Run. Honestly don’t waste your time here. Literally horrible place to work. I have family that works there and I feel so bad so them. The things they say to me. Please don’t apply here. The mangers there are horrible and don’t value their workers. Everyone literally slaves there. They would literally fire their best workers who have been working for them for years, just to have tempts that will leave in a week. I would rather work at Amazon or Ross than work here. The older People who work there sadly can’t find other jobs so they have to stay there. Oh and a lot of favoritism there

I wish I would have researched this company prior to ordering doors from them through Home Depot. We ordered 7 doors in early September 2019 and agreed to the 28 day lead time Home Depot mentioned multiple times. However, come day of delivery, we called Home Depot 3 times (at the request of Home Depot to call and check on status) only to learn late that day that no doors had arrived. After 14 more days of waiting (2 week-long delays), Masonite finally delivered the doors directly to us. The most frustrating thing about this was that Home Depot told us that Masonite will never proactively call them to warn of a delay and will only confirm such when they are contacted after a delivery window is missed. However, Home Depot mentioned verbatim that, “Masonite always has delays” and so they were not surprised.The frustration continued with door delivery… the day the doors were delivered, 4 of them were damaged beyond use or repair. Some were missing pieces of the structure while others had cracks in various places. Considering it is believed that Masonite was in possession of these doors the entire delivery, I don’t know why they wouldn’t have been more careful with their own product.We are now expecting our baby any day and still waiting on doors (from another company), which has increased our stress level since this has also pushed out other finishing projects that we expected to have complete already. Because of this experience, I cannot dissuade you enough from this company, even if you never work directly with them.

Walk ur paperwork up to shipping/receiving press buzzer n they will come out and ask u appointment time.3 or 4 docks space limited.Drop ur trailer at dock & disconnect.Park ur bobtail around corner on north side.When they finish theyll come out and give u the bols.Pleasant bunch of people on the whole.

I started an assignment at Masonite about two weeks ago, never again will I come back. There is no room for growth in this company. I talked to some of the older workers that have been there for almost 10 years stuck doing the same thing every day. They don’t give you a tour of the place they just take you to your station and get straight to work, no badge, just a number. There’s no communication with team members which leads to having no solid foundation as a team. Its extremely loud and due to noises you can not hear the person next to you speak. You are required to wear safety goggles which is a problem If you have to wear glasses underneath to see because it irritate your nose very frequently. I was also not reaching my full hours, we were leaving home early every day. There’s no security as well, just in one day I seen around a dozen people running inattentively just to rush their work. There’s no algorithm on how things are set to be done. Its very unorganized and unorthodox all around. There’s plenty of better paying jobs out there with better and safer conditions. The work itself is easy but the way the things are ran are almost laughable in that place.

Difficult place to work employees are great management could use some work not exactly trustworthy. The building itself is old and dangerous and not properly ventilated. If you end up working here be prepared to work hard bring a face mask. And if you know Spanish that would be a huge plus most if not all employees are Hispanic.

Went there for delivery. They said must have appointment for unloading. But still have to wait even after they finish unloading. Do not recommend to any truck drivers to go there.

I do not recommend this company and especially NOT the location in Moreno Valley. They cannot deliver the doors on time nor do the staff care to provide correct information when follow ups are requested for orders that have not been delivered on time. I ordered my prehung interior doors through Home Depot and was told that they should be ready in 4 weeks. Masonite failed to meet the delivery date that they showed on the order. What is worse is that prior to the delivery date, calls were placed to Masonite by Home Depot personnel just to make sure that the delivery is coming and they confirmed that yes, the shipment is coming but never actually shipped the product.The Moreno Valley location only delivers to Home Depot in Glendora on Fridays and for the 2nd Friday in a row they have failed to deliver the product. It is now the third Friday coming up and the area sales manager has done nothing to update Home Depot or me about the status of the doors. Some people said the doors were sitting on the dock and they did not say why it did not deliver. Another person that I accidentally reached by just randomly dialing an extension was far more helpful than the local Moreno Valley personnel. She was from the New York office and she actually told me that part of my order was not made ready until just yesterday. So all the other parties from Masonite Moreno Valley were either lying to Home Depot about the status of the order or they were just too lazy to actually physically locate the doors and find out what is holding up the order.So if you have 2 to 3 months to wait for doors, maybe you can try to order from this manufacturer. But if you have any deadlines or project dates to meet and you are in Southern California, then consider well before placing your order. The doors can be great when they arrive, but that does not matter anymore since I am too frustrated to appreciate them.
