My contacts were Alex and Junior. Alex is the face of the company in sales and Junior is the technician who installed all Windows with his crew. Prices were competitive and the product was great! This is the second time I call Alex for their services within 6 years. Both times they came through shining.I had all our windows and sliding doors replaced upstairs and downstairs and are very happy with their workmanship.The Installers are top-notch as well.Don’t hesitate & don’t blink just dive into it.I highly recommend Glass Fabrication.

Unprofessional & Unresponsive when things go wrong! Bought a property that had just installed glass shower door into new addition of home. The door does not close properly. Glass Fabrication did the installation so they sent out 2 young/inexperienced guys who spent 90 minutes stripping the adjustment screws on the door and still could not resolve. They said they contacted the manufacturer but they never had this problem. They scheduled a follow up and did NOT show, call or text. They have NOT responded to 20+ text messages requesting resolution.

Bad customer service, unprofessional. Stay away.

Price was great. The only thing they need to work on is communicating but I am happy with the product and was able to get my window fixed within a few hours!

We had great, professional service at Glass Fabrication in Moreno Valley. We needed replacement glass for my sisters front door following damage incurred during a house fire. The order was placed over the phone and both Leo and Alex responded quickly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful. We had our bid within hours of the phone call. We approved the job and our glass was ready the following day. We were very impressed and will definitely use Glass Fabrication for our future glass and screen jobs should the need arise.

Never doing business here again! They surprise you with ridiculous labor fees to rip you off. To make matters worse, I was promised a $40 credit back to my card and never received it!!! Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. To think I just came here for screens. Screens!!!

The worst and the most unprofessional place they make my window out of scrap metal they gave me the round around Leo in Murrieta is a liar, Alex in Moreno Valley is worst, they refuse to return money and they never answer my calls. They block my phone number.

NOT 24 HOURSSo disappointed, after being broken into on Saturday night called on Sunday morning because they say they are 24 hours. They called me back and said the earliest they can be to me is on Monday between 2-5 pm. I called in sick with work to get my window fixed. At 4:45 called and was told they would find out where the technician was at after a half hour and no response I called again and was told the technician was on the way and they would have him call me. Another half hour latter still no call. I started calling again with no answer it wasn’t until 6:40 when I finally got a call back and was told the technician want going to make it and they wanted to reschedule for Tuesday. If they are 24 hours get another technician out this is not the way to do business.

Shower Stall.Had them install a shower stall and it came out good and it was reasonably priced.

Excellent work, good prices, very professional company. Alex went over and beyond treated us like family. I would recommend this place to anyone. Amazing!!!!

Attention; Jack A - OwnerIf I can give a minus star I would.. but My:2 Visits5 phone calls2 Price Quotes from 2 different salesperson (Leo, Alex) with 2 different quotes .. second quote almost DOUBLE!!, /Jacob was to return my call.. no return call.= No return callMeans they apparently they do not want or need our business in which I had alot of business for them. I tried order my glass table top 7 (SEVEN) times but No Response.. no good for business.Took my business elsewhere.

I ordered a table top for my mom and was very pleased with the outcome. From beginning to end they offer a great service. I recieved a free quote and the table top was delivered and installed on time. Would highly recommend!

I had replacement windows installed. the guy Jack who came out to measure wrote exactly what I wanted including the grids that were originally on the windows. I went in to sign and pay. Well they brought plain windows out and said I didnt want the grids and that they cost more. I told them that I was aware of the additional cost it was in the advertisement which I received. Well Alex the one in the office said I made a mistake when he made the mistake. Like I said the guy who measured did it correctly. To make a long story short he told me that the windows with grids was 320 which was $55 more for each of the three windows. When he emailed me the invoice, he was charging me $80 for each window. Well, I had more windows for them to install, but I will take my business elsewhere. I wouldnt refer anyone to them. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them!

Today, two technicians came out to replace a window. First, they were late and I had to call to find out where they were at. My arrival window was 11:00-12:00 pm. I called at 12:07 pm asking where they were and I was told that they would be here in 20 minutes. They showed up at 12:37 pm and joked by their work truck for about 10 minutes more after they got their tool belts on. They took the blinds down and took the ends that hold them up off and threw them away! Now, I have to get replacements. The bill came up to $99.56 and we paid them with a $100.00 bill and they said they have no change. We let that go. My wife tip them $5.00 dollars each for the work and taking the window. Tonight, my wife threw the recycle trash out and the damn glass window was in there and the glass came flying out. They never told or even mentioned to us that they threw the glass in there. They were careless and have no respect for a person’s home and property. I will no longer be doing business with them. Should have gone with Ace Glass instead.
