible gunk and gave me an oil change, and both the low oil pressure and check engine lights disappeared and my truck runs perfect for $60 freaking dollars!!!

My truck was broken into, so I brought it here to replace the door handles, starter, and plastic shell around my steering wheel. I was quoted approximately $1200 for the repairs. When I arrived to pick up my truck the total had grown to $1920. 1/5 of the value of the entire truck. I verified only one employee worked on the vehicle and had only needed to spend about 4-5 hours working on the repairs to finish them. The total cost in labor alone was priced at $1100 for 4-5 hours of work from 1 single employee. Never take your vehicles here, a body shop will cut your price by 75% in some cases. Horrible.

Purchased a used chevy challenger last month. Explain to salesman I’ll be using to vehicle to travel for work. Driving on the freeway last night I get a flat tire out of nowhere. AAA takes a hour and half to reach me only find out I’m missing the tool to remove the lug nuts to put my spare on. Mind you Chevy had me bring my vehicle back the day after I purchased it to put new tires on. So I had to come out of pocket for a hotel for the night and have my vehicle towed to the nearest tire shop to buy a new tire. Mind you I was traveling home from Northern California and caught my flat in the middle of nowhere. Moss Bros should reimburse me for my expenses at the least.

It was a mixed overall experience. Firstly, the people were very friendly, the place appeared clean and everyone looked professional. They also didnt try to force me into buying, just an expected nudge.Fifteen minutes before my appointment, I received a call confirming my appointment and I confirmed that I was on my way. I got there maybe 15 minutes late and learned that the car wasnt on the lot. The car arrived there about an hour later and I was informed so I returned a few hours later.My issue is that the car has a lower price listed online and on their website than the window sticker price. When you get there, they claim that car sells for $5000 higher than you can find it anywhere and that you are already getting a deal. They also try to get you to purchase a vehicle based on monthly payments which is never a smart thing to do.The car is still listed on all sites and has some hidden damage (cracked mirror frame) that is not being disclosed on the listing and you will probably find after youve already made the purchase.They absolutely do not budge on used car prices. This is due to the overinflated price that you are supposedly getting a savings from and some dealer installed options.I was happy for the experience though as I was able to test drive the car and I knew that I wanted the vehicle. I was also able to find the exact same car in color black that I really wanted with with some very awesome options when I was willing to get this version with no extra options. I was able to get this for $3000 less shipped than they best deal that they was willing to take. It is now listed on their site for approximately $2000 less than it was listed prior and approximately $1500 less than the best that they offered.

No customer service skillsAt all!Tried to look at a Chevy traverseExplain to the salesman that I am on a wheelchair,And asked if he either had specs or could print me one up so I know if the car is accessible in any variation.Needless to say got every excuse in the bookAnd all he try to do is talk me into getting into one.Even have to explain that I’ve already been one and only wanted to know was options and specs.Don’t waste your time find a dealership with my helpful sales people that will actually try to help you find what you need.Especially if your a disabled Vet

I literally called and/or visited every Southern California Chevy dealer, and at Moss they took to time to listen on what I wanted for my son, they got the exact same car we wanted, General Manager Dave threw in black powder coated rims at no cost, and went above and beyond the extra mile. We are thrilled as this is the best experience on over 30 yrs of car shopping.

I purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban that had a warning light going off. I was told that the warranty did not cover until Monday and I picked up the vehicle on a Thursday. Then I was told that a rental would be paid by sales then service (starting Monday), meanwhile I’m paying for deposits and over the weekend on Saturday my vehicle was going to be looked at again because of the Misfiring codes. Nothing was explained to me on what was going on with my vehicle and since I would lose my deposit and the rental wasn’t extended, I drove up to Moss and took my vehicle home. This is the most frustrating experience that I have ever had to deal with on a 4 day old new vehicle. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never buy anything from them ever again. The fact that they do not know what to do to fix the software because it is new makes no sense and why sell a vehicle that you have no idea on how to repair.

Im not one to make a post about any company, but this is literally the worst truck buying process Ive encountered. They will try and tell you after you get the sticker price that there is over a $3200 charge for gps tracking, clear coat on vehicle, and extra car alarm that can not be waived at all. I arrived at 530pm Dec 29th 2020 didnt finish the process until 10pm. When all the paperwork was signed and I had already moved all my personal stuff from my trade in vehicle to my new truck, they told me I had to leave the truck there because they forgot it didnt have the Pre delivery inspection done on it and maintenance left already. I told them Id be there first thing in the morning and even called twice at 720am when maintenance said it was being worked on, and 820am with the dealers ensuring the estimated hour long inspection was done prior to my arrival at 9. The maintenance department opened at 700am and I arrived at 915am giving them over and hour. Truck apparently was still not done and then they said they needed to order a part when I arrived. Then stated it may be 3-5 days to fix the brand new 2021 truck. At this moment I was already going to be late for work. I asked for a truck to drive to work for the next couple of days and all of a sudden they said only 20 more min and they can have my truck fixed and ready to go. 20 min ended up being 35 min. As I got my keys I checked the truck and noticed a large scratch on the back door panel. The GM was found and told me they had a guy that can fix it for me for free. I noticed the items I put in the truck the night prior were all moved, and they couldnt really explain why. Nothing seemed to have been taken, but the principal of touching my personal stuff in the back seat for no reason. Since they had to rush a detail was not done, but I was told I can bring it back to get one. Today is now Jan 5th 2021 and Ive been constantly trying to get into contact with the GM and no contact has been made. The sales people continue to tell me theyll have him call about the damage, detail, and wasting my time.

Im trying to find an honest dealership to service my cars. I came to Moss Bros because I have used the GMC service dept for my Denali. However when I brought in my Camaro for a tire I was quoted 380 for the new tire before price match. Once my car was complete I was charged 380 for the tire and given the reason that because it is a run flat tire it required more work which I know is not true! I paid for the service but Im not happy with the deceit that came alone with it. I would not recommend this company for this reason.
