Ordered the chocolate dipped mixed fruit bouquet and a box of chocolate dipped strawberries for my sister. I ordered it in the morning and they delivered by 6 pm. The delivery guy called me because no one was answering the door. He waited till I got in touch with someone in the house, but he was willing to hold my items at the store if no one answered so my stuff wouldn’t melt and I arrange for pick up. My nephew was home and got the delivery. My sister was so happy with the quality of the fruit, she loved everything. I was worried about the negative reviews on here. But, I had a very good experience. They get five stars from me. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a combination box of fruit covered in chocolate, cheesecake and cookies for a graduation to be delivered on 5/05. The box that was delivered only had fruit. The delivery was made at 8:40pm not good at all. I called next day to complain I was put on hold multiple times finally they told me they were going to deliver the right product on 05/06 which never happen. On 05/07 I called 4 times put on hold for over 20 minutes. The worst experience! Adding the item I ordered vs what was delivered.

We ordered from this store for my mom without problem the Thursday before Mother’s Day. She was delighted. We had a major snafu with trying to order for my MIL the same day (she lives in the same area and yet somehow the order was sent to the GA store?). Order never delivered on time so we cancelled and got a refund.Then since we had such a good experience for my mom, we reordered for my MIL making sure this store was to be used. It was a same day order for Saturday (day before Mother’s Day). Never arrived, no status changes til the next morning that said “arranging order.” We weren’t too worried figuring it was busy and she’d probably get it Sunday. No such luck, didn’t come yesterday and still today (Tuesday) the status remains the same. I’ve written a complaint as I’ve tried to call the office several times with no response, finally an opportunity to leave a message.Based on what I’ve seen with reviews, several people experienced the same. I understand it being a busy holiday, but if you can’t fulfill an order, don’t take any new ones. I’m angry and disappointed for my MIL to not have received a Mother’s Day gift (we live out of state). I want a refund. My MIL doesn’t even want the arrangement now as the point seems moot.

Update....it has been a week and my order still has not been fulfilled. They stole my money, never made the attempt to even fulfill the order or cancel my order. I have called everyday at least 20 times and they never answered the phone. Sent emails and voice messages and nobody is doing anything. Even contacted corporate and said they would cancel and refund my money and they never did!!! Thieves plain and simple!!!!I ordered yesterday a basket for my mother in law. Paid extra for delivery for today and it is 6 pm and they have not even processed my order. I have never had this problem before but this store is a joke. I have been calling all day and they do not answer the phone. Dont know what to do. They took my $70 and I got nothing. I am pretty sure I am not the only one this happened to . Do not purchase anything from this people. I so regret it. Will be contacting my CC company reporting their fraud. Run!

I wanted to do something special for a friend. I figured an Edible Arrangement would be a nice gesture. I walked inside & was greeted with a warm welcome by Fhesr. He rolled out the red carpet for me, he took his time, showed me countless options of arrangements. The finish product turned out great! All in all it was a great experience & had a great outcome! Beware doing business with this company they offer same day delivery online. Placed the order for my wife birthday, I just got off of the phone with them 9:15 P.M. because still hadnt been delivered. Luckily I was able to speak with someone, was told sorry they had a lack of drivers and arrangement would be delivered tomorrow. Her birthday was today not tomorrow, cancelled order and will never do business with Moreno Valley location again. Horrible service and communication if I hadnt called would they have ever let me know I wasnt getting anything today. If this is a franchise location how are they still allowed to represent the company. They are giving the corporation a bad name. 👎

I placed an order on Saturday May 8 for Monday May 10. I kept going on the tracker to see if my order was delivered and it just said received by store. I called the store to check on the status of my order and they told me they had to push my order to Tuesday because they had a lot of orders the day before. They said they would give me a complimentary item. I agreed and thanked them for helping me. On Tuesday I tracked my order and it said the same thing, so I called again. I called a number of 40 times. From those 40 times they only answered twice just to put me on hold for 20 minutes and never picking up. I finally decided to call corporate they then called the location and they promised to have it delivered on Wednesday morning. Then Wednesday morning I called about 29 times before I got someone to answer me. They asked me if I wanted delivery or pick up. I then told them it was an order for delivery. She then told me they had just printed it to be delivered. The order didn’t get there til 3:30. When the delivery guy got there he was rude and had poor customer service and appeared to be upset. I will never order from this location nor will I refer anyone to this location. Oh and I never received the complimentary item either. Probably because they were upset I complained to corporate. Do better!

DISSAPOINTED to say the least! This is the 2nd time we have received arrangements from this location! I never took pictures from the 1st time and decided to forgive them thinking maybe they were just too busy! But there is definitely no excuses!! One day late and the chocolate on the strawberries melted and instead of looking presentable it looked bad! If you’re going to run this kind of business have the decency to deliver them on time that way they can look presentable when delivered. The other ones we received from here was last year and by the looks of it they have done absolutely nothing to do better! This isn’t the business you should be doing if you can’t deliver a product you can be proud of! Too much money spent for this. 🙁

Online they supposedly offer same-day services. I spent 30 minutes looking for the perfect arrangement and extras, ordered this morning, they called me back and said they do not have fruit. I paid over $100 for the order, they asked if they could reschedule for the next day. But that defeats the whole purpose of a birthday delivery if it’s not on the birthday. If you cannot deliver same day as stated, please just don’t offer it, what a waste of time. I was hoping the girl on the phone could come up with some sort of solution, however she didn’t really seem to care and let me try to come up with ideas for a replacement. Unfortunately if you do not have fruit there really is no replacement. Now I have to wait 1 to 5 business days for my refund. I try to be very patient, but when they seem to not care it’s hard.

Places an order on May 7 for 2 platters for Mother’s Day. One for my mother and the other for my mother in law. Delivery date was scheduled for May 10, 2021. They were not delivered. Called the store and left several voicemail messages. No luck! No return phone call. I called the corporate headquarters for help and they apologized and sent a reorder for next day delivery. That was last week. Still nothing! Today is Monday, May 18, I called the store again to check on the order and was placed on hold for 32 minutes. I hung up and called the call center to cancel my order. Truly unbelievable!

Mother’s Day gift arrived at 11:05 pm from my children. The order was suppose to have a card, but, no card at all. The strawberries that were delivered were warm and not cold. The chocolate on the strawberries were very warm too. We didn’t even think the delivery was going to come due to the time they dropped them off.

I was so happy to get my edible arrangement just now but when I sent my mother photos...she just started crying. She paid $15 extra for balloons. I got no balloons. She paid for a beautiful $60 birthday plater & the picture I sent her was a small platter with a piece of fruit missing . See reviews below! See how a lot of people have had not received the delivery. Why should I put one star? It needs to be a ZERO star. I ordered 3 days prior to Mothers Day so we did not receive it on Sunday. My app said the delivery arrived which is not true. We called several times and the phone was not picked up. It is time to shut down the horrible business in Moreno Valley. I recommend you anyone to order in Riverside which is much better. DO NOT ORDER IN MORENO VALLEY EVER!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prior to this location, i have never had a bad experience with edible arrangements. Corporate needs to shut down this location. I placed my Mothers day order on April 25th and never received it. I called a ridiculous amount of times and when someone finally picked up the phone they said theyre sorry and cant guarantee anything. Do not waste your time with this place.UPDATE: Finally got a call back (2 days after delivery date) just to be told that my delivery will not be made because a refund has been processed. If you place an order 15 days in advance there is absolutely no excuse as to why it cannot/will not be made. NEVER ORDER HERE. I am on deployment and this completely ruined mothers day for me. Manager was not helpful at all.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day and they have failed on delivery and customer service. I have called a ridiculous amount of times to try to get my refund. On Tuesday 12 I called and they had me on hold for a half an hour, I hang up and called back just to heard that the manager was going to called me within 48 hours. I got no call. On Monday 17 I called the headquarters and to listen the same thing, that will call and email the manager with my information so they could get back to me! Again I got no answer from them. More than two weeks have past by, I called again on Friday with no success. I just want my refund!

Go to Nothing Bundt Cakes or some other place that cares.Spent hundreds, Ordered early and paid extra for 3 Mother’s Day deliveries. I was so excited that my mom and grandma would be surprised with such cute yummy gifts. All day I waited and nothing. I felt horrible and embarrassed not to have some small token of appreciation for the mothers in my life. Well my moms arrived at 9pm and was missing part of the order. My grandma’s did not arrive at all and she received nothing on Mother’s Day. No one called to tell me my deliveries would not be delivered much less apologize. Not even by Monday. Or Tuesday. Or Wednesday. So I assume they were just planning on keeping my money.I called Monday. Was on hold for 1hr and then they just hung up. I called again and again until I finally got someone on the line. The girl was panicked and unprofessional and I was being kind and professional with her. When I explained everything she said “so you want a refund?” Well OF COURSE I WANT A REFUND she said she’d tell her boss because she has no power to refund. Today I followed up. No refund was in process or anything. I had to go through the whole process explaining this undelightful experience all over again and still they’ve only processed a portion of my refund.Edible arrangements should confiscate this business from the guy who owns this franchise and the manager and team at this location are unfortunately trash. They need better training and to do what is obvious to meet bare minimum customer needs.

Order was never delivered for Mother’s Day and had to spend the day trying to get a hold of someone to find out why. I understand it’s probably one of the busiest days of the year and expected some type of offer to reschedule but the girl on the phones excuse was “we’re really busy and I’d offer you a different delivery date but people yell at me when I do.” At no point was I rude in our conversation so that type of comment was not necessary. Horrible customer service! Still have no order and no refund. I have to go as far as disputing the charges with our bank because this company is so unorganized. So disappointed and will never order from Edible Arrangements again.

I would like to give a -5 stars. I worked for this establishment for one day, which was Valentine weekend. It took them a whole month for them to pay me for just that day. I am still waiting on my mileage reimbursement check from 02/12. They are very unprofessional and dont know what their doing. Not only that, I peeped that some of the workers would touch their face, hair, etc...than continue to touch the fruit w/o washing their hands or changing gloves.

I called the store all day on 5-9-21 not one answer. The package did not get delivered at all and my mom now thinks I didn’t get anything for her on Mother’s Day. This store should be closed down for business. What is the point to stay in business and take peoples money when you can even deliver on time. If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a month in advance and was supposed to receive my order on the 10th. When I checked the tracking it said that my order was being prepared. It never showed and no one answered my phone calls. I called for 3 days straight leaving numerous messages, getting no response back. I was planning on going into the store to ask for a refund but finally someone answered my call today and gave me my refund. This whole process was ridiculous and with all these terrible reviews similar to mine, Im not sure how they are still in business.

If I could be zero stars, I would. I ordered a tray for my husband and it was not delivered, even though the money was taken out of my bank account. I called multiple times and left 2 messages without anybody answering the phone or calling me back. I finally sent an email asking how I could get a refund and received a call immediately letting me know they would refund the money and apologize for not getting the delivery done. I placed an order for my mom on May 7th for a delivery on May 10th. After several unanswered phone calls, conversations with store employees and customer care, 2 messages left for the store manager, 4 promised deliveries and all 4 no shows, and 1 attempted delivery at 9:30 at night (unacceptable!) her order was finally delivered 2 weeks after the original delivery date. Customer service is non existent. Hold times are at least 10 minutes or more when you call the store, if they answer at all. I was offered something extra with her delivery and that didnt get delivered with her order. Im irritated, frustrated and disappointed. I will never order from this store EVER again and may not order from this company ever again either.Do not waste your money or your time!

My husband took my daughter 1 week prior to place a Mother’s Day order, she’s 5! Mother’s Day comes around and all day my daughter is dropping hints. Promising me something special, beautiful is coming for me. Then 12pm came (time my husband scheduled). I called again today and they said they would deliver it right away. When my sister got the order it looked like a kid prepared the order. DiSRESPECTFUL on ALL LEVELS. Worst customer service and product possible.I ordered a graduation 2020 fruit plate for my sister who is graduating from LLU dental school. It was scheduled for Saturday delivery and was not delivered (even though her contact info was given - she never got a call). They said they would deliver Sunday. They delivered at the end of the day - the chocolate was all melted, the 2020 letters on the arrangement all congealed to one side and the fruits all toppled over. What is point of a gift if you have to apologize for it when the recipient gets it?! I’d rather not have sent anything! This is absolutely embarrassing and unprofessional. The whole point was to celebrate her graduation with her friends since they didn’t have a real one where we could all get together. You guys just spoiled that moment. I hope you understand that people order gifts to remember an occasion - this is just a disaster that I will remember for a very different reason! Save your money - send flowers or something!

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE. Worst experience I have ever had with this company. I called several times to inquire about my order because I was not receiving email updates. Each time I was assured “it in transit”. My order was originally scheduled to be delivered on 12/23 and on 12/24 the owner/manager assured me he would have it delivered on 12/25. I understand it’s busy, however, the manager/owner should be elated to have strong sales during this trying time when other business are shuttering. I’m very disappointed I had to call several times and get the run around with no apology.

If possible I would give this location negative stars. My husband ordered a strawberry platter and paid extra for shipping to be delivered on mothers day. We have not received the platter and of course they charged our card. We can not get a return phone call from the manager or any employee to give us a explanation of what they are going to do about it. the only excuse we received was, we are short staffed but continue taking orders.

I kept calling the store but no one picked up.so I ended up calling the corporate office. You can get the number on google.They were able to get ahold of them after a few calls. And they said they would deliver it May 12. They delivered it to the wrong house. They just left it outside my neighbors home.even though my sister said it was the back house.I saw it when I was driving to the grocery store and went to get it. It had my info on the fruit basket yet the house number was diffrent and they still left it. The fruit wasent even good or sweet. I placed my order for mothers day a month in advance, and still havent received my order. I called the store to inquire about my order since I wasnt getting any status updates, and the customer service rep told me that my order wasnt finished yet at 2pm on mothers day!! I asked if I can go pick up the order myself, and she stated that I couldnt if it was a online order. I was told that they would deliver up until 8pm. Its 7:02pm currently, and still no delivery or status update from the store. By the time I do get my order, the fruits would have spoiled!! So I figured if I did it a week before Valentines Day that they wouldnt feel rushed. So it’s Mother’s Day today and my partner wanted to surprise me for Mother’s Day at work with an edible arrangement due to me working 7am to 7pm on Mother’s Day. He ordered my gift days in advance. He checked on it throughout the day and the representative stated that it is prepared and ready to be delivered. He then calls at 1pm to confirm delivery and the representative stated that it is still there and. It out for reliever and it should be at my job by the end of the day. He told the rep that my shift ends at 7 pm and if he could just get a refund to surprise me in another way. Rep stated that there is no one there to issue a refund and call back tomorrow to cancel order. My partner then asks what if they relieved when I’m not at work. The rep stated that the driver will just bring it back to their shop.Well I’m off work now, it’s 7:35pm and .. it still hasn’t been delivered. So clearly We will never trust this company with special occasions again. I am an essential worker in the health field and my work days are 12-15 hours long so I spent most of my day at work instead of with my kids and it would have been very nice to receive this on time.....Happy Mother’s Day!Update* I talked to the sales rep and she told me the order will be marked as canceled and she continued to ask me if I wanted it for the next day and I declined and just wanted a refund. They still delivered it at 6pm the next day.. problem is, is that I was not at work at the time and the driver gave it to one of the mental health patients there. My staff called me to let me k ow what happened.

I had ordered my wife a special spooky bundle with add ons for her birthday but there was a problem with the transit. When it arrived there were things missing, I was upset so I called in and Robin handled the situation very well, defused the moment with politeness and keeping calm through this whole situation never once even questioned me as a lier, which was appreciated. Even though the things that were missing were delivered a day late I am grateful that she received all the things that I had payed for. Oh and one other thing I do appreciate Robins help I had called earlier that day and a young lady had answered no hope at all some what rude as well but when I had called later on that day and Robin answered he was a big help trying to make sure that the delivery made it before my wife left work thank you I’m sure things are very hectic and there are always many and different types of Celebrations every day so thank you guys for all your hard work

Worst experience! I ordered for mothers day since I dont live close to her and paid extra for it to be delivered that day and it wasnt. I waited another day because I understand its a holiday and maybe they are short staffed do to the pandemic. Tuesday came and I called and the girl who answered the phone just said oh yeah it will be delivered today by 4pm. I asked for the delivery fee to be returned because I paid extra for it to be delivered and the girl said okay. I asked how I would know she said oh probably through email. I waited for my mom to call me for it to be delivered and she text me at 9pm to let me know nothing was delivered! I called again this morning and another girl answered apologized and said her manager will process the refund in 3-5 business day. Not that my money will be returned but just that the manager will process it! Totally unprofessional and worst experience I have ever had and Im super upset my mom didnt get anything for mothers day.

I ordered a birthday chocolate bundle to be delivered same day and paid the extra delivery charge was tokd the order would be delivered by 5 pm that day it was for my fiance and i was having it delivered to him at work they never did arrive with the order and thru out the day i had been trying to track my order and the only update it gave was that my order was recieved by this location and to check back later for updates nonother updates were ever available. This is not a good way to do business and i do not understand why this location is still operating. And why they have not been shut down by the health board or better business bureau. Seriously when ur dealing with any type of food product this is not healthy and surely not safe for u to be serving to other people . Exspecially at the prices you charge for your items.. this was my first and last time ever attempting to trust in a online company to deliver a ediable product and or a same day delivery. Horrible service! I ordered an edible arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day and paid the extra $20 for delivery. I called several times throughout the day and at first they said it was there they were just waiting for a driver. By 9:00pm I still hadn’t received my order and they said it was on the way. I waited until midnight and still didn’t get it. The next day I called multiple times and there was no answer, finally after the 10th tone calling I was able to speak to someone. They never apologized about not delivering the edible arrangement I ordered. I still have NOT received a refund for this and they will not give me a confirmation number for the refund. The woman I spoke to said I’ll receive an email when I get my refund. My advice is to go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Im not from the area, but thats the closest store to a family member that I wanted to surprise with the Happy Birthday box. Description says chocolate dipped rolled in confetti cake and was supposed to have the chocolate coins that said happy birthday birthday. Delivery was at a decent time, 3:30pm. The strawberries were good but they were literally dipped in chocolate with candles. No birthday chocolate coins, no confetti cake. Not happy that it wasnt as described. Pretty disappointed, the location where I live has always been great.. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this first. I would not have ordered here.

HORRIBLE service. I recently purchased 12 chocolate dipped strawberries to be delivered to my mom on Monday. It is now Thursday and no delivery and when I track the order it says it’s being assembled?!? Are you kidding me, I ordered it a week ago and your telling me it’s taken almost 2 weeks to hand dip 12 strawberries?! This will be the last time I use edible arrangements. The presentations have gotten so sloppy and I’m a chef so I can see how bad the knife cuts are. My daughter and her dad ordered me an arrangement that was suppose to be delivered on Mother’s Day. He even paid extra for delivery. Needless to say the delivery was not done. I called the company today and they informed me that they had a lot of deliveries and it should go out today or tomorrow. This afternoon I received a call from this lady, she was thinking she was calling edibles. She let me know that my delivery went to her today. Do not bother ordering from them. I made an order on Fri 5-8-20 that was to be delivered the same day as an early Mothers Day gift so my mom can enjoy her chocolate covered strawberries all weekend. They never came, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it would be delivered Sat, and still nothing. So on Mothers Day I called to see if it would be delivered then and they answered and put me on hold for 40min before disconnecting, I called back several times and they wouldnt answer. It was never delivered and the tracking number still says its being arranged. I called and left voicemails for 2 days to get a refund because they wont answer and they still have not returned my calls, refunded my money, or delivered the platter. I have now had to call my bank to dispute it as a fraudulent charge. This store is apparently full of incompetent workers or crooks.

I will NEVER EVER EVER use Edible Arrangements again. I spoke to a Worker a week before Christmas to have an order delivered by then. The person that took my order? Polite and Helpful. I was told that I would get an email after the Fruit Basket was delivered. A few days later I get a call stating that it will be delivered the following day because they are getting ready to close. A few days AFTER THAT after giving the Driver directions (she was literally 90 seconds away from the destination), she stated /debated that she couldnt find it and stated that it was getting late and that we will try again tomorrow. I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement that was suppose to be delivered on the actual day. Due to Covid19 circumstances I figured it would be a little late. 2 days later no delivery. I left messages and no callback. When we did get ahold of someone from the store they were rude and promised the delivery that night. Nope, once again called and they promised an afternoon delivery. Nothing came. I then called to cancel my order and was placed on hold for 45min before I had to hang up. Called corporate and was somehow transferred to that exact same store! And when he got to the cashier she said my order was non existent. The anger and frustration they put me through on Mothers day. They supposably dialed to a manager and never answered. I tried enless calls to the store for a week and no answers. The worst customer service, and from what I am seeing, all these angry customers,very irresponsible store. Why take so many orders and not deliver quality service,and orders? You should just leave that space to a better business who will do a good job for customers. I love Edible Arrangements but this store gets ZERO stars. I placed an order on 4/30 for a special friend in advance. I called on Friday to confirm delivery of 5/9. I was told they were very busy but it would be going out. I really needed the delivery because I had a friend go through a traumatic event. I told her to expect a treat. She got NOTHING. I called all weekend and this morning and of course no answer. I am so disappointment I did not read these reviews before I made the order. She lives in Redlands so my order was sent to this awful store. I should have known when what sounded like a rude teenager answered on Friday. I dont need the delivery anymore since she is not in the area so I am filing a dispute with paypal. I could not reach anyone at the corporate office either. This franchise needs to close down. I dont care how busy you are you make ALL the deliveries before 9pm. What were they thinking. SMH.

The absolute WORST customer service that I have ever received in my life. Firstly, my order was cancelled without me being notified. Secondly, I was refunded and still charged an exchange rate which to this day has not been reimbursed. Thirdly, the stores and head office have no communication and no consistency with processes and will put the onus on the customer for any sort of remediation. I was not compensated for the 15+ follow ups that I had about my order and when I called head office to submit a formal complaint absolutely nothing was resolved to enhance my incredibly poor experience. I am truly disappointed that a company would treat their customers with such little disregard and infuriated that I wasted my time and money.

Horrible Don’t shop here! I ordered a Mother’s Day delivery with almost $200 worth of fruit and treats. Not only did they never get there next day they also said sorry it would be out today. Well Monday came and nothing!! So I called headquarters and asked for a refund. I still have not gotten one yet! Then all the sudden on Wednesday they took the order and dropped it off with my mom. I told her to send it back I had asked for a refund. So she said ok out of just curiousness I told her to open it and see if it was even the correct order. She opened it and all the fruit was rotten 🤬 so I called the corporate and told them they were just as upset as me. Not all stores are like this one but second time I have gotten into it with this store thought maybe first time was just luck. Nope so stay away or buy at your own risk . Absolutely disappointmented! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my mom to surprise her since we could not be with her today! Order was placed friday, I was charged an extra $20 to have then delivered on a sunday. I called around 530/6 pm and I was told my mom would have then by 8, well here it is 10:10 pm and she has still not received anything! They will be hearing from me first thing in the morning. My daughter and son ordered from them for me this past Mothers Day. It was to he delivered on Mothers Day I didnt receive it until about noon on Monday May 11th. When the girl delivering handed me the box I said clearly this paper right on top said deliver Sunday 5/10/20 she shrugged and said sorry I was just told to drop it off like oh well I told her Mothers Day is over! To top it off what was delivered was not what my kids ordered and paid close to $80 dollars for, I know this because my daughter arrived shortly after the delivery. Apparently it was to have had a balloon attached, when we opened the box some of the strawberries were upside down and soggy. Also, they should have had little chocolate candies attached with sayings not there either! Hopefully you will see a review shortly from my daughter via Yelp with pictures as she took some. Long story short she called them got and got an Im sorry for the inconvenience, and we will refund you $5 for the balloon. All I can say is Edible Arrangements arent cheap we have ordered many in the past through the Glendora location when we lived in the area, I hope NOBODY orders from this store in the future if this is how the customers are treated and the owner should be ashamed. Many people have little money to spend on this sort of thing right now and when they do they sure as heck ought to get what they paiy good money for.

Given it one star because I HAVE to. First time ordering from this franchise, I have used a store in Fontana CA (AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, GREAT QUALITY & PROMPT DELIVERY). This location in Moreno Valley was three (3) days late on delivery. I called to inquire about the late delivery, and of course they claimed the driver had attempted; I told the young lady who answer the phone that it was a lie because my mother and sister a quarantine. Then I got hung up on, called back and was put on hold, finally they said that the driver probably went to the wrong house. Once the order I PAIED FOR came, the box was dented and dirty, quality of product was poorly executed. If I had done my homework and read this locations reviews I would had not never placed my order from there. I recommend the Fontana store much better for those who live in San Bernardino Co. CA.

The point is to get it right the first time and save people the hassle and embarrassment they caused!!!I ordered an arrangement for my mother-in-law for her birthday (on a Tuesday) and it did not arrive on that day. Two days AFTER her birthday (Thursday), someone called and left a message informing her that it would be delivered in the evening. They waited at home and again, it was never delivered. I called the following day (Friday) and was assured that someone would deliver it the same day. Know what happened? Nothing! It still was not delivered! Again, I called (Saturday) and they said that they would deliver it on Monday - 6 days late! I cancelled my order.After this experience, I would warn anyone from ordering an Edible Arrangement from this location specifically. Ive always though it was such a nice gesture to send one for birthdays, get well, new baby, hostess thank you but I am going to find another way to mark these occasions. Edible Arrangements has lost a customer for this and ALL locations! So, this is the third time in the past 6 months my boyfriend has surprised me with edible arrangements and although I love the product we have had a few negative experiences. The first time he ordered, we never received our product. We were told they would contact me to reschedule a delivery but no luck and my bf is not one to fuss so he dropped it. The second time things went great! Awesome service and it was a pleasant experience! I think this time he ordered from the Riverside location but Im not certain. This last time was once again not as Id hoped. He ordered from the Moreno Valley location. I understand the rush of the Valentines Day holiday and receiving the gift a day late was not too big of a problem but when I got the product I was disappointed. First, he attempted to call several times and no answer or help of any sort was provided. Next, the fruit basket looked like it had been sitting out and was starting to kind of melt and wilt. As for the the teddy bear and balloon, it reeked of cigarette smoke. So bad. I swear, it looks and smells like the product was sitting in a cigarette hot-boxed car for hours. The balloon was pretty much deflated and the stench on the teddy bear makes me nauseous. Just overall disappointed. I want to love you guys I do because fruit over flowers is always the best. My bf wants to love you guys... but youre making it difficult. Delicious products (usually)...sub-par service.
