All I want to say is I give this store a 5star !!! Only because right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Alisha. As I was looking around she continued to help me find things for my house . She was always friendly and smiling.She continued to help me check out . My husband and I were impressed with how much she was willing to help us and never ignored us .Alisha is honestly the only reason why I will continue to come back every year with her as employee she makes the store feel welcoming and she has an amazing customer service. My experience was 10/10 !!!!Alisha, if you get to read this thank you so much you were amazing and I wish you the best !!! Happy Halloween & Have a blessed year !!

Went tonight with our kids after dinner. No one there to greet you. No one on the floor. No one smiled or said hello. empty and boring store. Weve been to better ones.

Very busy looking place but found everything i was looking for. i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a costume or even just pieces to something you have already. very welcoming energy. very helpful staff

Definitely dont go here expecting the store to open on time...Waited outside for the store to open and it did not open even after the employee walked out and saw us waiting, said nothing, and went back inside. The hours were on the door and she removed them. Upon calling the store there was no answer. Unfortunately it did not seem that the store was going to open, so my time was wasted. Very disappointed and will not be attempting to go back.

I was shopping yesterday the 9th of October to look at some costumes with my girlfriend and her family. When we walked in every thing was fine, but like 15 minutes in to shopping my girlfriends brother that is just 10 years old got accused of shop lifting. He is just 10 years old and has never stolen anything before. The way the employees approached him was very unprofessional and made him and the people I was with very uncomfortable The employees never went up to me or my girlfriend we were responsible for the kids at that moment. First they brought him to the side and was talking to him asking him if he has seen a mask. He said yes and brought them to the mask he was looking at that he put on a bottom row because he couldn’t reach where he grabbed it from. So he gave the mask to one of the employees and I thought it was over with. When we were exiting the store we did not purchase anything because we were unsatisfied with the costumes. We got stopped by 3 more employees including the manger of the store and they asked if we still had the mask. I said no I saw him give it to the employee. We then left the store and got back home to tell the kids parents what had happened. We told them and they knew that was not okay. So they went back to the store and asked for the manager. The manger told the employees that were involved in the situation to hide. The manger was also defending them saying that the 10 year old boy that knows not to steal stole a mask. I just think that that was very unprofessional and the employees and manger should be punished for making us uncomfortable and accusing a 10 year old of shoplifting without coming up to the adults to explain the situation.

So cool they have a lot of things no like some of their sisters stores some of them dont have much, oh the one in Murrieta by the toys Rus they have the sin but they are not open sad do 😐 bit theirs one but the old baby Rus that one is open ☺️

This place has amazing outfits and a lot of them and good decorations and clown props everywhere. I don’t understand why it has a low rating! If your looking for a Halloween costume by far it’s the BEST!

I would give them a zero if possible. I bought several costumes and items from them. A couple costumes started falling apart at the seams. They told me no exchanges that I possibly tore them on purpose or maybe my petite daughter was too fat for her costume. I also overheard them lie to another customer telling them returning clothes was against the county health code and yet all the other stores have no problems returning them. Then when I tried to return an item I never opened they told me they had to keep my receipt and items at the counter while I got something else. When I went to exchange the item they some how conveniently lost my receipt that they were holding. Then they told me I must’ve lost it and I couldn’t return/exchange anything without a receipt. They sell garbage to their consumers and will not back their products. Do yourself a favor and never buy anything form them ever.

They are some of the rudest people ever except the cashier. She was quite nice. The rest of them gave us dirty looks.

Alicia helped me out and did an AMAZING JOB picking out a costume for me and my daughter! If it wasnt for her, I wouldve walked away empty handed. Thank you Alicia!!!!!

Fortnite sells quick, staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction when needing assistance finding an item or an item at one of the other locations. Lots of choices and themes to choose from as well.

I have shopped at this particular location for several years. A couple of nights ago, my husband and I went and picked up a few things for my our costumes, one of the items being black and orange suspenders. When we returned home my husband took the plastic wrap off of the suspenders, and simply touched one of the metal clasps and it popped off. We read our receipt carefully, understanding that we could do an exchange being that it was after Oct. 19th. After all, all we wanted was the same suspenders as they completed his costume for our party that we were attending. When we returned, they didnt have the same design, but they had black and Orange suspenders in the same section for the same exact price with a different design. My husband grabbed a pair and we took them to the front and presented our receipt along with the damaged item and new one. At first, the cashier said yes, we can get this exchanged, no problem. And then, all of a sudden he disappeared, and I found him wandering around the store on his cell phone talking to his manager, all the while my husband has been standing at the register waiting patiently. Finally, the cashier comes back and tells us they will not do the exchange because the plastic wrap has been removed and they have to have a sku number. He also said they also cant honor the exchange because they dont know if WE damaged the product! This is a $10.00 pair of halloween suspenders and you mean to tell me you are going to punish your customers for your cheaply made product and not do a simple exchange? It had been 1 day since we purchased the item and it hadnt even come off of the cardboard packaging! I had my receipt, I wasnt asking for money back, I wasnt asking for them to give me an item worth more in value. I was shocked. I have spent hundreds at a time for my son, myself and my husband at this location alone. Never again. Never shopping at Spirit.

Tried to return an UNUSED costume with tag still attached and receipt, cashier took off tag while she was inspecting it without my noticing and said since the tag was off and there was dirt on it she couldnt return it. When I told her it had the tag on when I brought it in she just laughed and said no it didnt. Terrible customer service never again.

Didnt have what I was looking for and it was super dark in there, I couldnt see anything.
