No sure what happened to this company but they have no customer service...literally no way to contact them. Found there email and phone elsewhere, called and emailed multiple times, and never received a response. I am assuming they are out of business?

They build a terrific product but after four emails, I still have no response to my question and now my sub is no longer powering up at all. What a shame. My sub goes down to a wall shaking 18Hz, so its a great (and expensive) design, but their customer support just stinks. I have raved for years about their products and recommended them wherever I could. Yet now I cannot get a simple response from them. Are they really still in business? Its a very sad situation for a company that at one time was incredibly responsive to its customers.

Used to be a legitimate company, but is now a joke. Cant get through via email, nor do they even list a phone number! I would avoid this garbage company at all costs. I even called numerous independent authorized Velodyne repair centers to seek repair. They all denied me, saying Velodyne is not a company they want to do business with. Dont be tricked into one of the subwoofers from a company that used to be pretty good. Spend your money wisely on something like a Sunfire. Youll be glad you did...

I bought the 5000$ subwoofer!!! Was very happy the way its look and sounds... not for a long. Its broke just after factory waranty of 2 years. We have just one horobal autorise service provider in Georgia- Norman electronics. Spend 800$ for the first time- amplifaier vent off. Waited 5 weeks until they got parts from the factory. Spend another 900$ next year for the speaker replacement. Waited 2.5 month for parts and labor. Now another year... and its broke again. Make terrible noise. Tried to call or write to manufacturer, no result. Will not spend any more money and buy another brand of sub. Stay away from Velodyne products.

Dont buy. I bought a $3,500 DD 12+ Subwoofer, and it quit working 2 years and 4 months later. Velodyne customer service number is out of order, and I have sent two emails with no reply. The service center wants $800 for a repair plus shipping. Terrible.

Horrible management that looks the other way and in some ways encourages hostile and toxic environment to work. Safety is not a priority for management. Employees safety is secondary to saving money. Employees are humiliated and ridiculed during meetings by management. Not a good career move.
