Good service prices are great compared to other sports shops.

Very laid back and accommodating. Got some walking shoes and wore them in there until they were ok. Since I have walked about a mile and they are still good. I recommend you getting your needs filled here.

It depends on what youre looking for. Fishing rods and anything you need for high school sports is great. Their ammunition is a pretty wide range and affordable, although be prepared to wait an eternity (California, not entirely their fault). They have only the basics for everything else. Its a small store and they pack in as much as they can.

Was schedule to pickup my rifle. Called this store after lunch to make sure manager will be there until 6:30. I drove from work and got to this store at 5:55 pm, - Manager is gone. Now it is 5 days delay because Manager is off on Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday he is in the store until 5:30 pm.Never will go to this store again

Lets say Ive been buying my shoes from Big 5 Sporting Goods for over 40 years in that time you come across defective goods,. This one shoe purchase I made lasted only 30 days and a defective occurred. I paid with my CREDIT CARD. I went back to the Store and without QUESTION the Store Manager Exchanged my Shoes,. WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bug Five always seems to gave what Im looking for. Bought a net for my 7 year old grand daughter to practice batting off of a T. The clerk was very helpful and friendly. A much friendly place than Dicks Sport Shop.

Small to standard big 5. A few items not marked, or out of stock. But great service...I was looking for a tent...they even let me set it up right in the store, to see if it would work for me, if I agreed to box it back up.

We went looking for a flashlight and even though the employees were short handed they were very helpful and friendly. Helped with a smile and answered all our questions. We live in Gilroy but will go to Morgan Hill for sporting needs

This store does not have a very good selection of running shoes which is the primary purpose that I have shopped here. I bought shoes, hiking boots, and a fishing license one time. When I have gone in to search for backpacking supplies, mountain biking accessories such as water bottle holders and also athletic eyewear I was not successful in finding anything available. They do have a lot of stuff its just not anything that I need.

Customer service is always outstanding and they always have what I need.
