With the new rage in vinyl they should have a much better selection. Depeche mode, New order, Yazoo, Thompson twins, journey, tears for fears, Duran Duran...... Those are the actual records people are looking for. Just a suggestion for your selection.

Love this place. One of the last spots where you can pick up new or used CDs or DVDs and they have a bunch of different cool stuff that you dont normally see in other places.

This place is great if you are into anime. They have the spicy challenge isle. Also if you are 16-30ish this place is for you.

I love shopping Here! However, I was purchasing my items and I was about to pass out due to mask and it lowered while I was paying. The clerk told me to put my mask on, I told him I was hot. Moved my mask up. Walking out the store and realized the charge was wrong. Walked back in explained to the same clerk the charge was wrong. He said I cant change that, the manager will have to do that. He just stood there! I asked him do I need to look for her? All he said was shes in the back. He just stood there. I knocked on the door in the back and she helped me. Even if a customer is a little prissy, doesnt mean you have to be rude to customers. If you are going to have someone on cashier teach them how to do returns, etc. He could have said im sorry - Didnt happen. He was rude

The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was because a few of the shirts I wanted werent in my size. Really great customer service. The gentleman signed me up for the rewards card, and even offered my hungry toddler a slice of pizza lol. I will be shopping there again.

Great place . Last of the old music stores. Does anyone remember Sam Goody or Licorice Pizza.? Well this is all thats left. Come by before its shut down. You can tell your grandkids about this place, while they fall asleep on your lap in boredom .

I go here everytime I got to the mall. I love this place. All of the clothes are unique and out there. Its like a colorful Hot Topic but with better memorabilia

Manager was very helpful and knowledgable about items and offers according to sales. We bought item searched for, wireless earbuds very satisfied with price and product. This is second time in last month and definitely a place I will return to buy more from. They all are very helpful and always with positive attitudes and smiles. Thanks guys see you soon.

Great selection of items. The prices are definitely on the high end, especially the vinyl records. (They do have clearance vinyl in bins on the floor.) I bought a pair of Bluetooth ear buds that were complete garbage. Didnt bother returning them, as I didnt keep the packaging. Some of their signage can be a little confusing. Be sure to read the fine print. Staff arent bad, but they could be more friendly and helpful.

It seems like more places are shying away from movies and music and focusing on pop culture products. All around a good place to find your movies and music needs. Could use a bit of tidying up.

One of the last standing! This place used to be in my hometown mall. And then it left and I thought it was extinct. Low and behold moval mall has one and is awesome!

Alot of different Funko Pop. Needs a little better organization to be able to find them. Other than that, good place.

Great selection of movies/movie memorabilia kpop stuff, snacks and lots of Funko Pop too.Some stuff is pricey, but the bargain bins are pretty great, found some great halloween movies for real cheap. No military discount offered here, or rewards not that we were told about anyway. A couple of the employees are nice and friendly, a couple others not so much. I would shop here again!

The guy that i always see usually open up is very helpfull. When ever there is a new album that i like i go and buy it. If its not in the racks yet the guy helps out. He looks for it in the back and if he cant find it right away he hunts it down and finds it. Opposite of the morons at best buy. Give this guy a raise asap .

Not many stores in this day and age offer the selection of entertainment media that FYE offers. And I feel that there will be even less in the future. The internet takes the bulk of the blame, while laziness of humanity takes the remainder, and unfortunately, it seems to be quite unapologetic about the death of hands-on shopping.

Always a good store to wander around and look at unique items. Good prices and good staff.

Huge selection of Blu Rays, always at great prices with BOGO deals all the time. They also have a great selection of Funko Pops and a variety of memorabilia accessories and clothing. Customer service has always been great in this store.

This place is awesome. There used to be one at every mall before digital media and streaming became the norm. You would go in, scan an album on a scanner and you could put on headphones and preview any album in the store. They dont have those anymore. But you can still find a number of CDs, DVDs and collectibles here. Rick and Morty merch is a bonus star. (My first ever) 6 star review.

Its ok if you look hard enough its possible to find good items with good discount.However cashiers can be better at cuatomer service.Smile guys!If a customer comes to exchange a item, Even if you dont have the same exact item .Try giving your customer a choice, make the customer feel well taking care of might just push the customer to spend more at your store

Good place for music lovers. They have a good variety of music CDs. They offer orders for some albums they mught not carry. If you dont like music so much del the have movies props and games to choose from. This place is a good place to stop by and brides around. It is not huge so you can take a look around to see if something catches your eye. I do it every time I can. Their is always something that catchea my eye.

Has a little bit of everything for movie-goers and nerds in general. Good selection of Funko Pops, and they usually carry whats popular in pop culture, at that present time, usually placing the merchandise (strategically placed) right as you walk in, which is smart.

This is a great store to go to when youre looking for a present for a teenager. They have a great selection of dvds, cds, and merchandise from the most popular franchises. (Marvel, DC, rick and morty, huge selection of funko pops) Staff is very helpful and checkout is easy.
