This location is not as big as the Gilroy location. But the staff is much more helpful and friendly here. I have always been very happy with the customer service and anytime Ive called in to make sure theyve had a product so I dont waste the time driving they have always done that for me.

Jerry here is awesome. He sold me a new copy of forza horizon 3 and we thought it would be windows 10 compatible. We found out solid disks are not.... Only digital downloads are. He gladly took the game back and reimbursed me. I went on Xbox lives site, bought the game and now all is well..... Thank you Jerry.

Just went in to purchase the replica Halo energy sword, dressed girly and the guy at the register started peeling the sticker off the box and looked at me and said I assume this is a gift as if I wouldnt want this for myself which i actually found and thought was awesome because i love Halo and play it all the time (i happen to be purchasing this as a gift for someone because i like it and figured the other person would too). So super sexist remark toward me because i guess i dont look like a gamer? Im very offended since i gave absolutely no reason for him to think it was a gift either since that was the first thing he said to me.

Fair selection, staff is friendly enough. They were able to give good suggestions when I asked about games for my 8year old daughter.

When sign clearly says close time 6pm and 5minutes before 6 they said we are close....

I just left game stop Morgan Hill these guys are total jerks I asked about a specific game for my daughter and they told me it wasnt even out yet but it is because I have one for my son I just need a second game for my daughter its a PC game it only works on one system and there is no good they were nasty didnt really even want to look it up then I asked them if they get Bella A rapper away for me and they said no they dont have a trashcan for customers for a tiny little piece of paper they told me I have to go outside and throw it away in the garbage I will never shop there again
