We purchased a dress for my daughter to wear for her engagement photos, and when she tried it on after purchasing the dress two of the straps on the dress broke. Making the dress on wearable and when we contacted the store to see about exchanging it we were told even though we had never worn the gown and it was unwearable that their policy was no refunds no exchanges. To purchase a gown and never even be able to wear it because it falls apart just trying it on, is the most horrific customer service I’ve ever received. You should have confidence in your product enough if there’s an issue and someone has never been able to wear product from you to do an exchange. Are used to highly recommend Windsor to anyone I knew for gown choices or even clothing options. In the future I will no longer shop Windsor or recommend them to anyone that I know. Instead I will warn them against shopping there.

It took a while...... but finally my Daughter found a dress she can wear to the prom. Shes happy, my Wife is happy, that means Im happy.
