We had a very satisfying experience with Garden of Roses. My wife called and wanted to order a planter with succulents sent to her sister in Moreno Valley. The associate (Stacy) was very caring and attentive. She listened to my ideas, asked me a couple of questions, and then worked up a nice arrangement. Best of all, we knew the timing was going to be close, and they made the delivery just in time. My wife was happy and her sister felt the love and caring that the planter represented. We certainly appreciated the great service!

I ordered the flowers for my best friend and she loved them and even sent me a picture and they even looked better on the picture than what they did online. I was very happy and pleased and more definitely be a returning customer.

I can not thank Garden of Roses enough, I called the same day in the morning to order an arrangement for my GodFather services. Due to the pandemic I was not able to order an arrangement sooner. And Garden of Roses went above and beyond to get such a beautiful arrangement together at such a short time. They were able to get the arrangement completed on time and delivered on time to the cemetery. They kept me up to date on the status of the arrangement, when it was completed they send me a picture of the final arrangement. They also texed me to inform me it was on its way, once it arrived and delivered to the site. I also received a final text to advise me of the delivery. I cant thank them enough. The arrangement was beautiful and what I vision I am beyond happy and grateful that Garden of Roses was able to complete this arrangement for me. This arrangement meant so much for me. I definitely highly recommend Garden of Roses.

I went to Garden of Roses on a Saturday at 6, no one was there so I gave the shop a call. They were out for delivery and instructed me to wait until they returned at 7, when they close. After waiting I was able to speak with someone about bulk flower prices, as I want to create my own bouquets, centerpieces, and alter arrangements for my wedding. The lady I spoke with asked what kind of flowers and how many I was going to need, sunflowers 4 dozen carnations 3 dozen baby’s breath 3 bundles and camomile 3 bundles, she was very professional even after a long day at work being I was her last customer. The shop looked and smelled so good walking in the first time but I can honestly say the prices are kinda outrageous. $5 per sunflower, $3 per carnation, $25 per bundle of baby’s breath and camomile would be considered a special order item. I asked to take an order form home with me so I could look over the info but she said it would be best if I filled it out there when I come back to place an order. I waited an hour for a 5 minute conversation that ultimately didn’t go as I had thought it would. I called some other places and I’m looking at 5 stems per bundle of sunflowers for $10 and 25 carnations for $25 (at Wes Flowers in Temecula) Comparing the two, I plan to order flowers elsewhere other than this establishment. Thank you for being readily available but I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this shop based on the prices.

I ordered a pink & white bouquet for mothers day . It was pretty but its not even close to what I ordered. The bouquet that came was red and white. So while it was a decent bouquet, I looked through alot of different florists to find pink and white. I will go with a different florist next time. I even paid extra for the deluxe upgrade.

The flowers I ordered were not available because it was a last minute order which is understandable. I received a call & was informed of what was available. The employee was very courteous & profesional. My daughter absolutely LOVED her flowers!!!! She’s into photography & began to take pictures with a smile on her face. I also like that they had other items because I included a bear & chocolates for my youngest daughter, so she wouldn’t feel left out. THANK YOU Garden of Roses for helping me surprise my daughter on her bday from Las Vegas. She will forever cherish the memory!

I am very happy with my experience with Garden of Roses. I called from Texas on the same day I needed flowers delivered. The lady that assisted me over the phone was very helpful and even sent me pictures of different arrangement choices. They were delivered at my sisters retirement party at the perfect time. I highly recommend this flower shop.

Called in about midday and the service which was provided by Al was wonderful and accommodating. He ensured that they would make a lovely arrangement which would match my budget and it came out stunning! I received a text message with a picture of the arrangement before it went out and received another text once the flowers were delivered which was nice. Great customer service here!

This place is terrible! I placed an order online and received confirmation for delivery on mothers day. They never delivered the orders because they ran out of the type of flowers ordered the day of, but not once did they bother to call me to ask if they could swap the flowers. They stopped filling orders and never notified the customer. So my mom got nothing from me. Terrible business practice!!!

My husband sent me flowers from here yesterday. It was his first time using this place and the flowers are gorgeous. Out of all the flower shops he used, this place far exceeds everywhere else. The quality of the flowers are without a doubt the best. The flowers from here are so beautiful, as happy as they made me, he wont be using anyone but them now.

Best Wedding Florist in Town. They make awesome bridal bouquet and centerpieces. Few of my friends and Family from Moreno Valley got their wedding flowers from here. We just received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from our daughter for Mothers Day. The bouquet was put together by the staff at Garden of Roses in Moreno Valley. They were delivered by a very polite young man (we believe his name is Jose), who had to endure lots of barks from our dog, but he had the patience to wait out the protest and make sure we got the flowers! I dont know anything about Roses. Its my mothers birthday and I googled flower shops. I was on their online website which gave me lots of ideas. Very fortunate to actually see all the different arrangements there was this young lady who almost read my mind and made the best flower bouquet (if thats what you call it)! I was super happy, It was worth all the time and effort. I would definitely go back there again and recommend it to other people.

My experience with their shop was amazing! I work long hours, so having the ability to pickup the phone to place an order that was practically effortless, was awesome! Not only did they keep the promised delivery time, but they actually took the time to explain how to care for the flowers, which made the recipient extremely HAPPY! These folks were very helpful. They delivered a quality experience for me. I live in Oregon and sourced their information via a Google search. The reviews looked great so I gave it a shot. They sent pics of the arrangement to my cell phone and texted me when they tried to deliver and my daughter didnt answer the door. The delivery happened a few minutes later and all was well. Pricing was reasonable but the service is what will make me a repeat client. Great experience.

I needed a bouquet of one dozen red roses sent to my love because no other arrangement says I LOVE YOU!!! more than a dozen roses. Well, maybe a few dozen says it a little louder. This was my second order from Garden Of Roses and they were delivered in record time. Thank you for making my love smile, they looked beautiful, a perfect arrangement, youre the best!!

Good selection of flowers but a bit on the expensive side. Never paid 95 bucks for flowers before. Giving them more than 2 stars because they had exactly what I needed. They have bills to pay so I understand but I wouldnt go back just because of the price.

I came to the store. they have a very beautiful shop. the variety of flower arrangements were beautiful. I needed flowers for a funeral, so they made me a beautiful casket spray.

I have to say that Ive purchased flowers on at least a dozen occasions in my life but I have never had an experience such as this. Im not going to talk about the reasonable price for a dozen roses. Im not going to talk about how beautiful and what a impact they made on my girlfriend. Why I write this review is because Ive never experienced a level of personal service like this from a florist, but from hardly any industry Ive ever had to be a patron of.Al and Tamanna were accommodating, helpful, friendly, and they made me feel like they were friends just doing something for me in kindness. I could go on and on with the details but what you need to know is, if you EVER need a florist in the Inland Empire, you would be crazy not to call them. First off sorry for the long review but I want to tell you guys just how amazing these people are.At 5pm I needed purple roses and called all the shops in google near me. I had accidently called them twice. Instead of just hanging up on me he kindly explained that few places would have colored roses in their shop without preordering early in the day.He told me he had a few purple flowers but was at a clients event. And he wouldnt be done till later. He asked when I needed them by and I said 11. Him and his wife came in and opened the store for me at 9:30 at night and made me a beautiful bouquet of a dozen roses 3 purple and the rest white. Plus some of those little flower things that fill it in wonderfully.They were amazingly well done and they spoke with me in length about the event they were for and even asked that I kept them updated. All in all these people are AMAZING and well priced as well. I couldnt ask for a kinder shop owner. And would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get flowers for any event. You can tell that it isnt just a job that they begrudgingly do. Its something they love to do and it shows in their work.

One of the employees, who I believe is the owner, took time out of the holiday on the 4th of July to open the shop though it was closed just so I could get a very needed bouquet of flowers!!! If that is not customer service I dont know WHAT is! He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Rare to find these days.

I only gave them one star because I had to. Horrible. First of all young man seemed inexperienced and had horrible communication skills. I ordered two bouquets: 6 roses total a few carnations and one small sun flower for each buquet and they charged me $139!!! I have never been robbed like this. My cousin recently got married and bought a buquet elsewhere for $60 and had a hard time carrying it all day because it was so full and heavy.

10/10! Staff was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. I definitely plan to use their services for all future arrangements.

I showed up last minute to surprise my wife as well as my mother-in-law since she is staying with us recovering from cancer treatment. The staff was immediately attentive to my needs and were super friendly, mind you today is the Mexican Mothers Day, so they were pretty busy over the phone answering questions, and people from the back coming to the front to assist, I mean these guys seem to be relatively YOUNG but were very much professional, and work as a team, making the buying experience relatively quick and painless, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! I ended up buying two BEAUTIFUL small-midsize arrangements for $39.99 each, NO ONE else could beat that, believe me, I drove to like 3 other places off Sunnymead Blvd and everyone else was atleast $60 each, and my wife and mother-in-law LOVED THEM BOTH... THESE GUYS SAVED THE DAY, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM NOW AND IN THE FUTURE, THEY TRULLY EARNED A NEW CLIENT TODAY!

I decided at the last minute to send flowers to my daughter for her birthday. Being that I live 500 miles away I had no idea which florist to call. After searching the internet and seeing all of the same ol, same ol on all the websites I happened on the website for Garden of Roses. I fell in love with their beautiful tropical arrangements. I called and spoke to Tamanna and she seemed to know right away just what I was looking for. Garden of Roses created one of the most stunning tropical displays that I have ever seen. Tamanna was even sweet enough to send me a picture so I would know how it came out. My daughter was so thrilled and she hasnt stopped raving about how beautiful the flowers and fragrance are. Not only did Garden of Roses do an outstanding job on the arrangement, they had the best customer service ever. Tamanna was so nice and to my delight she was the one who delivered the flowers. My lady works at the hospital and had to work on Christmas Day. Everyone if you want beautiful flowers and wonderful service use this place they delivered the flowers to her on Christmas day while she was at work everybody at the hospital was jealous. first they sent me a text before they deliver the flowers to her this is the second time Ive used them and all I can say is I will never use another florist in Moreno Valley
