Ordered a Nike hat online and the day it was supposed to be delivered I recieved an email saying theyre sorry and I got my refund. Its pretty annoying when the item is up on the website and it says your order has been shipped and then gets canceled how could it be shipped if you couldnt find the fulfillment center with the item. Just a waste of time. Update or make sure you can get your customers the items theyre looking for. Make sure you got the supply right? Dont say you got the goods when you dont have the goods. Will not be back.

Hibbert sports is a nice store. Even though they did not have what I really wanted i did find a hat that I liked. To me the store is rather high on there prices. Maybe there prices are rather high cause of slow shoppers. But other then that the store is pretty good.

Just left the store extremely impressed,, got the Jordan 6rings and a lot of story behind them.If you need any shoes buy from here, ask for miles he was really awesome and helpful dude

The store associate is making us feel very uncomfortable with her lingering and unnatural consistent questioning. It takes us more than 3sec with a shoe on to know if we like it enough to purchase. I guess its also part if their training to assume that everyone is going to steal from them and that everyone is untrustworthy. This is based on her telling us that they are not allowed to let us try both shoes R/L on at same time. Ill be sticking to foot locker, champs, shoe palace because of their sincere customer service/ experience.

Website is needs major upgrade. Shoes are not available and show like they are. Terrible site.

Staff was very helpful & knowledgeable about helping find the right running shoe for me & my injury issues. I always shopped here years & will continue. They always have great deals every month

Very professional and helpful, went looking for athletic gear for my grandson who enoys football...went shopping on a Monday and met a delightfull team member by the name of Carlos Ramos! He was AWESOME! He found everything we needed and more...what great employees at the Moreno Valley Mall store, Carlos would make a great Mgr!!! and their prices on athletic wear and equipment is reasonably priced....being a grandmother of 5 grandkids...Hibbetts is truly a blessing and an answer to prayer! Thank you Hibbetts for helping me put smiles on our kids faces! Sure wish you had a Tibbetts store in North Victorville....I recommend this Hibbetts store highly!!! gg
