Honest dealership with experienced mechanics who do much more than change tires.Jason at the desk does great explaining what you need while leaving you decide what you want to do. I’ll return for my car service needs.

Been coming here for 2 years (4 sets of tires). The staff may be a little slow to get to you, but they do a great job. Used to shop at American tires for my car, but this place has better prices, better tires & hands down a way better insurance package for the tires. Also, when you buy 4 new tires with insurance you get roadside assistance for your vehicle (which Ive used once). Also they offer a full line of car services at comparable prices. Im only giving 4 stars because of the lack of a service center in Fresno, where I commute to weekly. And having to plan being in Moreno Valley before or after my trip can cause lack of tire & alignment service to my car.

This place has good and honest people working here. Damien helped me through my car problems and just honest with pricing and I whether or not I needed any changing at all. I’ve met him a few times and he’s always been super friendly and helpful. If you know what you need to get done, ask. If you don’t know what’s wrong, ask. They help with financing as well especially with people who need a little help with bad credit. My family has been using this location for a while. Highly recommend!

Worst place to go to. My 1st time going it was quick and easy. Now everytime I go their always calling to upgrade on something. Then today they say the last person to do my oil changed stripped my oil pan, BUT INTEGRITY TIRE is the only place to touch under my hood. And I basically had no choice he said put to pay 575 for it in order for my car to work.. so a 42 oil change turned into 575 + oil change!Then they tell me itll be ready by 1 now then say by the end of the day sometime but wont get me a time. NO ONE WASTER UR TIME GOING HERE, I sure will never go here again!!!

Clearly promotes walk ins but makes you wait 30 minutes just to talk to you so they can say that you need to call ahead or make an appointment. That advertising banner should be taken down or clearly fixed to state what it actually is.

I would give this place 5 stars but I recently purchased new tires and then I got a flat tire. They replaced the tire but then they charged me about 50 dollars to mount it. They could have told me that before they did that.

The cashier Damien at the front was the most rude, unprofessional employee Ive ever dealt with. We came to get an oil change and when I asked him for a time frame on when I can expect it to be done he tells me I dont appreciate you telling me how to do my job I only have one guy Ill give you the keys back right now weve been coming here for years and everytime theres something that goes wrong but this time this employee crossed the line. On top of everything he wasnt wearing a mask and refused to provide me with a professional response. Is this the type of employee that you allow represent your brand? Clearly this man was having a bad day and taking it out on all customers which is not fair to us. Then when I asked him for his managers name he refused to give it to me. I will definitely be calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint. I can only imagine how he treats other customers. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Not an honest dealer still not going back till this day. Went in for a full synthetic oil change n when I picked it up the mechanic said they told him regular oil?!!

I went here twice and never again, they told me everything wrong with my car, put tape on my tube for my car, which isnt legal and charged me over 2 grand, guess what, my car doesnt work anymore. This place is awful, its sad they still get service.

Little bit of a wait but I didn’t mind it. The guy who checked me in was awesome, I think his name is Edward. The dude who checked me out was spicy and had an attitude problem. Almost got me mad but I chilled.

Got my car fixed a bit expensive but the good thing is they do offer a payment plan thats easy to qualify for.

I have been taking my car here for about 2 yrs. I get oil changes on a regular. Every three months. I commute to work everyday. my last oil change they told me my car was perfect!!!! Came back three months later for oil change they tell me my engine is blown!!! wow what happened? I still owe for all the other work they have done. Spark plugs and shocks used goodyear card. I got rid of it and bought a new one. It was 2015 kia optima 5 yrs old.

I bought 5 Tires and had a alignment done, great customer service. Waited for service could not believe how busy they were but got it all done in a timely manor. Identified several problem That will need to be taken care of later. No pressure or up sale just friendly polite service. Thank you Peter!!!

They are called integrity but they scammed me out of a tire rotation. Took my money and gave me nothing in the end.

They will not rotate your tires!!got in this group on maybe three times and in the first two times I didnt notice it but this time when I went in I noticed they didnt rotate my tires. when I inquired about this they said that they have the discretion to do it or not do it based on the tires. This is not stated in the Groupon which is then false advertisement because theyre not rotating tires.

My experience was very pleasant. I went in for a oil change, I was not Pressure to purchase a more expensive synthetic oil, the way some other shops do. The employees are all very professional, and courteous. The shop is clean and inviting. I feel the name speaks for itself.

Another well known car repair business in town was clearly trying to run the price up on repairs that I didnt need. Integrity tire took care of the repairs for much less money. He was very thorough and explained each detail they found on our new car but did not try to oversell us anything we didnt need right now. 466 for four new tires and an alignment. My car has pretty big tires so this really was a great price. Couldnt ask for a better tire shop in Moreno Valley!

Their price is also comparable to other shops in the area but mostly less. They also always explain the why or purpose of the task/problem. Thanks for the past10 + years of service on my vehicles.

Great experience at Integrity Tire! I needed a new set of tires & an alignment for my Tundra but I wasn’t sure which tires were right for me. I met Peter, the store manager, who took the time to find the exact tire I wanted based on the look & mileage requirements that I described to him. He gave me a great deal on the perfect set of tires, the protection plan, plus an alignment and he got them installed the next day for me! Peter and his team are great and I would recommend them to anyone who needs tires or any other automotive service for their vehicle. I’ll be back to Integrity Tire for sure!

This was my first time at integrity tires. I had a Groupon for a 4 wheel wheel alignment. They do not make appointments, its on a first-come first-serve basis. They open at 8 a.m., and I was there at 8 a.m. they also did a tire rotation, and I was out and back on the road at 9 a.m. they are very professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. I will definitely be telling my family and friends about them. Amazing fantastic people thank you very much for all your hard work

I took my car in earlier this week at 5:30pm and was told it was too late and to bring it in at 5pm the latest and theyll do the oil change. Yesterday I rushed out of work, drove my 50 miles from LA back to Moreno Valley to get to Integrity Tires at 5 for oil change. The husky guy at the counter told me Im late and they cant do it. After arguing with me a few minutes he looked at my account and told me that I have 11 oil changes in my service history and no other service was ever done, and refused to do the oil change. I told him that their prices are not affordable. They had quoted $600 for 4 tires which I got for $375 (exact same brand). His explanation was that they advertise the $11.88 oil change so that you may come and use other repair services as well so they can make money.Who in the world says something like that to a customer? It is none of their business.... When they advertise a price they have to honor it no matter what the customer does. And they have to treat all customers equally.They just lost 3 customers: myself, my daughter and son. And they have had other services performed on their cars before.

I bought tire from GoodYear on Sunnymead in Moreno Valley 9 months ago. I got a flat tire so I called them to see what kind of warranty I had, they didnt ask any questions they said bring it in its covered! They fixed my tire and rotated the rest of them... free of charge. I was on my was in a hour... Great service 👍👏

These guys were awesome! Took me in on Sunday with no appt changed my oil and rotated my tires in just an hour plus looked for a mysterious rattle I was having. They found nothing and the rattle is gone! I’m not complaining. Great experience and definitely have a repeat customer in me

The 2 gentlemen working the front counter need more training in customer service. I paid for an oil change that also included tire rotation but, they failed to do the tire rotation. How I can tell is that my back tire rim has a small crack and that same tire stayed in the back when my car was given back to me. My kids were anxious to go home already and I didnt have the energy to wait another hour for them to take my car in for a ration that should have been done in the first place. I now doubt they even used synthetic oil. There was one fella there that I couldnt get his name. Well, he brought our car up and just that little interaction he had with us was great. He was courteous, attentive, and polite. If the owner reads this, you need more people like him.

They were nice to me, but really my services took way too long. Actual hours longer than they said they would take, which I didnt appreciate being lied to. If a simple oil change and brake service is going to take 4.5 hours, then they shouldnt tell me that it will be 3 hours. Their prices are average, nothing incredibly reasonable or unreasonable either. They also didnt reset my maintenance light until I told them to and in the process, somehow they changed all my display settings. Im still unsure how they managed that.

The men there have no personalities. They are not too friendly and are very pushy about all of their services that they offer. I told the guy I didn’t want to have my brakes done at that time and he kept pressing the issue. Then he told me it would take an hour and it was over two hours later when I got out of there. It has limited seating to sit down and it’s hot inside the waiting area like they don’t believe in air conditioning. Just a bad experience all around, I will never ever go back there again.

All in all, I had a pretty good experience with the store the last time I was there. I knew specifically what I wanted to have repaired on my car, they gave me a quote, and they performed the repairs exactly as they said they would. There was no up-sell by the sales associate, so what I asked for was exactly what I got. The only downside (which is why I gave it four stars instead of five), was that it took about an hour longer than they said it would take.

They try to always lie to their customers they hide stuff in the receipts and say they told you but never did....i took my car there and they completely finessed me paid more than 3000 and 6 minths later they wount warranty anything and they tell me its a new problem they couldnt i dentify the first time but it was on the receipt the first time horrible man never again

Great price for an oil change and tire rotation! The wait was a bit long but the service people where polite. If you have an hour to an hour and a half to spare the price cant be beat but if your in a hurry its probably not the right place for you.
