Glasstech Automotive did a great job installing a replacement door glass in my Cayenne. Super fast and friendly service with great attention to detail. Came to my house right away even though it was getting close to the end of his shift. A true car guy. He cleaned up all the broken glass inside the door shell, and reassembled everything with no rattles or loose glass. Highly recommended. Very fair price. Saved me a weekend of hard work. Contacted the owner around 3:30pm asking for help after our car was broken into and we were passing thru the area on a vacation roadtrip. We were worried our car would be unsecured the next few nights wihout a window installed. The owner got back to us asap, agreed to get the window and meet us at our hotel after finishing the next three clients. Showed up at 8pm and fixed it quickly. I cant say enough good about the owner and how he helped us out and went way above the call of duty. Thank you!!!

Ramses was quickly responsive during an emotional incident. Every communication was attended to fast throughout the process from the first call. I was educated about how the process would go more important everything happened exactly as described.Finally, because of inaccurate information given on my part at the beginning we had to order another windshield that was more expensive and Ramses honored the initial price given that is rare in business! Also, because of the professional job I will forever sing the praises of the company.

This is the second time I’ve had to get my window fixed and not only were they super flexible with my work schedule, but also very helpful easy to work with and super communicative every step of the way. I had a water leak in my rear truck window. Glasstech told me upfront that if they might not be able to remove the rear window without breaking it and would then have to replace the window. They gave me both quotes, but were able to remove the rear window and save the vinyl skin on the back window as well. I have used them for a front windshield replacement in my VW New Beetle and was happy with the price, professionalism, and communications with me. Highly recomend

Would highly recommend. We used Glasstech to replace a side window on my daughter‘s Jeep Wrangler after it was broken into. They were professional, reliable and literally half the price that we were quoted by Safelite. Additionally, we were able to get an appointment several days sooner than we would have if we would have used another company. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Had Safelite replace my windshield for a little less than $600. Rock cracked it less than 24 hours later. Asked them if they could give me discount to which they said no. I am soooooo glad they said that. Found and contacted Ramses to do the work and he came to my workplace and replaced my windshield in about 30 minutes. Cheaper too. Would definitely recommend. A+++

I was surprised by how polite and professional Ramses was when I called the business one windy morning a few days ago. I wanted to get a chip on my windscreen repaired ASAP before the rainstorm hit. I was expecting that he would only be able to come in a day or two. Instead, he offered to do the repair that same day. Ramses did a professional job for a reasonable price (half of what some other major autoglass companies would charge!) and told me that he had been doing autoglass repairs for several years now, so rest assured that you are dealing with someone with a lot of experience. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has a windscreen (or other autoglass) issue. Great service from a professional, pleasant guy.
