They did not return the faulty product that I just bought. Store keeper told me he could exchange my faulty product with another If I paid some extra money under the table.

OK - went to this store looking for cigars. Im new to smoking cigars and have found that most of these places (smoke shops and liquor stores) have poor service and a very limited variety and supply.This morning I searched online for several smoke shops in the area and called them. There was no answer at this one. so I gave them one star and left a review stating that they do not answer their phones.Well after being unsuccessful in finding what I wanted nearby I decided to go in and see what they have (not expecting much).First of all the service was great from the time I stepped through the door.I noticed that they had a walk-in humidor and a large selection to choose from. I am not very experienced an the different kinds of cigars but the guy that helped me was very good. I told him the brand that I liked the most (out of what I have had) and he made recommendations as well as educated me on different kinds of wraps and flavors.This was my first time in this store and was very surprised to get that kind of service in a Smoke Shop in a strip mall. I love great service!! And because of his service I will definitely be a regular customer.

Very helpful people great customer service went above and beyond to help my mother and I learn how to use the vapes we bought there. Very good quality. I will continue to go there.

This shop is by far the best shop I have ever visited! The clerk is ver helpful and very nice! The prices are very good and he is willing to work with you! He is beyond awesome and everyone in Moreno Valley should visit this place!!!
