So this was my first time coming here for my oil change, and these guys were great, they told me it would take about an hour and they were right on time. I like the fact that they go by appointments which means that they don’t overwhelm themselves with too much work!!

Went in for an alignment after seeing an advertised coupon price. Had an issue with the price not being what was originally told and the timeframe for a completion. Instead of leaving in frustration I was able to talk to the owner and he couldn’t have been a nicer individual. He made it rite and took care of me. They completed the wheel alignment for me at the advertise price which was half of all the other shops. And theQuality of work was top-notch. Very friendly staff, I will definitely use them in the future for my alignment needs. Also they have great communication letting you know when your vehicle is done and showing you exactly what was done. Highly recommend the shop!

Fast service but guy in front wasnt friendly or not in a mood, when I explained that I wanted them to check a noise on my brakes he said he will tell the mechanic, I told him I can show you the problem but he said we will check it. In the end he told me that the brakes are good and a noise once in a while is ok lol. Maybe for him its ok but not for me. I told him it always happens when I brake on low speed, thats why I told you in the beginning I can show you, he just nodded and said if it continues to bring it again haha.

Highly recommend for wheel alignment, Ive taken 3 vehicles to them so far and they did an excellent job, will keep taking my vehicles here.

Had two vehicles repaired at this shop. Both vehicles have broken down numerous times for the same original repair. Stay away from this shop, they take your money and dont fix anything. I have already paid them $4500 for both vehicles repairs. The owner has not even reached out to me to discuss these problems or some way to resolve them. I am a disabled vet on a limited income, nice way for a local business owner to take advantage of veterans in his community.Update 4-21-21Owner finally responded to my review and had an employee (Brandon) call me. To sum up everything.... My wifes vehicle was taken in for repairs and after several thousand dollars the same problems reappeared a short time later each time. It was if the mechanic did a band aid repair in hopes of making more money on bogus future repairs. One repair done by my son was a faulty oil cap ($20). End result, the vehicle still looses power and burns oil and Brandon states that she now needs a new engine or have the engine completely rebuilt. The only way the owner can make this right is to refund the money for all the incorrect unnecessary repairs and allow us to use the money to have another mechanic make the necessary correct repairs and allow us to put this entire horrible experience behind us and have a reliable vehicle for my wife to earn an income to support her family.Update July 24, 2021Credit card company the charges were put on very helpful was able to get all of my wifes money back. $2500. Stay as far away from this business as possible. Nothing but crooks work there.

I went here for my first time for an alignment. The guys here were so nice. Pretty good that they give you a full car checkup and send it directly to your phone with pictures. I would definitely come again. Look at different places and the price here was the best around.

Appointment is required which I like. They gave me an ETA of 1 hour and 30 minutes but finished within the hour. There’s nothing more I dislike than when I’m given an ETA and they take way longer than said. Anyways, went in for an alignment and my car feels great. They do a free inspection and go over the report with you which is awesome. Found a deal on Groupon and was skeptical at first but glad I chose this place to take care of my car. Overall GREAT!

I hoped for better quality when I saw the reviews.. I took a chance I like supporting small business. I have a 14 frontier with a 2 inch lift. Took it in for alignment.. first time it almost felt worse. 2nd time they said the centered steering but it wasnt. Mentioned it could be radial pull from tires. 3rd try from a different shop. Much better ! I emailed them this.. no response. Waste of $.The place was clean. Employees were nice... but its the quality I seek.

This was my 3rd return visit with my vehicle. Even though, they were running on a skeleton crew (day before Thanksgiving), I called in and they got me in same day. Diagnosed my problem and completed it. I have also referred my son to bring in his vehicle for servicing and repairs. I am a very happy, returning customer.

I only had to wait 24 hour for my alignment.They put me in quickly, and the work was done very professionally. They sent me the info on my front end to my phone. I could see almost immediately what needed to be done. And when they were done, I received the new specs.

Ive been here a couple times and each time they do such a great job. My last time was a couple days ago for struts and brakes, they were able to get me in and out fairly quickly. These guys are real nice and upfront and will even show you the parts in question or take pictures! Really cool and honest. I was highly recommended by another shop who couldnt do Alignment on my F350 long bed. However when present I asked about their oil change and I was told they did full synthetic valvoline oil, then I discovered and witnessed them using OReilly oil instead of the product I was being billed for. Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest shop. I would caution people about this place.

Was quoted nearly $300 for an alignment at BMW which should have been covered through warranty. I bought the Groupon which actually doesnt cover European cars but they worked with me and honored it and only charged me a small fee which I was more then happy with. Steven at the counter is nothing but helpful the entire time couldnt recommended enough.

Consumer be warned! I went in for a front end alignment and was told that my center link, pitman arm, etc.. had to be replaced before they could do it for $1200(I declined the repairs). They were unaware that I had brand new ones previously installed by Diesel Emissions Direct. So I went to Magnolia Wheel Alignment and Break Center and had it looked by experienced mechanics. They immediately could tell my front end was brand new and only recommend new boots. Only $150 including labor. I really dont think they are shady or are crooks but definitely very inexperienced over at bear. Being an amateur mechanic and having several family members who are expert mechanics I would Steer clear of this shop.

Nice to fine a auto repair shop that can take care of most Of all repairs required. Service is on time and shop is clean with all the testing and maintenance equipment there so don’t need to find other shops to finish any maintenance jobs.
