I always thought she was the owner, as she treats you as a customer just as if it was her own business. I made banners for graduations last week and one for our school. i remembered thinking that the process was so nice due to her excellent customer service. The designer, a young man in his 20s, was equally as pleasant and designed fantastic banners for me! these guys are great.

As a project manager of a sign company I use outside installers often. They quoted my work at more than twice what other shops in the area had and what we would have quoted as well. When I asked Tammy for clarification I was ignored. When I called a week later to follow up she knew exactly who I was and laughed then said, I dont go to Walmart and ask for lower prices. I wasnt asking for a lower price, simply an explanation as to how you arrived at your pricing, thinking they must have misunderstood the quote. So I was ignored, laughed at, and lectured.I would have left 2 stars, but the owner Elvis was very nice on the phone and apologized on Tammys behalf. I will not consider using this FastSigns again. I had a far better experience with Misty at Premier Signs.

A few weeks ago I inquired on getting our logo printed on our door, I emailed the company- it for one took a long time for any responses. The company called our office stating they would come by and to give an estimate in person. They NEVER came and never reached out after that point. Horrible customer service. Perfect product, exactly what I wanted. Ordered a rather huge mural (9x4) for a wall at work and they worked with me to create exactly the vision I had in mind. Decal did not come with instructions, but with multiple people it was easily installed. Very Happy.
