I have been here several times over the past couple years. The staff is moderately friendly, it is really a hit or miss. I believe it is the owners that are always working so I must amend them for that, they don’t miss a day.The food is delicious and the drinks are good. They also have a wide selection of bagels available. A must-have would be the Asian coffee of course.Fair warning though this place is often busy so be prepared to wait a bit from time to time!I would give 5 stars but for a couple reasons. One, I really don’t like that the drinks often get way too much ice. And two I don’t like that one of the employees doesn’t wear a face mask. A face shield without face mask has never cut it for me, especially when you’re preparing food.

The food and drinks are delicious but they put way to much ice in their iced coffees. Paid over 5 bucks for a cup full of ice and barley any coffee.

Honestly breakfast wouldnt be the same every month if I didnt get this place every morning. The ladies are awesome here and are always so sweet!

Very fast and courteous service. The bagels last forever. I am very happy that they open up so early in the morning was a great pleasure to drive all the way from Palm springs to pick up their delicious bagels and make it back home safely. Its only 42 miles and its worth it. The customer service is outstanding . She is also helping me remember her language and how to say hello and thank you. Would recommend this place to anybody who looking for fresh bagels anytime anywhere. Sorry I dont have any pictures because I ate them too quickly. Couldnt make it back home excellent muffins that had a blueberry one different types of cream cheeses and they serve coffee also. Next time I go up Ill make sure and ask her can I take pictures of her wonderful delicious bagels.

I love coming here!!! The staff is so friendly, the owner which I think her name is Leena is the best and is always in a good mood. My go to is the #11 (croissant sandwich with egg, bacon, cheese, mayo, mustard, avocado, sprouts, lettuce, tomato and onion). The portions are big and the quality is always great. They also have great bagel and sell various flavours of cream cheese.Love this place!

Love stopping by whenever Im in the area. Might be thinking to yourself oh I can just make myself a bagel... Not like they can. They have all sorts of bagels to choose from and the options to have for your sandwiches are just downright delicious. Just do yourself a favor and support your local small business and you wont regret it.

I ordered a bagel sandwich which which was really tasty and fulfilling. 1 person working there and I didnt wait around along time and overall a great experience. My work consists of traveling all over so cal and commuting alot been tired of fast food and thought I try this shop out. No disappointments here and would definitely return to bagel time if my route passes through the area again.

I was in the mood for something fresh and also a bagel sandwich for lunch. I was not disappointed! Ordered a veggie bagel sandwich (cream cheese, tomato, avocado, onion, and sprouts). It was SO refreshing to eat! The bagel was perfectly toasted and the fillings worked well all together.Despite the staff getting many orders and looking extremely busy, they managed to get my order in pretty quickly! Next time, I plan on ordering a boba drink to try out since those looked delicious too!

They got are order completely wrong that we ordered from grub hub, not only was it wrong it was missing half of it, when we came down to get it fixed they tried to charge us for the extra cream cheese we already paid for.Waited at least 45 minutes to receive our order

I am new to the area on an all-night job. I stopped off to get a toasted Everything bagel with extra onion/chive cream cheese & a few slices of onions. I also got an orange juice for my ride home. Happy to come back again.

I like this place; they have delicious bagels and delicious smoothie drinks. I also like the fact they have freshly squeezed orange juice. Picture has the taro and the honey dew smoothies.

I went to this place because I got a recommendation from my gf, and I think she couldnt completely express herself about how good this place is, the sandwich is just amazing, and the portion is on the large side, Ill be returning to try more variety, and probably update this review with more good stuff.

My go to is the number 5 with a large asian ice coffee. For my vegans number 12 is absolutely delicious 😋

Great food, great service, just speak clearly. I wanted a cappuccino and instead got a hot chocolate.It was a really good hot chocolate though, so I have no big complaint.

So after getting there and seeing extorted prices I finally ordered only to be told that the prices on the board are different than their current prices and their current prices might be higher 🙄 then they charged me an extra $0.75 just because my total was under $5 when I used my debit but they did this without telling me 😡😡😡 soooo essentially I paid over $5 for a bagel that I could have got at the gas station across the street for literally $2 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Sat 11-14 about 430am i ordered the breakfast bagel with sausage, bacon, ham, cheese and egg. I asked if I could substitute the ham for avacado. The lady told me no. Confused and surprised I asked why. She said we cant do that and mumbled something about it cant go on the sandwich. I said can i have it on the side? I said Ill pay extra if thats the problem. While waiting for my sandwich a homeless man with no mask entered, bought coffee, and served him self with self serve coffee dispenser, picked through the individual creamers, and left. Im sorry is it not mandatory for masks? And two why is there self serve coffee? We are in a pandemic right? And to top it off my sandwich didnt have ham on it. And I still paid extra for the avacado. Never had an experience like this before.

Freshly made coffee, fresh bagels, creamy cheese, and perfectly toasted. Not to mention the stuffed jalapeño, ham n cheese stuffed croissants were crispy outside and fluffy inside. The service was great, place was clean, and plenty of seating. Recommend for whole family. They also had plenty of sandwiches and other deli foods and drinks to offer including fresh squeezed orange juice.

I walked into the restaurant for breakfast to go. When the short lady at the counter “no name tag” engaged me she already seemed irritated. I told her I wanted a plain bagel with egg/cheese and when I looked at my breakfast she had given me an everything bagel. If that’s what I wanted I would not have specifically stated “plain bagel”. While asking about buying a dozen bagels with cream cheese she made me feel like I was wasting her time and she had better things to do. Where is the customer service? I was charged almost 10 dollars for the wrong breakfast bagel with juice. This is the second time I tried to give my business to bagel time and was disappointed. I try to support the small businesses but you really need to work on your customer service skills and listen to your customers. I will not be returning to this place of business and I will make sure to share my experience with others.On a side note the staff that was making my food was very kind and thanked me for my patronage.

They hand make bagels every day, so the selection is limited. If they dont have what you want try again the next day. The sandwiches are amazing. You can get any of them on either a bagel or a croissant. Definitely worth a visit.

Actually enjoyed this place with my family of 7 on a Sunday morning. We ordered bagels (and croissant) sandwiches. We all got different combinations and were pleased with them. They got them out to us fast, one after another, with no mistakes to the orders, including our beverages. Will come Again.

Sunday morning bagel run so decided to try this new place BAGEL O TIME in moreno valley, friendly service, a variety of bagels, cream cheese. Good place to get some breakfast sandwiches or just bagels. Got my granddaughter a strawberry and chocolate chip bagel shes going to be excite to eat them. I will be back!!!!!

I loooove bagels. So naturally when I spotted this place I had to make a stop. I purchased a bagel and and orange juice. I sat down to enjoy both items, and that’s when my experience took a turn for the worst. I had just finished half of my bagel when the owner asked me how long I would be. I was confused because I’ve never been put in a situation like this. I responded that once I was done with my food that I would be leaving. The woman proceeds to ask me how long because she had to go somewhere. Now I’m feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable so I grab the other half of my bagel and leave. Other than the woman’s nasty customer service, the food was great.

So decided to grab a bagel before I headed to my chiro appt. This is a some newer business in the city. I think its probable better first thing in the morning. I was there after the morning rush. The bagel was okay. The honey nut spread was quite good. The service....yeah for this to be my first time the woman behind the counter who took my order was rather impatient.They offer breakfast and I believe lunch sandwiches and coffee drinks. The atmosphere was alright. Not sure if I would try again.

Delicious! A wide Variety of breakfast sandwiches using bagels and croissants. This plasce makes their own fresh cream cheese. Clean, and perfect for a quick coffee or breakfast.

Sooooo good. Friendly staff. The coffee is excellent, boba is excellent, even the non bagel pastry items (like the ham and cheese croissants) are really good.

Just went there this morning and the lady on the counter didnt even know what a turkey and cheese croissant was, she kept pointing to a breakfast menu #7 or any other items but the one i wanted...i was really disappointedAnd frustrated and decided to leave. Went to the not too fancy one accross chevron gas station but got what i wanted in a timely manner and needless to say it was good. They saved my morning!
