I’m super happy with my experience here. Mike was the one who helped me and he was super patient with helping me find the right mattress. This was a 2 day process and he never tried to upsell me anything. He showed me different options according to my survey results and we narrowed it down to 2. I loved how he was kind, personable and professional. I left feeling happy about my choice and I’m excited for my new bed. I would definitely recommend this Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a new bed.

Wow! I last bought a mattress 9 years ago from this same location, and my experience today was just as pleasant as it was back then. Today, i had a sleep expert named Mike Montgomery who was a delight to work with. He made the whole experience pleasant and welcoming, and Im so glad i went with him. Buying a mattress can be such a crazy thing...glad he was there to help me out. He showed me a full range of mattresses and was very honest. I appreciate that. Way to go, Mike!

Just bought a new mattress there to replace our older one (which we bought at Sleep Train, if that dates it). Helped out by Lawrence, who was highly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping my wife and I getting the right mattress for us. Highly recommend!!

Went into the store today to exchange a mattress that was faulty. Lawrence helped us out and was very knowledgable of every mattress. He explained in detail each feature and helped us narrow down what we needed. He was very patient with all the questions we had and the return/warranty process we seamless. We purchased our mattress a little over a month ago. The fist week was good for my husband. Keep in mind he is a big guy. We bought the mattress protector but I could feel all the divots so we bought a topper nothing thick more like a pad. So yesterday I really noticed that my husband was sinking into the mattress I said do you feel like your in a hole? He looked at me and said yes but didn’t want to complain because it’s new and cost us a pretty penny. Today he went in to the store and they stepped up and we will get a replacement mattress on Tuesday. Thank you Mattress Firm for the great customer service.

Third time is a charm - this was third store I visited (one was a furniture store and one other mattress store) and the atmosphere and service were far superior. Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive without being high pressure or totally ignoring us, very professional. Salesperson listened to what we wanted then asked our permission to show us some he thought we’d like. We were encouraged to test “sleep” them and felt confident in cleanliness of all mattresses. Always ready to answer questions and encouraged us to compare, showing us other options based on our feedback. We felt listened to and understood which made this large budget purchase more enjoyable. He helped us find the perfect mattress and base which will alleviate our different types of back pains and give us our best nights sleep.

Super impressed with stevens knowledge about ALL the mattresses we inquired about. He was extremely professional and showed us all of our options. At no point did we ever feel pressured to buy anything. Everything was clean and freshly sanitized. We were provided medical grade protectant sheets to go over the pillow and everything felt clean. We ended up with all the bells and whistles on a medium hybrid adjustable bed. Can’t wait to get a good night of sleep.

My wife and I had decided to purchase an adjustable bed. We had done a substantial amount of internet research and had settled on a brand. When we arrived the store manager, Steve, listened to us and then guided us through a succession of available types and firmness of mattresses allowing time to try each one. All the mattresses had been cleaned beforehand and masks and social distance were maintained. After some discussion we were able to make the right selection for us. Steve made sure we had all the correct discounts applied including free add-ons and even free financing. He made the process painless and effective and we look forward to receiving our new bed on our schedule. As we are older, this is probably the last bed we will purchase, so it was important that we made a good choice.

While everybody was super nice, I’m disappointed that it’s going to take three weeks to get the bed. I went ahead and placed the order but I sure would like it earlier.

Went in by appointment for two mattresses for our daughters. We were required to use masks and sanitize our hands when we arrived. We went through a very methodical and thoughtful process and are very satisfied with the results. Am very happy we could support a local business during COVID-19 experience.

Walked in on a lark as my little girls asked if we could go inside the mattress store - they love to try out the beds. With no intention of making a purchase I starting talking with the store manager Foy and mentioned our current mattress was almost 12 years old. He listened to our sleep needs, explained the newest bed technology, provided options, and ultimately got us into the mattress we wanted at a price we could afford. No pressure, gimmicks, or up-selling. He delivered on everything he said he would do, on time, and with integrity. Life would be a lot simpler if all salespeople were like Foy and I would absolutely do business with him again. He is a true professional salesman and represents Mattress Firm very well.
