Target in Morgan Hill, CA is a very nice store. Clean, nice shopping experience, good layout with fun visual all around merchandising.My only whaaa is they sell out fast on the womens clothing I like, in my size.The shoe department, another one of my go to areas, is usually lite. I always feel I missed the right time for new stock or stocking in general? Please stock more!Otherwise I enjoy our local Target.Thank you Target!

They had what I was looking for in stock. Used self-checkout. Fast. Minimal contact exposure to other people.

This is my local target and I have never had any complaints here.Today I went in and went through a cashier. When walking out, I noticed that I forgot to include my $30 gift card. I went back to customer service and Brenda was able to help me out. Every time I have a problem, coincidentally, Brenda is the one who always helps me. She definitely takes her time, makes sure everything is done correctly, and is friendly as well.I also appreciate the carts being sanitized and ready to go upon entrance. They definitely follow COVID-19 procedures. The store is always clean and organized. An employee is always there to assist if needed.When I take my little toddler, he runs up and down the aisles and sometimes have a tantrum. Again, the staff there are very understanding.I love my home target!

Overall great, except in the last weeks they have not had 2 products that I needed.

The instructions are not at all clear. Where to go. Should I call. Need I go into the store or does someone bring it out to me? When I arrived the parking sign was misplaced. Brenda took care of that right away. Everyone was cordial and very professional. That is why you are rated as high as a 6 (six).

This is a nice Target with a convenient restroom for a break on long drives.

I have been going to Target for most of my life, and I love everything about it, from their massive parking lot to their wide, spacious isles. The staff are helpful, and everything is easy to find.

This target store has gone down hill the last few months. No organization and the management is completely rude and seem not to have knowledge of anything. Recently they’ve had lot of items out of stock. What’s management doing

Outstanding customer service from Rey! He made me feel valued and appreciated. Rey is a great role model, respectful, friendly, patient, and very helpful.The total staff was friendly and helpfu. The store is very clean, the bathroom too! Everyone is on their toes. Rey represents great customer service with a smile.

Pitiful store. Not enough employees, I’m assuming since I saw not one person on the sales floor and the store looked like a group of kids ran through it and pulled every item of the hangers and shelves. Clothes and items all over the floors. I couldn’t even push my basket through some areas. It was left this was the whole time I was shopping from the moment I walked in til the moment I left.

Kai in the produce department helped me today. She was phenomenal! She could not have been more polite, more helpful, or more enthusiastic to help me. She introduced herself, had a conversation and let me know that anytime I was in her department, she would be happy to help me in any way she could, including checking int he back for a missing item. I honestly cannot remember the last time I have been in any store where an employee went so out of their way to be helpful.

I come here all the time and they have never said anything about me bringing my puppy keep in mindShe is a 9 month old Chihuahua she’s a small dog. I even call in ahead asking if I was able to bring in my puppy and the young lady in customer service said it was fine as long as she’s not in the cart or on a leash. But the second I walk in there I was approached by this lady asking me if she is a service dog and I said no and she proceeded to kick me out of the store.I cannot believe they would not allow pets in their store when before it wasn’t a problem and Covid does not affect it due to the reason that pets cannot hey Covid. I am so disappointed because target was never like this.

I like to go here instead of Walmart for most of my item/clothing purchases. They seem to have better quality. I think Walmart has much better food items/variety.Only reason I give this Target three stars is because of the bad staff and website. I have gone in a few times and couldnt locate items. I would ask for help and be told what direction to go without them telling me an aisle or taking me to the location. Wave me off like a leper. After that happened twice, I went on my phone to look up item locations. However, the items are not always registered to the correct aisles online! I can do this on Walmarts site but apparently Target doesnt update their stock location. One time I couldnt find an aisle at all. I asked a staff member for the aisle location and they said some aisle dont exist. Instead wanted to know the item so they can wave me in the direction. Hard to make sales when people cant get the item!

It was very well organized and the people were so nice and knowledgeable. I was impressed and will use this service from now on!

Cant go wrong at this place. Most of your needs under one roof and plenty of fun finds that arent elsewhere. Love that this place is never overly crowded, especially during the weekdays!

She said she only wanted to pick up the board game, “Ticket to Ride”. So I assumed this Target visit was going to be relatively short...I was so naive. My girlfriend ended up buying new clothes and a calendar. That wasn’t even the worst part. The worse part was everything she didn’t buy, but thought about buying. She had to debate herself and then me if she should get a purse. Then we had to look at some bath and shampoo products that we already had, we weren’t even running low! As we were about to check out everything, we started off by waiting in a pretty big line for a human cashier. Then I looked over and saw no lines for the robot cashier. We decided to let the robot check us out and probably ended up leaving the store a few minutes earlier than if we let the human cashiers do it. I’m grateful for Target’s robot cashiers for helping us leave the store a little sooner.

My Casher Sandra was very nice and made sure I was taken care of on my discounts. She went out of her way to make sure I had the right items. She was very pleasant and polite. She was running the lanes as well as ringing me up. She made sure other guest were taken care of as well. She is very good at multi tasking. I give kudos to her professionalize as well... Hire more like her... Thanks your all the time shopper...

I enjoy shopping at the Morgan Hill Target. I always have a great experience at the Morgan Hill Target. I had a Cashier named Sandra who was very friendly and listened to me talk. She bagged my items very well like separating my food from the cleaning products. She is a joy to talk with when she is ringing me up. She is very fast and efficient. Keep on hiring cashier like her. She makes me want to come back to Morgan Hill Target.

I had to return a large item to the store this morning because it was damaged when I opened it. The ladies at guest service were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Very nice large store. Had many items that other Targets dont have in-stock. Also have motorized scooters for handicap & lots of parking spaces close to the entrance.

Múltiple employees have tested positive for Covid 19 here and the business refuses to inform employees of possible exposure so you can imagine how safe they are keeping the public entering their building. Don’t forget your mask :)

I actually drove further out to this target location bc the target by me doesn’t have certain items that are posted on their website as being in stock. This location is clean, organized and reliable.

The lady who was working the customer service dept. Was awesome and extremely helpful. Polite, friendly, and accomadationg. Even though staff as busy they stop at theyre doing to answer any questions I had.

Quick and friendly sales associates on the floor and on the registers. I especially love the self-serve registers they have now. Target also has a Starbucks inside, so the caffeine burst really helps. The air conditioning needs to be on higher. For some reason they have it on the lowest setting, so you start to get a tad bit warm while shopping.

The managers/shift leads are all awesome. The store is always clean(I dont use their restroom, I dont know what it looks like in there). They get busy at times but their staff are quick at check out, which is awesome having an 8 month old. My favorite target location! Thank you everyone.

So many supervisors moving on (I will too) New ones stare at you with a blank face when you ask a question. Best advice: avoid Morgan Hill and go to Gilroy!

For the most part, this is just another Target department store with same general offerings as any other Target store. What I have noticed, however, is that items that go out of stock faster in other Target stores tend to stick around for a while longer. Example: XBOX game system that was always out of stock at every other Target was available at this location. The only draw back is the fact that it is a bit isolated -- good if you live in Morgan Hill area, but bad if you are anywhere else in the San Francisco Bay Area.

This was fast, easy, and convenient. I avoided the line outside to get into store.

Target MH is clean, everything is organized, and every employee will give you the best customer service experience you would ever receive in your life. Target MH make their customer feel welcome and treat us like royalties.

Terrible stock of items in store. Hardly sorted and tidy. Also spent over 10 minutes on the phone trying to reach several departments in the store. Apparently customers dont matter since they cant be bothered to clean up, stock things or answer the phone.

I love this target. Im there like every other day. They usually have what Im looking for.

Good selection of childrens clothing but few stylist outfits for women. Huge selection of cleaning products and decent amount of home goods. Nice location, plenty of parking.

Its convenient when you need something immediately, but the prices arent the best. Also, the discounts/cashbacks that are advertised throughout the store is very inconvenient when you need to look up an app or need a coupon. Its rare that I look at an ad and make a planned trip according to the ad. This is starting to remind me of when my parents used to clip coupons. I saw several signs that if I purchased $20 worth of personal care products I could get $5. I loaded up and low and behold, the $5 back did not come up at checkout. The cashier checked and then she thought maybe if she scanned my cartwheel wallet, it may work. It did not. She called over a supervisor and she confirmed I had the items, but the supervisor said I needed a coupon. If Im already at the store, where was I going to get the coupon? The supervisor pulled up the ad and showed me the coupon I needed, but didnt offer to just scan it for my purchase. All in all, I asked for all my personal care items to be removed. It made sense to buy them if I was going to get $5 back since target prices are higher than other retailers that I have the option of using. Your Cartwheel discount program and the cashback with coupon only are very inconvenient. I actually rarely shop at your store anymore unless I need something immediately because of it. Ill be ordering the items I left at your store from Amazon. Better prices, they get dropped off on my doorstep in 1-2 days, and I dont need coupons to get good prices.

This is a great target. In my opinion better then the one In gilroy. When Im in need of something last minute. This target never fails me. Great and helpful staff.

This Target is always clean, not too crowded, and great prices. The staff here average thats why I gave this store a 4 star instead of a 5. Morgan Hill is known for extra friendly staff at most of its stores (yes even franchises). Im surprised that this Target doesnt live up to that expectation. If I notice a change I will certainly update my review :-)

Helpful staff & clean, organized store

No TP yet, but otherwise good experience yesterday to get food.

I come here on my breaks to stretch my legs - the attached Starbucks inside is a life-saver. The prices on groceries are a bit cheaper here than the supermarket chains, so if youre in a pinch and dont feel like going to Safeway or Wal-Mart, you might be able to find it here while youre shopping for everything else. The fresh grocery/produce section isnt as big here as other Targets, though.

This is actually one of my favorite targets to shop at. Its big and has a pretty decent grocery section compared to the Gilroy Target. Very clean, friendly staff which never seems to be to understaffed. But thats only for my impression going up front.Most of the products are just a general kind of Target things. So I cant go on saying oh its a special Target. No, its a typical a-quality Target thats clean and friendly.

I am very disappointed, upset, and furious about my recent visit. Im a loyal customer and shop at this store on a regular basis. Im still appalled at how the management ( including the store manager) treats their guests, handle important situations, and conduct customerservice. If I had the option of giving this target a zero, I definitely would have because it is ridiculous and completely unacceptable to treat any person the way I was treated. The management was rude, condescending, belittling, and just plain mean; not to mention unhelpful, inconsiderate and unapologetic to my concerns and feelings. They certainly showed me that they are not there to help their guests or make their shopping experience positive and enjoyable. Its going to be hard for me to come back to this store for future visits.

This Target is too good. You might leave with 20 more things than were on your list.... But it has EVERYTHING.

I always love Target, but the selection at this store is lacking compared with other Targets I frequent. Also, there always seems to be a long wait to check out. If you have any coupons, you cant use self-checkout, so be aware of that.

This target is really clean and staff is helpful when finding certain things. The dollar section is great for arts and crafts projects.

Giving ZERO stars. My wallet was stolen today and within an hour my credit cards were used for almost $1000 purchases at the Morgan Hill Target store---45 minutes from where it was stolen! A police report was made and credit cards cancelled immediately. However, even though one card was denied, the thieves used my bank card and a hold was put on my account. Target CAN remove this, but their Customer Service Manager says they cant and refused to let me talk to the Store Manager. She told me to file a fraud report, wait for the money to be credited back to me, and they will let the police look at their video. When I contacted Customer Service again, I was told to go through my bank because they only look out for the store, not the customers. I will NO longer be a customer because of their attitude!
