Horrible company. its like each fitness 19 competes with their local fitness 19. all I wanted was to change the location of where I use my membership and they didnt allow it. I never used the membership (too far) so I cancelled it and paid $100. dont give this big bs company your money.

I signed up for the gum membership that grants me access to all gyms. Oh no not Fitness 19 they scam their cutomers into thinking that.. I okay hot demands access to a gym thats part of their franchise and they told me IT WAS IN THE FINE PRINT !!! ..They cant even email you the information to cancel your membership ... Smh

Just thankful Fitness 19 is still open. During this stressful time in the world Fitness 19 has proven they are dedicated to there customers.

I just got something to say. I love this place but i see alot of selfish people not properly wearing their mask, these individuals are gonna ruin it for everyone else! They gonna close our Gyms because of them . Please kick them out, meka them an example.

Fitness 19 has been closed most of the year. Two weeks into the pandemic I call and sent email to cancel my memebership. They are still taking money from my bank account. Do not give fitness 19 access to your Bank account. You should pay cash, Pay the extra few dollars on your membership.

The gym is clean and the machines are in good repair. The staff is always nice and helpful. It is a bit smaller than some of the local offerings but a great value. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the lack of a dry sauna.

Gym has basically everything you need although when I first started it wasn’t as packed as it is now, still not too bad

So I joined my two teens and myself so far its all good a little crowded in the evenings but for the most part its been a good place to hang out and do what we love best 🏋️🏋️🏋️ workout..

This location is the dirtiest location. Friendly staff but they never have anything to clean the machines with. Equipment is sticky and always has sweat on it. I asked an employee once if they ever clean the machines and he said they dont have anything to clean them with. Other locations are great.

A lot of the machines are partially broken/loose handles. Workers are mixed, some friendly some not. Closes too early and hours can be unpredictable, but other than that its nice. Everyone minds their own business.

I opened a new account, I changed my mind about going here and cancelled in person the next 2 days. They gave me hard time with cancelling continuing to ask why cancel already? After 3-4 attempts it was successful. Finally it was cancelled, I asked for paperwork of the confirmation of the cancellation and he said simply Sorry were out of paper. Let me ask, what kind of fitness center does not have paper, are they for reals that busy for business. This was last month, I got my refund after the cancellation: Initiation fee and monthly fee BUT this month fitness 19 charged me again for each person we opened the account for (3). I do not know if Fitness 19 will charge me again next month and so forth. I did called the bank and was told you were able to block the charges from Fitness 19, of course i did that. Totally do not recommnend,

The trainers are great, they treat you with respect and care enough to acknowledge ones hardwork. I been to other gyms and can honestly say fitness 19 is the best.

I got a membership with this branch and explained to the staff I would be relocating to another state. Staff said I could use my membership in the new state i would be living. What they didnt twll me me is ij would have to go back to the branch I signed up with ( in another state) even though I am not using there service I will still be charged. Not cool at all

This locations is alright. The equipment is usually clean as is the cardio equipment. The main reason for one star however...a majority of the lifters are terrible at Racking up their plates/dumbbells when their done. Literally, everytime I come( a few times a week) there someone or a few people who just leave the barbells loaded up(whether it’s many or a few plates) or just leave their dumbbells on the floor...The worst part is that the staff are usually on the floor chatting up the ladies or fellow bros or training some and can see it happening but do absolutely nothing! Or worse leave the weight on too after their done!If this place wasn’t so cheap, I’d find a gym with real staff/management who care about their gym, equipment and paying customers and enforce a basic, universal (if unwritten, but usually doesn’t have to be) rule about RERACKING WEIGHTS!Plus their WiFi is usually “not working at the moment” e.g. most of the year

Worst experience I have ever had..please skip this gym

If there was a negative rating I would have chose that! Signed up for 3 months of personal training and come to find out they continued to charge my card for an additional8 months! Almost 1,300 hundred dollars later, cant get a hold of corporate and no one calls me from the gym. Horrible company!
